I love Wendy's. Their food is generally a step above any other fast food establishment and they offer a better variety than most anyone else. That said, this Wendy's has its issues. I've had poor service numerous times - wrong orders, long waits to get served, etc. Last 3 visits were an improvement over the first ones, but this place has a ways to go. I think they made some poor hiring decisions and have had to clean house. They get three stars because I've seen improvements in service, it hasn't been such a bad experience I won't go again, and they have a really cool soda machine. 100 different varieties, including an insane amount of diet soda options. It's like your own personal soda fountain. I'm hoping they can continue to work on their management and get things right. read more

This place is so freaking slow its ridiculous!! I have been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Im not aggregating nor lying! And you cant back out and say forget it because they have a trap in drive thru which I dont understand how thats not a hazzard. Very disappointed arrived at this location at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and the doors were locked! The workers would not acknowledge me and my family at the door and the drive through line was long due to slow service, to my surprise since no one was inside being served. I attempted to call the location to ask how come the doors were locked since the sign reads dine in hours until midnight. But no one answered and I got the fax machine! I'm writing this post so the manager and district manager of the store can be aware of the issue since they lost a lot of business to close by competitors due to the locking of the door prior to close. Probably the slowest "fast food" drive thru I've ever had the displeasure of sitting in. I've been in line for 25 minutes. My car is literally in park that's how bad it is. Drive thru at this location today, and the lady at the window not wearing a mask. Watched guy behind her in a red shirt putting food in his mouth, and he was bagging French Fries for a customer order. No mask, no food handling gloves - this place is obviously not taking any Covid-19 safety precautions. Makes one wonder how safe their food handling sanitation is day to day. Wendys Disaster! I have tried and then tried again just to make sure. This Wendys fast food restaurant is the worst! Twice this Wendys messed up my order. Love to see the P&L on this store. Un-organized and terrible service, I can't elaborate because it was just terrible. the only word for it Terrible! I would like to know what's up with the straws? I paid for my drink and yet even after asking for a straw in the drive through "again after I paid for it" I was told my straw would be in the bag. Well...It's hot and I don't really care about the car timer thing. Give me my straw and let me take a sip of my purchased beverage. Do you hear that Wendys? We don't care about this so called car timer and a managers bonus or store points on fastest served. What does it matter when the order is wrong and you forgot to put the disputed straw in the darn bag! There are too many other options for me to eat at Wendys. I would like to add, I like Wendys and the food is usually pretty good especially for the price and the veggies are cut thicker than most fast food restaurants. Your salads and frosty's are the bomb. Don't loose focus and try to save a few bucks by hiring people who don't care about customer service and just can't seem to get it right, or maybe have a more active and involved management staff. It can take years to earn a customers trust and only a minute to loose it. read more

Long line in the drive through ordering for the family, but when I checked my order it seems they forgot a couple items. After waiting a few minutes for someone to notice I was still there, they wanted to know what was missing. Took a few more minutes for them to make the food they forgot... and even still, there were still missing items. Seriously, how hard is it really to check for a complete order? read more

Shame on you... Dave would be so disappointed for the soggy burger. Waited at drive thru over 15 minutes due to the fish sandwich that you're promoting. Manager and young lady at the window ... No one told us it would take that long; had he we known, we would have skipped the fish sandwich. The burger (lettuce, onions and tomato) was soggy, fish sandwich was ok (not worth the wait), the spicy asiago chicken sandwich was spicy only on 1-2 bites (good squirt without much attention to detail of how it would taste to your customer). Wendy's Eldorado and DNT... focus please on your work. I had to go in and get the rest of my order because after waiting for 15 minutes long, the fish sandwich was brought out, but not the rest of the order (which apparently had been sitting on the counter for the same amount of time). So... Manager and crew on 5/4/17 at 6pm... please get it together. We would like to return for a better experience. read more

Worst Wendy's of all time. They are so short staffed - only one register is ever open no matter how many people are in line. The staff is completely incompetent. I said no less than 3 times "no cheese" and the burger had cheese on it. They are completely disorganized and the register person is also expected to put the orders together - they can barely work the register in the first place. The manager appears to be completely oblivious to any of this. There's a Whataburger next door that is so well managed. The wait time is similar so save yourself the inevitable wrong order and go somewhere else. read more

The manager?, Kat, decided to talk to her friend in the drive through for 5 minutes and even cuss "Hurry up and fucking order", to her. That is unacceptable. Then, when I asked this manager?, Kat, who that lady was like if it was a friend or a rude customer, she said, "Oh, it's my friend.", and walked away like she did nothing wrong. I waited 5 minutes for a jr cheese burger that was cold before I even left the parking lot. read more

This place is filthy. The flooring around the drink machine looked like someone spilt stuff everywhere and it was just covered up with a mat. Ketchup dispensers don't work. Restroom smells like a port-o-pottie. No paper towels in the restroom and I refuse to use the disgusting hand dryer. I couldn't understand the kid taking our order either. The food came out quick and the kids liked it, so it gets two stars just for that. I'd expect better for a QSR in Frisco, but I suppose not. read more

went to this location last week thru the drive thru, ordered a chicken wrap, got to the window and they gave me a price of 2.76. I said how much is tax on 1.99? oh are prices went up. Well it says 1.99 on the display board. ok, i will get that changed. fast forward to 1 week later, go thru the drive thru, price still says 1.99 on the display. i get to the window and of course its 2.76, i said the price says 1.99. the manager who was taking my money, says " prices went up " yes i was told that last week but the price still says 1.99 on the drive thru board. Oh no it doesn't because i changed that myself and then she proceeds to start being rude to me because she goes out there to check it and sure enough it still says 1.99. but hey, she is the one that changed it. This has to be one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. After the workers got my order wrong the first time, I spoke with the manager and, in return, was granted compensation. Upon my return back to receive my compensated meal, a worker (Nathanael) had an utterly disgusting disposition and no idea of good customer service. He continuously kept getting my order wrong on PURPOSE and was very rude when I requested items I had previously ordered! When he was giving me my food he shoved it at me and would quickly close the window. He intentionally didn't give me my drinks, so I had to turn around and went through the drive-through and asked for him to remake my drinks- in fear of him messing with them. He quote on quote said ", Are you sure?" , with the utmost sarcasm, if I wanted to my drinks remade. While he was remaking my drinks he was eating French fries cavailarily like nothing is wrong with consuming food while handling customers food. Such disgusting service across the board- I will NEVER come back here!! read more

The only thing consistent with Wendy's is the hamburger. Other than that the fries are substandard and like what I could make at home if I messed up trying to make something better. This Wendy's smells absolutely horrible inside. The carpet is obviously the culprit with spills and accidents and God knows what over the years. It just gives you the feeling that who knows what else has been left to be cleaned behind the counter. For a restaurant amongst others on a busy street in Frisco I'd have expected better. There are other Wendy's in Frisco. This one is yucky. read more

Unfortunately, I too had a terrible visit to this location. It was a Friday evening around 6pm, prime time. 4 employees working the entire store and it seemed like no one wanted to work the register. 4 Ladies in line in front of me left and went next door after waiting nearly 15 minutes. It took waaaay too long but the order was correct. However, I won't be back for awhile. Having to wait nearly 30 minutes to get food at a "fast food" restaurant is unacceptable. Went in here this past weekend. McDonald's was packed and Wendy's was empty so we chose Wendy's. Upon entering there was some strange smell emanating that hit you in the face. Placed our order and went to sit and NOT ONE clean table in the entire place!!! There was some large spill that was on the floor near the soda machine which was not cleaned up. Some other customers complained to the staff that they could not find a clean table to sit (neither could my family). Finally, someone came to clean. The fries were cold and not fresh. My 12 year old daughter wanted ice cream and said "but not from here". Quite sad considering my family loves Wendy's. read more
