I've had my share of Wendy's and don't usually order fast food salads. I'm trying to eat very few carbs, so I ordered the Avocado Southwest Salad. I was actually impressed! The guac was smooth and tasty, bacon was super Smokey and the chicken tasted real and meaty. The lettuce and toppings all were fresh and I liked the Southwest ranch. You don't need two packets for this salad. If you haven't tried this, go for it! It is not cheap, but worth it. read more

Terrible service and quality. Go to other Wendy's in town frequently and was on this side of town and stopped. Ordered a Baconator and received NO BACON on the sandwich! Seriously NO BACON! How is this possible!?! I was given a side of bacon and told to make my own sandwich. No mayo on the sandwich either. The manager walked by a noticeable size of chicken laying in the dining area floor and didn't stop to pick it up, even after noticing. Another patron saw that the manager didn't care at all and called him out on it. The manager proceeded to begrudgingly pick up the chicken and dispose of it. I wouldn't anticipate the employees to work any harder than their supervisor. The Baconator with NO BACON then made complete sense. Never plan to return. read more

How many ketchups would you like? This Wendy's is average among the chain. However there is one floor manager there that drives me bananas. He actually looks very cute and clean cut, but one day I was down the street at the gas station and he was buying chewing tobacco. There isn't much grosser to me than spittoons of dip and I work in a hospital. But the real pet peeve comes down to Ketchup packets. I ask for ketchup, and he asks "How many?" (Like it is nugget dipping sauce cups.) I am all for not wasting and respect that but I am disgustingly a heavy condiment user. I just answer, "A handful will work." He gives me a small pinch of like 4 for a large fry. I ask for more again, and the same thing happens. Finally it has come down to this humor... When asked, "How many Ketchup packets?" I simply answer "17 please" or some random awkward number depending on how much I need and don't plan on wasting. I watched him count once and he doesn't seem to do that anymore to me. Success! I feel Wendy's and Arby's tend to be a little pricier fast food. Please don't ration my ketchup! A "handful" is a handful! read more

I've gotten food here plenty of times and I don't often have problems with my food. My friends and I occasionally get food here and they've been really good. One time we had a huge order of food and we got it in a surprisingly quick time. Their bathrooms are also good ever since the renovations. They've been clean and are able to fit more than thirteen people. read more

This location is usually very busy at lunch. It's kept reasonably clean regardless although they don't always keep the tables wiped. Standing in line I witnessed a managerial practice I've not seen in fast food. With a line of customers at the counter (me in the front) the manager told the cashiers to stop taking orders. I'm not sure of the reasoning but it surprised not only me but the two elderly women behind me. We all stood and watched as the cashiers filled other orders and until those were off the counter, no orders were taken. Rather strange. On this particular visit, I ordered a home style chicken sandwich. A few minutes later the manager came out from behind the counter and told me that the homestyle chicken had just been put in. She offered to substitute grilled or spicy, but the choice between a hot chicken sandwich fresh from the fryer vs. something that had been sitting for a while was easy. She offered to bring the food out to me when it was ready. I waited a reasonable amount of time before the sandwich came out and yes it was hot and tasty. So I might forgive them for the prior misstep, but I still think it's off-putting to people waiting in line. read more

Trash! First they discontinued spicy nuggets, disappointing but acceptable. So I unfortunately had to go with the regular nuggets, still okay. I buy 20 nuggets pay the full price obviously. Get home and pour the ice cold nuggets on a plate. And apparently they hire those who can't count to 20. Or its quite possible they didn't want throw the extra 3 nuggets in the fryer missing from my supposedly 20 count nugget. it must be really tough to do there job and throw food in a fryer. Apparently for this particular wendys they assume their customers can't count and that they love food that's been sitting for at least a good hour or two. If you go to this wannabee wendys location I suggest you check your bag for freshness and to make sure everything is there. Just saying. Visit at your own risk. read more

Wow. Ok I've always loved Wendy's but after tonight I am DONE. they discontinued spicy nuggets which broke our heart (yes I understand this happens). However the band-aid to this disappointment? The new "20 nugget meal". Worst experience of my life. A) the individuals working there don't know how to count, as I learned that l 17 is considered acceptable as long as they were made 12 hours ago, because of course cooking more to actually fulfill an order is beyond the scope of their duties. B) These nuggets are ICE COLD. So, not only can they not count up to 20, but the novelty of freshness is not to be expected at this store. Do yourself the biggest favor and avoid this drive through unless you are out for disappointment with a side of food poisoning. read more

Order 6 pc nugget with honey mustard sauce, small fry and small lemonade; drive thru was speedy, but forgot sauce initially - very nice employees. Nuggets are just ok - lots of breading and sauce is very tangy - taste very generic. Not my favorite thing to order, but this store's employees are always very fast and friendly! read more

It's an okay restaurant. good drive through for something quick, but it's fast food. This particular Wendy's is okay at best it's always high schoolers or college kids working so they don't really care if your orders gets messed up or if you complain. It's a pretty clean restaurant though. read more
