Was having some vehicle work done at a nearby shop and needed to grab a bite to eat. This is about as good as it gets within walking distance. It's pretty much what you'd expect at a Wendy's. I had the spicy chicken sandwich which is what it is. The fries that came along with it were spot on cooked to the right crispiness. Drinks are refillable through the touch screen coke machine. Those are nice because they offer many Zero selections. The restaurant itself was clean and employees were cleaning as guests came and went. The girl sweeping was very thorough. Enough so that it's worth a mention. One thing that management needs to address is the dining area sound system. It sounds like the speaker is blown and is annoying enough that it'd better if turned off. Otherwise this was a nice experience for fast food. read more

I used to love Wendy's. I used to go about once a week. Sadly though, they have been slipping. Quality is going downhill, wait times at the drive thru are ridiculous, and things seem to be getting smaller. Last burger was soggy, fried were horrible, and of course, they forgot my nuggets. I haven't been back in weeks now, and I don't plan to. It must be hard to staff a business well when you pay so little, but like most corporate entities, they only care about maximizing profits. They will find out that not keeping your customers your number one priority is going to have consequences. Too bad. read more

The wendys on barker rd. I haven't been here for a long time because before today they messed up my order. And ive never had there breakfast before. But today they were perfection. I had there baconator breakfast meal. Without cheese and it was awesome. Got my order right and had a great breakfast to start my day. Please the fries were jo jos and super good. Rode with my girlfriend through the drive through and got some food. Placing the order went fine, paying at the window and getting the food was fine. while my girlfriend went into the bag there was chili cheese sauce all over the side and bottom and no napkins and my girlfriend got sauce all over her hand and arm. Kinda annoying but not a big deal, pull into a parking spot and she goes inside to get napkins. She calmly told the staff they should provide napkins to their guests in case a mess happens and showed them her arm while she went to grab napkins. someone did say sorry and they would start. As my girlfriend was leaving someone in the back distinctly yelled "get out of here with that complaint," which caused my girlfriend to step back in and address the issue sternly. The manager did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, this is no way to treat your customers, whoever was on shift on 10/31/24 at 6:45 PM needs to be spoken to and reminded that customers are their lifeblood. its a disgrace that these are the type of people demanding 15$ an hour to do a subpar below average job. read more

The lady that took our order was very rude and dismissive. The manager that was fulfilling our order just tossed my fries on the tray and they went all over the counter. My burger was warm at best and the fries that made it on my tray were also barely warm and just small pieces. I used to like Wendy's but never again! read more

Order hamburgers through Uber eats, My house is less than five minutes from the restaurant. So food got here within minutes after I place my order.. hamburgers were cold and staled. I called the restaurant, and they swore up and down that they make every single order fresh as they received the order. But my hamburgers were cold, not warm, cold as if they have been sitting on the counter for hours. The lady I spoke with, was very unsympathetic and tried to blame it on the Uber driver. But this was not an Uber driver problem tthis was the restaurant problem. In order for my food to be that cold, that driver would have had to take an hour to get here. This restaurant is selling food that seems to have been sitting on the counter for who knows how long and then trying to convince the customers that they made it fresh to order. Maybe they assemble it when I order it, but they did not cooked it. When I order it, it was already made and cold for who knows how long. So no, I do not recommend this place. And I will not buy from them ever again. read more

I could take or leave their food generally, but yesterday I had a burger, a single, that was delicious. Better than the burger was the service, I wish the gal was wearing a name tag because she was so nice to everyone, it would have been nice to name her by name. I made a quick stop at Wendy's on Barker (either Liberty Lake or Greenacres, WA) and purchased my favorite sandwich, Wendy's homestyle chicken sandwich. I had just left Camper World when I spotted Wendy's, the only fast-food restaurant that I go to. I didn't have a lot of time so ordered it to go. It took about 1 minute for them to give me my order. It turned out to be the worst sandwich I've ever purchased at a Wendy's! I won't ever go there again. The sandwich was barely warm as were the fries. The fries on top looked o.k., but mid-way through they were only cold and very small pieces of fries. They must have scraped the bottom for these! If I could have, I wouldn't have even given this place one star! read more

I walked in and hard a large order. The front clerk provided wonderful, polite service. He offered extra condiments and provided large bags and drinks carriers. The manager on duty then even offered to help me out to my car. She was also checking in on the dining in guests when I arrived. For a chain fast food restaurant this is one of the best experiences I ever had. They are setting a very high standard. read more
