We came here for dinner around 5:15 pm on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy at all but by the we finished, the place was packed! Thank goodness we came early! We order the Vanderslice burger, it was like a Big Mac at McDonalds and the Avocado Burger, the Avocado burger was very juicy but the Vanderslice was overcooked. We order at the front and we got a number from the staff and we sat and waited for our food! It took about 15 mins before our food came!

With the family craving burgers, Haystack was our first stop for our weekend in Frisco. We arrived just as they were opening for lunch, so there wasn't much of a wait and the food came out quickly. I was thoroughly impressed with my Avocado Ranch Burger. Everything just meshed so well together, especially the avocado ranch dressing and crispy bacon, once I had taken a break from devouring my burger, I'd realized this the best burger I'd had in quite a long time. Add some perfectly cooked fries to the mix and everyone walked away happy. So if you are looking for a place that dishes out some great burgers as well as has a great bar and patio set up, do try out the Haystack in Frisco. We plan to stop in for another burger should we be back this way.

I went to finally try this spot. I parked in the back and came in the back door and got a little lost on what to do. The bar and a column blocked the view to see there is a front order counter it the back right corner. Once i figured that out went up to order. I tried the Haystack Burger because who doesn't love fried onions on their burger. It was a tasty burger and solid. Now i got the banana pudding and let me tell you it is fantastic and might be one of the best i have ever had. It is light and fluffy and tastes like real whipped cream and pudding and not cool whip. It is both cookies and fresh bananas. You have to get this you won't be sorry. A great option when in downtown Frisco.

Haystack is one of our favorites for a great tasting burger, and they're mozzarella sticks are big and the best with their ranch! Service is good, walk up and order style, they bring the food out when ready. Nice farm style Deco and feel inside. Has a small bar as well

The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with friendly staff! I grabbed my food to go! My burger was DELICIOUS. It was just the right amount of greasy! I enjoyed every bite! The fried pickles were crispy and just the right amount of salty. I think I found my new burger place.

2024 Yelp 100 Challenge - #24 Delicious Burger Spot serving up fresh made to order food. I've had the pleasure of ordering food to go here and by far it is one my favorite burger spots. I love how all the toppings are placed in a separate container so that you can assemble your burger at home. Portions are always generous with plenty of fries to share with others in your party. 5 locations in DFW with the first location opening in 2013 in Richardson, TX. Their second location opening in Frisco. I arrived here at 11:40am doors were locked, there are cars parked in the front. Store hours says it opens at 10:30am.

This local chain of premium burgers and beers is going to be bust buds with your taste buds the first time, then every time. No fuss, this rustic country decor reps Frisco, Texas as a historic frontier town, and now an upscale frontier for the Dallas Metro area. Good quality ingredients, cooked as you order it. The mushroom burger here is simply the best, anywhere. But wait! There's more! Stop on by, more than burgers here! Kids menu makes it easy for families to dine here. Salads are like feasts, take a carnivore break in a mini produce department. Sweet endings with a tasty shake?

I came here and ordered a vanilla milkshake, a Haystack burger, fries, and a Rueben sandwich to go. The inside was pretty clean and spacious. I could see myself eating here for sine in. They even have TVs which helps you not to miss a game when sports are on. The wait was about 15 minutes. The Rueben came with thinly stacked pastrami, swiss, house-made 1000 island & sauerkraut (which I substituted for lettuce). This sandwich was so good! I loved the flavor of the pastrami; the rye bread was also delicious! I definitely recommend it and I can't wait to eat it again from here. The Haystack Burger comes with Haystack Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, Bar-B-Q, Lettuce, Tomato, & Pickles. This burger has a lot of robust flavor in each bite. The meat is seasoned wonderfully and all the ingredients come together most deliciously. I highly recommend this burger especially if you're a burger enthusiast. The fried onions stand out too they're perfectly crispy. The milkshake was tasty but it was very thick to drink. If you're okay with that then go for it. I prefer my milkshakes a lot more easier to pull through the straw, which was smoothie-sized. The fried were good not the best, but crispy and well fried. I definitely would be back and recommend you try this.

Such a fun corner spot in Frisco for a lunch or dinner eat. There's a bar separate from the food counter so you can choose a "happy hour" vibe or grab a spot near the window to overlook main street. The patio is also a great spot for a beer. My party of 2 split the 50/50 and still had leftovers. The burgers were exactly what we wanted: cheesy, cooked to perfection, with crisp and fresh veggies. We've been back a couple of times not only for the food but for the friendly staff. We were checked on multiple times and everyone was extremely kind. Don't sleep on this burger joint!

Burger was exceptional, prices are fairly reasonable, staff was very attentive and respectful, environment is relaxed and peaceful with a little tv if you watch to watch the game.

Fries and onion straws are good! Burger was just ok, it was way to greasy for my liking. The bottom bun turned into mush befor uiu can finish it, and they serve it sitting on a napkin to help soak up the grease. But it was seasoned well and cooked to medium rare as I requested. Overall however it was just a decent average burger but not an outstanding burger in my opinion. My wife had the down on the farm burger cooked to medium and it was also very greasy.

Absolutely amazing place in the Preston Hollow location at least when they serve liquor and a smiling faces greet you with amazing Eye-Contact everywhere. Don't even bother with eating utensils this food is the best one eaten with your fingers even dipping my finger into the yellow mustard to go along with bites of my portobello mushroom burger (because they were out of the veggie patties). The brioche bun was absolutely over the top!. Great place to visit, highly recommended. The host-manager (Meina) was wonderfully attentive & helpful on my noob 1st-timer experience. In the end? I ended up dancing-a-double with Mark... MEMBERS MARK WHISKEY that is!!!. Yummy for everything!.

I found The Sandwich Spot on Yelp after searching for Dutch Crunch bread. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the irresistible aroma of fresh vegetables and warm, crusty bread--if happiness had a scent, this would be it! Their sandwich selection is impressive. I originally drove an hour (one-way!) just for the Dutch Crunch rolls. Then I walked in, got greeted with that heavenly smell and super friendly vibes, and there was no way I was leaving without a sandwich. I went with the BLT, and let me tell you: it was loaded with crispy bacon and absolutely delicious. The place is spotless, including the restroom, and the customer service is top-notch. I called ahead to check on the Dutch Crunch rolls, and you could literally hear the smile through the phone. Jeff is fantastic, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative--thanking me multiple times for stopping by. I highly recommend The Sandwich Spot. I'd will be making the drive again and again for the food and the friendly service.

At a minimum, I expect it to have at least as much filling as Jersey Mike's sandwiches. It certainly doesn't. Additionally, Jersey Mike's makes a better sandwich. They just do. Bottom line: very nice people are running this place without question. However, I likely won't return. It's just not worth the significant premium they charge for their sandwiches, when you can go to Jersey Mike's, get a much bigger and better sandwich, for a much better price. The portion size was simply unacceptable for the price. I do wish them the best of luck, as they are clearly good people.

The manager did a lot of the work prepping the food, and putting together our order. He was energetic and kind. I'll give him that. What sucked though, was we felt like we couldn't eat in the dining room; there was a weird sour smell that was slowly stealing our appetites as we stood and waited for our order. We asked for our order to go and ended up eating it in the car. We were between basketball tournament games so we couldn't go home, what can you do! Seemed like a bummer to not feel able to use one of the many available seats in the room, I promise, the smell was a huge deterrent. If they fix that, they should be golden!

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.
