I placed a decent sized order on the app and showed up about 12 minutes after I placed it. Took about another 10 minutes for the food to be made, but everything was absolutely delicious. Being in Klamath Falls for the very first time, I wanted to eat at a local establishment. Unfortunately, we arrived in town late that evening so most of the restaurants were already closed. Thank goodness Wendy's was still open so we did not starve. We used the drive-thru for our group of 7. There were only a few vehicles ahead of us, but it took about 15 minutes before it was our turn to order. Another 15 minutes after placing our order to wait for our food. Fortunately, everything we ordered was given to us. Everyone was alright with the food. Personally, I had the Son of Baconator and a Chocolate Frosty. Both tasted fine. I never expect much from most fast food places. This Wendy's was A-Ok in my opinion. read more

I went in and a guy who just got his food in the drive thru had hair in his fries. Which made me alert to lookout for hair... and of course in my triple burger there was a hair. Maybe 5 minute span 2 people complained about hair in the food. That is disgusting!!! These people should probably stop worrying about getting their next high and start to focus on giving out safe and quality food. read more

Came from out of town to visit family, and the people working there were so kind, my mom and aunt have dietary restrictions and they were so accommodating and kind. Service was fast, it was basic Wendy's food nothing special but the service was outstanding read more

My salad was moldy!!!!!!!!!!!! Feta cheese had blue spots. I thought it was from the blue berries so I tasted a piece and it was rotten. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. read more

Boy; I can't believe how much this place has gone down hill. The prices are double what they were only a couple of years ago. The chicken sandwich was dry. My jr burger was just that. 2 bites. I ordered 2 small fries, which were 3.58 for 2! They were not very good. Plus the food was cold. I'm going to think twice before I go there again. Next time I'm going across the street! read more

Great, friendly staff. Also noticed there was a busser/greeter who was special needs. Not only was he enthusiastic and kept the dining area extremely clean but the staff treated him with respect as well. Had the 4 for $4 with a double stack burger, fries, nuggets and a drink. The only thing that is usually reliable is the drink. I do not know why I've gone back to this place. The hamburger meat had been cooked some time ago and was put into a warmer, and certainly not warm when I got it . Their buns are never WARM. They turn out the worst burgers and it's beyond me why I have gone back. But I won't in the future. The fries and nuggets are barely passable. When I started eating all of this garbage meal, I thought it would have been best if I had chucked it in the trash can and put it in its rightful place. read more

Luke had GREAT service. He was nice and attentive. The other staff however was kind of rude. Hire more people like Luke.

Man the I have seen some bad service here before especially the little long dark haired white girl that worked the first drive threw window I was totally taken back by how rude and entitled she was. It's like you work fast food you are not a surgeon.
