Fries burnt burger was not right. The bags they use now are thinner and ripped. Prices went up and Quality and service are down

I was looking forward to the new fries, but I must have went to the wrong Wendy's because mine were cold and not crispy like usual.

We stopped by here for a quick bite before getting on the road for our trip. We decided to dine in. This is a very nice modern facility which gives it a more homey feel. There are many employees (approximately 8) walking around behind the counter, some not doing anything. Our cashier was very nice and quickly took our order. My boyfriend waited for the food which took over 5 mins and we were only the 2nd order inside. I went over to fill drinks and grab napkins and ketchup. There was red pop spilled in front of the counter and on the rug which had been there for a while since it was drying up in a spot on the floor. Both ketchup dispensers were not working so I told my boyfriend to ask for ketchup. Trash was overflowing under each of the dispensers. Still, employees were wandering around behind the counter but no one was taking the initiative to clean up the area in the dining room. A manager reloaded one of the freestyle pop machines but that was it. Our burgers were good but seemed a little dry like they were overcooked. Manager needs to step up and get his crew working instead of wandering around. read more

The nastiest, dirtiest restroom I have ever seen in a restaurant. No excuse when staff is standing around talking to one another. No towels, broken towel holder, every surface was disgusting. read more

We tend to go to Wendy's since they have good salads and chicken sandwiches, fried and broiled. The quality of their food is better and more to our liking. They prepare your food when you order it. Their sandwiches are not sitting in a warmer like most other fast foods. read more

The slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. Don't expect to wait less than 30-40 minutes for your food even if there are only 3 people in line. I've been here probably 15 times and have gotten out of line at least 10 of them. read more

This isn't fast food. Its awesome. If you are going to get something quick get it at Wendy's. This chicken is real. If you look into how the chicken at other places are processed you may not eat chicken ever again. Wendy's will always be my OG. read more

If you want fast food at this location, just drive past this one. The staff is rude. They talk like they have no manners. Went here recently & I asked them if everything was in the bag. I usually double check my orders, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I go home, & I'm missing a lot of stuff & things that were simple. I was annoyed, because when I pulled up to order they had the lights off, as if they were closed! Then, I seen the young lady working there eating in front of me, & asking about my dog. More concerned about my dog, than her eating in front of me. I then called back & I was on hold & then they hung up on me. The lady said it wasn't her that hung up on me & was unprofessional about the whole thing. Needless to say, just say no to fast food. read more

The food was great. Service was friendly. Food was pretty quick. Next time I will think twice about eating inside the restaurant though. For about 15 minutes while we were sitting down eating, there was an obnoxiously loud beep from the drive thru window. The employees simply couldn't be bothered with shutting it off until we inquired about what was causing the noise. They did end up shutting it off then. The dine-in "experience" doesn't seem to be much of a priority because why would anyone let that go on that long? read more

March 20,2021 today I literally waited in the drive thru line for over 30 mins . They would only do one order at a time. One person get their food and then they would take a order. Very poor management very poor timing. It's a Saturday afternoon it's going to be busy. I ended up not being able to eat my food till later in the afternoon because I went on my break. And with them taking forever I wasn't able to eat it. read more

Recently re-opened after a massive remodel. I stopped in for take-out tonight so I could get a look at the new digs (this is going to be the model for future stores). First off, it looks great. Everything is clean and as upscale as a fast food place can get. They've added a small outdoor eating area which was desperately needed. Plus, they've added 2 of those pop machines with 100+ options (I had a cherry vanilla coke). They've altered the flow and I am not sure how it will work on a busy lunch rush but it looks nice. The quality of the food is unchanged; still the same stuff you'll find elsewhere. I tried one of their new flatbread sandwiches tonight, it was surprisingly tasty. The flatbread was flavorful and had a nice texture to it, the chicken was actually a chicken breast not some odd-shaped pressed meat product, and the sauce was good. I'll totally go back just to play with the pop machine though. read more

Came after long shift to finally get some well deserved food in my stomach and and I went to WAS ONCE my favorite restaurant I checked on maps and the internet and saw they were open so I went and got in the drive thru line and waited. No one answered on the intercom. I waited patiently for 15 MINUTES but NO ONE ever helped us. But the time I was about to leave, there was 7 cars behind me in line, but NONE OF US were ever helped. I tried calling out hello several times into the intercom but no one ever answered. Heck, I even tried calling the restaurant several times but I was ignored. This was by far THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE in my life. When I drove by and looked into the drive through window, I saw people in there, they were just RUDELY ignoring 8 cars worth of loyal customers. At the very least, they could have at least went on the intercom and said that they weren't accepting anymore customers. This location does not deserve to bear the Wendy name. Lazy workers of this Wendy's who RUDELY ignored so many valued customers, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! I work in a restaurant myself and I've seen people written up for far less! read more

I am compelled to share negative feedback for this Wendy's Restaurant at Tuttle Crossing in Dublin. I ordered a salad and was overcharged. The drive-through cashier did not give me my receipt, unusual as this is routine everywhere else. I spotted the overcharge and rather than make everyone in line behind me wait, I parked my car and walked inside. Much to my surprise, the manager Jennifer decided to argue rather than provide either a refund or the equivalent value of food. She kept saying "thats not how we do it around here" which was so inappropriate, even the employees were embarrassed. No need to have this fast food stop on any route. It is an ugly zit on the face of the Wendy's Franchise. read more

At the drive-thru at 2pm today, both the man handling the register and the woman taking orders and preparing the drinks had their face masks pulled down so their noses were exposed, rendering them useless. I don't recall seeing them wearing gloves, but I can't confirm that. No POS unit to self-insert credit card so it must be handled by cashier who is also handling everyone else's so passing germs. I am grateful that the employees are working so that I could order food at all, but this Wendy's location does not seem to be ensuring either the employees' or the customers' safety by implementing basic requirements to prevent transmission of COVID-19. read more

This has got to be the WORST Wendy's I've ever come across. I don't know why I keep giving them chances. Every single time I've gone, this store has given me an old spicy chicken sandwich. Just plain disgusting. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse... I ordered another spicy chicken tonight and the meat was literally brown and rubbery and the breading on the chicken was soggy! It's non edible! Now I have to spend even more money somewhere else! Never again! Never giving this Wendy's another chance!!!!!!! read more

For starters, I very rarely frequent fast food places, but when I do I go in with the expectation that "you get what you pay for"; in other words, I don't expect to get a Kobe beef burger topped with organic greens, it is what it is. I stopped by this Wendy's because of it's proximity to home, and I was quite honestly to drained from a long day at work to even contemplate cooking dinner. As a general rule of thumb I do not go to the drive-thru unless I am ordering something very basic, perhaps like a "number one". Seeing that I was placing a more substantial order I opted to go inside. As I was the only person in line, I anticipated a rather short and unforgettable experience-how incorrect I was in this assumption! I ordered 2 hamburgers, a baked potato w/broccoli and cheese, a chili and a child's meal-to my surprise the total was just shy of $30. When asked about the amount, the obviously inadequately trained employee said that that was the price, after a bit of negotiating we agreed on around $21. Whatever, I was in a hurry to pick my son up from school and I didn't feel like arguing. So i paid my dues and stood next to the little maze they have in place waiting patiently-and then the manager pointed at me and motioned me over with his finger, I seriously thought that I was in some sort of trouble. He asked if this was my order, I felt scared to say yes, had I angered the fast food gods with my humble request? He then proceeded to take my order 3 more times. I then learned that the broccoli cheese potato comes with chili, and he charged me for extra broccoli and 2 strips of bacon-without my asking or knowledge- for my sad little baked potato. He did give me a refund of $2.49, but did not apologize for the previous ordering mis-hap (or of his lesson on what REALLY comes with a baked potato, despite my pointing to the menu board and reading off the said price of 2 dollars and change). After waiting a mere 25 minutes-and watching 3 different employees assemble my "monstrous" order, I was confronted with a gigantic sack and told to have a great night. I asked if everything was there, the associate said, "I guess so, you should probably check for yourself". Mind you in my time spent waiting, I witnessed 2 people come in stating that their drive thru order was incorrect, and the gentleman behind me said "they always mess up your order the first couple of times." At least when all was said and done, my son's fries were still partially frozen and the "food" was somewhat edible, but very sub par for even "fast food". For the time, frustration and price I could have stopped by, I don't know, ANYWHERE else and been better off. Needless to say I will not make that mistake again. read more

I went to Wendy's for my lunch today around 12 noon. The guy at the window kept scratching his face and handling orders. I ordered a medium sized meal, my fires were really low. As I began to eat my fries I stopped as I felt a hair in my mouth. I kept my cool and headed back to Wendy's to exchange my order for a fresh one and inform them of the hair and there was no apology or sense of remorse. I frequent this Wendy's a lot however. Don't eat at Wendy's they refuse to make mistakes right and rather rip off their customers. In August of 2018 I ordered a baconator combo. I didn't noticed it was a basic cheese burger until I was 10 minutes down the freeway. I called customer care right away and was assured the problem would be taken care of. I called back in November of 2018 I was promised the issue would be handled. I didn't hear from anyone until January 21. The woman who called me claimed I wasn't ripped off because I got a burger of lesser value and ate it. When I tried to explain to her that's not how things worked. She hung up on me. I tweeted Wendy's and was assured that the district manage would call me. I got a call on January 24. The man who called me blamed me for their screw. I hung up on him and called customer care. Customer care promised to send me a generous amount of combo meal cards, As if February 11, 2019 I hadn't received them. I called customer care again they denied having spoken with me. Even though I had proof I did in my call log. She first offered to give my one combo card, even though this all started last year. She then said she would send me two, and this was her being generous. I said this wasn't acceptable because I was promised more. I called back on the 12th, this time the lady who I spoke with promised me 4 combo cards, this was still far less than what I was originally promised. I called back today, and spoke with Jeff the manger. He said no one will apologize to me for lying to me, for not giving me the food I paid for, and threaten legal actions against me if I called back. They don't care about their customers at all. Got "dinner" there yesterday evening thru the drive thru. I ordered a large fries with the meal; the container was about half full of bits and pieces and also contained a very long hair. The Dr. Pepper tasted like motor oil smells. As one employee was leaving he took off his hat in the dining room and proceeded to"fluff" out his hair. Had the fish sandwich last week, and was expecting something good. Well, not so much. The fish was average at best, the pickles were smashed to the upper bun, one small piece of wilted lettuce. My guess it was sitting for a while. Fries were ok. The only good thing was the pop, not too much ice. For a bill over 7 dollars, not worth it. 0 Stars. I love Wendy's food and maybe it was the staff that they had a this time of the day that made this a bad experience.....OK, it was the staff. I waited at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes when I was finally told that they had to wait for the computer to reboot to take my order. Really? obviously the headsets and speakers worked fine because they were are to talk with me. I asked what am I supposed to to in the meantime and I was told (by 3-4 employees at the same time) to go f*ck myself. Needless to say, I am done with this location. this is of the new wendys.....new pop machines, soft seats, a fireplace, tvs with fake news. the bathrooms were needing to be cleaned. ordering food was a challenge because the teenage kid behind the counter was mumbling, and did so using ebonics and not english. dining area was a bit messy. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. We were the only people in line at 8:30 pm and spent 20 minutes in the drive in where we were told "I'll be with you in a moment" twice over the intercom. The order was taken wrong twice as well, and ended up finally leaving with cold soggy food. I never leave Yelp reviews but I am so dissatisfied I felt I needed to warn others before coming here.
