I feel this is very bad hygiene, and when working with food, beards and facial hair should be kept away from food preparation. Thought I had found a great taco spot, but today I was extremely disappointed to see what I saw. It just was not appetizing. What a shame. I'd like to post the following information for the owner, so they can take appropriate steps to protect food: "Beards must be covered during food preparation to prevent physical, biological, and chemical contamination.
