Another Wendy in neighborhood. I always prefer wendys when given a chance, since its local. This place has been renovated as per new Wendy layout. plenty of place to sit. for summer they do have outside sitting as well. pretty clean compared to other fast food joints. Good and friendly staff.

Thought I'd have a "healthier" lunch and have the chili. Always thick, hearty, tasty, and chock full of meat. Now it's runny, thin and my large chili had only two little pieces of meat. Wanted to wash it down with a strawberry Frosty, that was crunchy? Strange. But, who are you going to talk to, Eh? Because you know who used to care.

Avoid! Ordered a burger, spicy chicken nuggets and a large fry. The fry didn't come in the bag. When we told the girl at the drive thru, she rolled her eyes and got us a separate bag with fries. It may have been the large container, but it sure wasn't the large fry size. Sorry to inconvenience you because you didn't do your job? Then, the burger was cold and my chicken nuggets were so hard and I had to throw them away. What a waste of money.

I need an attorney at this point. Chicken is raw! People could die from this and they don't care, don't work in fast food and you give people salmonella cause you hate your job. I'm literally forcing myself to throw this up.

This is what a Baconator is advertised to look like. In the past, it looked like this and had six strips of bacon.

Fries burnt burger was not right. The bags they use now are thinner and ripped. Prices went up and Quality and service are down

I was looking forward to the new fries, but I must have went to the wrong Wendy's because mine were cold and not crispy like usual.

The horseradish-ish sauce added a nice kick and it was super cheesy. My partner got the bacon cheeseburger and it was basically the best burger she's ever had. Our waitress, Smiley, was so attentive and kind. She even gave us a dessert for our celebration of coming there because of my partner's new graduate degree! We got the lemon crusted cheesecake and oh my gosh it was BEYOND with the tart cherries!! (Note that the photos of the cheesecake is the one slice cut in half) We were seated outside on the patio- and there was no need to be worried about a sunburn- it was nice and covered with still a great view of the street and beautiful flowers lining the exterior. We will definitely come again, what a treat!

We had a cousin in from out of town and met up with him and his coworker. My partner picked Cap City due to the brand reputation and food. We made a 1:30pm Lunch reservation via OpenTable. We were warmly greeted upon arrival. Inside was immaculate and inviting with an upscale vibe. The food was, of course, delicious. The overall service was slow and it was a smaller table for four (we should have been in a booth) so the pacing of the dishes were off to start. Rolls didn't come to the very end because we had apps and then main dishes. When I had asked about the rolls, as I thought they forgot, I was told they just had not been out yet since we did not have room on the table. Also, we weren't really attended to and didn't see the server hardly at all, with long times without being checked on. That's the easy summary on service. I am sure it was an off day for the server or just the time of day. It wasn't terrible just below expectations for the price point. Back to food, my partner and I started with the Blue Cheese Chips, I enjoyed the Meat Loaf Dinner, and he ordered the Eggs Benedict w/Crab. Rolls at the end. We found street parking on Riverside but there is a parking garage near the front entrance. This really should be a 3 star review with the service aspect but going with 4 as the entire party enjoyed every bite. I would recommend and the food and company made the lunch!

I ordered the steak salad and it was 10/10 - cooked perfectly. We ordered the pretzels for an app and it they had 3 different sauces ) I love my dips), they were served in a 1oz ramekin and I thought they were WAY over priced for nearly 20 bucks. Overall the experience was decent and I left full. Lots of football on the TVs, lots of bar space and good location.

I was a bit hesitant going in because it's been years since the last Yelp review -- that lack of recent buzz (good or bad) felt concerning. On a Saturday night, it wasn't overly busy, so we didn't have trouble getting a table (they don't take reservations but do accept call-aheads). I ordered the burger and onion rings, and both were genuinely delicious -- I was very happy with my food. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't as smooth for my friends. One has a severe seafood allergy, and she was shocked to learn that all fried items (fries, onion rings, etc.) are cooked in the same oil as the seafood. It made her nervous to order much else from the menu, and we almost walked out when we found out. A separate fryer or dedicated oil for non-seafood items seems like a basic accommodation these days. Two other friends are recovering alcoholics and were disappointed that the only "non-alcoholic" beer option still contained a slight amount of alcohol. Their only other choice was a sugary mocktail, which isn't great for diabetics either. In 2026, it's surprising that a restaurant/bar still struggles with these common dietary and lifestyle needs. The food we did eat was solid, but the evening felt dampened by the lack of basic accommodations. There are plenty of other places that handle allergies and non-drinkers much better. I would have scored them much higher if they could have accommodated this basics.

"No Soliciting " is a bar we found online - but didn't realize is a private club for members only. We tried The Pearl next door. They were closing in minutes. So we found that North High was the next closest place that closed at 10:00pm. We were also desperate for a restroom. We walked in - the place was devoid of customers - and the bar tender was NOT happy to see us. She had a very long day - and was yearning to "Just. Go. Home." We've all been there. She agreed to let us have one drink in plastic cups - completely understandable. But she messed up by letting us stay - completely underestimating the level of style & charm (not to mention handsomeness) my colleague and I possess *wink* . "One drink" turned into a handful. A good time was had by all. We hated that we had an early morning the next day - and had to return to our hotel well before we would have liked. I will make North High a "mandatory stop" on future visits (alongside my other "mandatory stop" - The Rusty Bucket for their buffalo chicken sandwich - with an extra side of buffalo). Side note - she gave me a taste of their Bloody Mary mix. *VERY* good. I used some of my dashing character and disarming baby blues to swindle them out of a bottle for only $15. It was worth $50. But this was a one-off deal. Don't walk in there expecting the same courtesy - unless you too possess unmatched panache & flair *finger guns*.

Food took forever. I ordered a glass of wine that never arrived - and when we got our check it's just a tablet with a price. We wanted to leave so I didn't even check to see if the wine was still on there. Food was cold, salad was soggy, burger was very meh. For $150 it was overall a bad experience for the second time in a row. Definitely spend your money at any of the other local restaurants in town.
