Solid burgers and casual spot! I feel the Richardson location is much better in quality and taste though. The burgers are filling and their tater tots are good. Service is friendly. They have a kiosk, so you don't really need to talk to the workers. Food came out a bit later than expected, considering how empty the spot was. I'll still go back!

Frisco, we have lift off! I'm super picky about my burgers, and this place did NOT disappoint. The burger was perfectly cooked, the sesame bun was perfect, the fries + tots were divine! I felt like my food was cooked FRESH, which is something I've been missing at burger joints. If you're considering Sky Rocket Burger, take a chance on this place, and it'll take your taste buds to the moon and back. The Mexican coke paired perfectly with the burger. Finished up with a cookies + cream shake. Idk what they put in this shake, and I don't care, because it was THAT good! Great spot, excellent service, good music playlist, and a cute industrial design with the nostalgic red checkered platter papers. We will certainly be back!

Sky Rocket Burgers are always a treat. These greasy burgers melt in your mouth and get better with every bite. Every time I eat here, the food comes out fast and fresh, and there's plenty of seating at the Frisco location. I didn't care for their milkshakes and it's a tad expensive for what you get, but everything else got a solid A!

This location was near our hotel so we gave it a try and super happy we did! The shake was a 10/10 not too thick and not too thin with plenty of flavor. The burger was exactly what you would want from a frosty type spot! I love the smashed style burger with all the fixings. The portion of fries was good for the size and the grilled cheese was cooked perfectly, such a great find!

This got my attention on social media, And what amazing me was a burger being dipped into a bowl of cheese...... which I found out... Was not offended at this location. So... let's lift off to the pinnacle of disappointment.. Almost every table is dirty... They don't accept cash... Bathroom is dirty... And over priced burger. What's also boggling... Is the picture of random people on the lift off wall... What's it mean??? What's it for ??

The location is odd but the fries are some of the best we have ever had and the burger was equally as delicious. Highly recommend....

Like some other reviewers mentioned, it is a bit pricey because the burgers don't include a side, but I will say the sides are good! The tots come with Parmesan on top, which my partner wasn't too crazy about so we'll ask for it without next time but would have been nice to know beforehand. The fried pickles were sliced longways (idk how else to describe it but they were flat and wide, not like pickle chips), and it was the perfect ratio of batter to pickle--super crunchy! The burgers themselves are thick, cooked to your preferred temp, and there are lots of toppings to choose from. Will definitely be back when I'm craving a heartier burger than In N Out or, inevitably, those fried pickles

The Royal was completely pink (photos included). I could not eat it - it was pretty raw. Luckily I also ordered fries so I ate some of those but after trying to figure out if I could salvage my patty, by the time I decided to just have the fries, they were cold and soggy. I was hoping to have a solid burger to celebrate Independence Day but this burger was inedible. If you are ordering to go, I highly suggest checking your order prior to leaving.

I have came here with family and friends visiting, I have ordered this for takeout countless times. Rodeo Goat is where it's at I'll be talking about the 2 most recent burgers I tried - The brisket beef attacked my arteries in the best way - the brisket melts in your mouth (overshadows the beef though). This is the meatiest burger I've ever had from here. I have a bit of a sweet tooth so the sugar bomb is the most frequently ordered burger for me (maybe 10+ times?). I really enjoy the arugula mixed in with grilled peaches, a bit of jam and the party itself. I love this burger and I hope it never leaves the menu. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive - points to them!

I really do, but with so many nice or better burger options available,…read moreI'm just going to say I will choose somewhere that offers medium rare burgers or hits high on the napkins quotient (as in, how messy and greasy it - the more, the better). Rodeo Goat seems more of a schtick theme. We started with the "Steaming Pile," which is basically characterized as bacon-cheese tots with additional goat cheese & a sunny side up egg. The egg was properly cooked. The portion was small for $10. It's really not a shareable size for more than two light eaters. There was zero hint of truffle oil. The Cowboy Cobb salad was a healthy portion, and all was good except for two things: the "jalapeño croutons" were not crispy in any way - they were like what would happen if a mushy hush puppy and tempura batter had a love child and it wrapped itself around an uncivilized jalapeño trying to socially climb. The second was that the burger patty had no cheese (why bother?) & I know it was an add-on. I ordered the Inspector Clousseau. Not much of a smash on the over-cooked patties. And, yes, I know what to expect from smash burger, but again, these patties were two the thickness of anything I've ever seen called a smash burger. More importantly, the pan sauce poured over the entire plate was cold and congealed. Generally, the flavor was okay. The service was nice, but at premium prices, I'm looking for elevated effort from the kitchen.

My partner tried a burger and myself the chicken fried steak finger basket. The value for money was big, and I got a large amount of tenders, more so than was stated on the menu. The breading had a bit of an odd texture but overall the fingers tasted good. The gravy tasted a bit off to me but nothing too offputting. The fries were great. My partner also largely liked his burger. He described the bun as "sweet." I think I'd be interested in returning and trying something else, like a sandwich, salad or taco. My 6-year-old son was very excited to be there and, while looking at the menu, he touched it without realizing it was a digital screen. Instead of calmly explaining that he shouldn't touch it, an older male employee yelled at him in a very aggressive and inappropriate manner. As a parent, I was shocked and saddened to see an adult speak to a young child that way over such an innocent mistake. Children are still learning and deserve to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. The situation made us feel so uncomfortable that we decided to leave without ordering any food. It's unfortunate because we had been looking forward to dining there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff members know how to interact respectfully with families and children. Based on this experience, we will not be returning.
