Order at the kiosks, and wait in line or at a table for pickup. Staff were busy in the back and at the drive-through, no one at the counter. They were humping at lunchtime on a weekday. Kid K got a strawberry Frosty and liked it. I checked out the Coke Freestyle offerings before going for a menu-item watermelon lemonade. It was cold and refreshing, nothing amazing. There were 20 non working employees over the counter sitting around doing nothing. We waited a long time for our food while I watched most of it sit on the counter. When we finally got our food, there were no straws in the bag. Isn't that fast food 101? Oh but wait! Our $36.00 order did not even come with napkins. And there was no point in asking for some. God forbid I interrupted them from NOT working! I think these employees need to be trained again or let go altogether. The new AI drive through experience seems like an unnecessary step that causes more problems than it's worth. It got my entire order wrong! Is the drive through experience not already impersonal enough? Do we really need to make it less personal than it already is? The lady that "helped" us today had a snotty attitude and they gave us the wrong order. She seemed nice the first time we went through the line, the second time it was a flip switched and she was rude. The third time we went back to get our other order she seemed nicer, but we ended up with the wrong order. I didn't feel like confronting her or even dealing with her again so I left it and threw it away. Avoid! Ordered a burger, spicy chicken nuggets and a large fry. The fry didn't come in the bag. When we told the girl at the drive thru, she rolled her eyes and got us a separate bag with fries. Stopped in for lunch. About 1245pm . Long line so I decided to use the computer ordering station. Easy to place your order. I jumped past several other people who were inline ahead of me. I ordered a double , no bun . It was made and placed in a small container. Neat and clean. I found my food hot and fresh. The veggies were crisp and fresh, the meat was fresh and tasted excellent. My large diet Coke was very good, as we all know often the mixes are off at the fast food restaurants. We're not here it tasted great. The only issue I can see is that this is a new Wendy's, appears to be their latest design and isn't very fancy and great looking. The issue is that if they need to keep it better maintained, it needs a good cleaning to include the dining room and bathroom. read more

I always eat my food before posting, so hard to show the awesome double stack I had. I gave this 5 stars since a lot of people seemed upset in strange ways. Cool, we understand that you were inconvenienced once that it makes a deal breaker to never come again. Even the "cellphones have so much bacteria..." blah that could have been avoided by just saying, "hey is it okay if you sanitize your hands real quick and give me another?" Bad reviews can destroy the heart and soul of a restaurant, and when that bad review is unfounded and doesn't do anything to improve that restaurant. That is definitely worse, and it doesn't help. My visit to this Wendy's was actually good, a lot of good and some bad. Let's highlight the good then move on to the bad. I don't live around here, I live in Louisville, KY and those that follow me or are friends on Yelp know this. I'm here for a business training and I've got two restaurant I've been hitting hard because they are close to A. My hotel, and B. The training location. One of those restaurants is Wendy's, today was the second day visiting them. I've been hitting Wendy's primarily for lunch, and both times they provided GREAT food and that's what's key right? When running a restaurant your number one priority to is feed people good food but there's more to it than that. I had the Asiago Chicken Ranch Club both times, and both times they were good. A little better the first time but overall some decent consistency there. The chicken was cooked just right, all the different components placed well, not to much ranch but not to little, just enough to live up to the name. The sandwiches were good, and they were good both times. Their Chicken Cool Wraps were also above average from what I normally experience at a Wendy's, they were wrapped absolutely perfect and that's a win in my book. They were also cohesive, the elements were placed in there well and they were balanced, not too much lettuce, cheese or sauce and fro crying out loud it WASN'T watery! Thank you! So the food was definitely good, what could use some help? The service, the staff definitely needs a small kick. Bring the staff up to speed with what it means to be customer service oriented and you've got yourself one fantastic Wendy's, far above better than the one I go to back home, food wise you all hit the mark and that deserves a good review. read more

I had yet another disappointing meal and experience at Wendy's in Dublin, OH (Tuttle Crossing Blvd) on 10-15-22 at 9:40pm. I ordered a Baconator combo meal like I've done for years, but when I got home to eat, I found a tiny amount of bacon bits. The Baconator has always been touted for having 6 slices of bacon as shown in Wendy's advertisement and menu photo posted in my review. Now take a look at the unedited photos of the Baconator I received. The bacon bits aren't the equivalent of 1 slice of bacon! This is the second time this month that my Baconator has looked like this. It's totally unacceptable, false advertising, and consumer fraud. A Baconator sandwich alone is $7.39 and my combo was more than $10.50. The fries were cold, too. Wendy's has a hot fries guarantee or they replace your cold fries with fresh and hot fries. Sounds nice, but who has time to sit in a long line of cars in the drive thru to get a replacement? I keep saying that I will never visit this Wendy's location again, but it is on my way home. Why does my baconator have 1.5 pieces of bacon . Trash. Plain city's Wendy's is 10x better

In the past two weeks I have had deplorable service. The first time the female cashier gave me cash back. But didn't give me my $0.17 change nor did she give me a receipt. I asked her for a receipt and then she said "my bad" I forgot to give you your change. Then today I went and the guy forgot to hand me my drink and receipt. I waited for 60 seconds and I saw him walk away. Eventually he acknowledged I was still there and handed me my drink and said "my bad." I proceeded to ask him for a receipt as well. I am not very happy with the service. I go to this one because of the fast service and courtesy. But now I refuse to go back after two instances where they tried to skimp me on my money or food. read more

It was frustrating I asked for a manger. Another female toke over the order repeated everything correctly as we ordered it. Literally the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to and the worst fast food experience that I've ever had. Their food is NEVER consistent, they have horrible service, their employees are usually distracted and goofing off, and their food is awful. Today I ordered a cheesy baked potato with butter/sour cream on the side, a small coke, a 6 piece nugget and fries. When I pulled up in the Drive-thru, the workers were goofing around with each other and the girl who was saying my order back to me was clearly distracted. They were dancing around and having fun, not paying attention to me at all. The woman forgot to give me my drink. Then, a guy handed me my bag of food and card, but then asked for my card again and said they didn't run it through yet. Then he gave me my drink when I asked for it, but no straw. Once I got home, I realized they didn't give me sour cream/butter for the baked potato. The cheesy baked potato barely had any cheese on it and was super dry. It looked like they just gave me leftovers. The nuggets and fries were also old, cold, and dry. I usually don't write reviews at all, especially for fast food because it's more effort and typically I just forget about it. But this experience and order was so awful, I tried to call them (5 times) and the phone just kept ringing and no one picked up. I didn't even get a receipt so I can't make a review with my order number/info. This is the most terrible Wendy's and I will never go back here again. I want to just throw out the whole meal. I'm extremely disappointed and unhappy with this Wendy's. I didn't even take a picture because I tossed everything. Such an embarrassment. If I could give zero stars, I would. It definitely feels more fast casual than fast food with its wood accents, faux fireplace, freshly-baked cookies, and cool soda machine. This restaurant is really hit or miss. I'm pretty sure I've reviewed this dump before, but somehow it has been mysteriously deleted. At 4:30 in the afternoon on a weeknight they can only manage one customer through the drive-through at a time. Meaning, they take the order from the person at the speaker, that person goes to the window, meanwhile they have told the person that just pulled up to the speaker (now second in line) to "take a minute to look at the menu, we will be right with you". The person at the window pays, gets their food and is gone before the person who was second in line is allowed to order their food. This happens probably 80% of the time I go through the drive-through. Clearly they are trying to improve their service times through manipulation. Being a few miles from their headquarters, it's hard to believe how poorly this restaurant performs. My food is usually fresh enough to my satisfaction, but is sloppily made most of the time. Tonight I also witnessed someone who appeared to be a manager or leader of some sort with her personal cell phone out, dropping F bombs in front of customers, and describing text messages she'd been receiving from someone. Pretty unprofessional, and shows lack of discipline and integrity. I guess this is what you can expect from fast food workers, which is why $15 an hour does not make sense. I have worked fast food myself and we would have never gotten away with this quality of service. The ppl who work there are rude as hell man. Hire ppl who aren't 15 or 16 and have an authority complex. A lot of the employees come to this location from a far distance because the pay is higher. Have you ever had french fries so dry that if they gave you hicccups? Well it's no fault of this Wendy's own but the fries were dry lol but they were hot so I guess that's good. I came here at 11:30 right before lunchtime, and the drive-through was completely empty. I place my order within a few seconds and when I pulled up and paid, it was already ready. I think I was in the drive-through for maybe about one minute tops. Very fast no complaints at all. I've never had the breakfast here but I heard it was OK. I've also never been inside. Food poisoning!!!!! Day before Thanksgiving, my boyfriend went to Wendy's at Tuttle. He had just come from the gym and was feeling great. He noticed the place seemed poorly managed...just an observation based on the lack of cleanliness and the attitudes and poor customer service by the employees there. He ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and chili. When he got home, there was no cheese on the chili as ordered, no crackers, spoon or napkins. The chili was clearly bottom of the barrel...it was basically soup with no meat and just a few beans (the chili was for me). Within a few hours of consuming the chicken sandwich, he became violently sick..vomiting, cramps, diarrhea. This continued throughout the next day, Thanksgiving, and we had to cancel family plans as he said he had not been that ill in decades. The nature and sudden onset of his symptoms leaves no doubt that he had food poisoning. Because he hadn't eaten anything but his normal foods prepared at home, we determined it was that chicken sandwich. Until they start managing that place properly, stay away!! read more
