I honestly do not know how either Klamath location stays open. I went in with my elderly mom for late lunch, around 2:30, one other person in line and nobody at the counter so I ordered at the kiosk. Sat at a table for 30 minutes before I went to check on our order and guess what, nobody at the counter. I stood there long enough for 2 others to come up to order, they got pissed and left and then a manager comes around to corner but ignores me. After the third attempt to get his attention with no luck I yelled HELLO!! And he walked over. I told him about the situation and he says to me "I don't know what to tell you" and turns to walk away. I of course did not let him walk away, I demanded a refund and got it after another 10 minutes and him having to call the store manager for permission. I said I was going to the other location and he actually told me not to bother, they are just as slow over there and that they have the same owner that doesn't give a shit!! This place takes FOREVER. I come here every now and then, and it always takes me like 30-45 minutes to get through the drive through. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant. Ive always been under the impression that drive throughs are a quick way to grab food on your way to something, but be assured that whatever you're heading to, you're definitely going to be late if you make the mistake of going to this drive through. read more

I found this restaurant after shopping for art supplies at the nearby Michael's. Curious and hoping to find some genuine Scottish fare, I headed inside. Sadly, I was disappointed. The restaurant had none of the decor I expected form a place called McDonald's. I was very disappointed by the service as well. I sat alone at a table for well over twenty minutes and was not acknowledged at all. I finally tired of waiting for a waitperson and went to the counter and placed my order there. The menu was not in print form as is the norm for most restaurants. They simply listed the food items on large back lit displays. Again, I was confused as to the theme of this restaurant. Nowhere on the menu did I find Boiled Gigot, Roast Grouse, Howtowdie with Drappit Eggs, nor any color of pudding; red, white, black or otherwise. They did not feature a single Scottish dish. There was, however, some joker dressed as a clown handing out balloons to the children present. Sadly, my brief hopes of finding some Circus themed entrees were quickly dashed as well. Instead, there seemed to only be faux American food available. Your choices here are little more than burger, burger, burger, burger, chicken sandwich, chicken sandwich, fish sandwich.
