Always good service when I do drive through for lunch. They are always quick and polite.

Poor management. There were people in the drive thru . I was inside with about 4 other customers in line. She was helping them. The manager comes over and tells the cashier stop taking orders for awhile, you're only suppose to take two at a time. I have never heard some thing so stupid before. This was at about 530! What do they do at lunch . They had employees there it wasn't like they were short handed. read more

I see a bunch of low scores but come on people it's a Wendy's. The food is always spot on and very consistent. I have maybe had to wait a bit longer a handful of times but the workers gave me a heads up before starting my order and they are always, and I mean always polite and helpful. They seem to have a high turn over with employees cause l gonso often ill know a few by first name and than a week later it's someone new but that's not a reflection of the food or services. The bathroom is clean the dining room is kept very clean. So the bad reviews must be people who have some wild expectations of a fast food joint. read more

I had two separate orders. One was just chicken fingers and the other one was a meal. I went to the window. i said i have two orders. One was just a 4 piece. They said we can take your order and then drive around for your second. He asked name on first order i said Lauren's she said ok i'll put aside so i pulled out and drove around thinking they would give me both my orders together. So i drive around and Said pick up for Bill. I drove around and they told me you weren't supposed to to get out of line so i can give you Laurens but you need to go around again to pick up Bills. I said you can't give me my orders. That makes absolutely no sense. I've ordered at other wendy's and they've never made me go around twice never mind a third time so i had to wait in line again to ask for Bills again. I drove up angry with all due right because now my other food i got at market basket is cold because i spent 25 minutes driving around the damn store 3 times. read more

Much of the Wendy's app issues have been resolved other than trying to redeem offers paying cash. If I order ahead in the app, my food is usually ready to go by the time I reach the 2nd window in the drive thru. I have picked up several orders here in the drive thru and things seem to be moving along smoothly. I am hoping their dining room can reopen soon to customers, similar to the Hooksett Wendy's, which is already open to dine in customers until 8 pm. read more

terrible managing, went there twice (a month apart to see if it would be better) treat everyone like shit and complain why no one wants to work there, they had us repeat our order 3 times (which had no problem bc like at least they are making sure its correct) but no they didn't even get half of our things and we wanted two biggy bags had only gotten one. Then it started getting disrespectful so we just said that was it wouldn't ask the proper questions, ex: "hi how are you doing" " WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU" twice. "uhm can i have a biggy bag please with a.." "SANDWICH? " ."DRINK" i worked in food industry for years and was taught to ask nicely and want customers. (you choice the job, no? ). The lady would scream into the mic. We had went inside just to grab a sandwich (wasn't planning on saying anything about the drive through) and then a guy comes up and says "sorry were low staffed as you see its going to be a few" again i work at Dunkins down the road we are as well and never have treated anyone like that multiple times, its absurd, so i ignored it and said okay because we were just looking at the menu bc they were already busy. Then he continues and rolls his eyes and goes "here the manager told me to turn this hand printed computer on for you to do your order and walks away". im guessing the manager was the lady taking orders screaming at people (wasn't the only customers getting yelled at), because the rest of the employees were young. The place is falling apart. Huge lines at 6:56p on Thursday. Girl behind counter has ear buds in and isn't hearing what people order. 3 orders screwed up (mine was one). Took like 10 min for a remake! Pay people more and get qualified help! read more

*** read before you get service from Londonderry location *** I used to be a weekly regular, going thru drive thru before doing of shopping, burger and soda before my food shopping. This particular week, same routine: except, This week; I took my first bite: MY FRONT TOOTH BROKE ! My cheeseburger deluxe had what looked like a plastic piece in it. I brought to a manager whom dispatched a district manager *****I never one time got an apology from any representative from the company. ***** Not one single call, message other than the insurance company check. They paid for damages via insurance company but I wanted to post so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Check your food before you eat it! Terrible company owners. No human compassion, no credibility and no human interaction whatsoever. This company is the primordial definition of capitalism and horrible customer service. Shame on them! I went there on 9/8/23 around 630 I waited at the counter for 10 mins without a single person greeting us to take out order or to even say I will be right with you. The young girl who was at the counter was very busy staring down a dude talking under her breath. tThe 3 managers that were on looked my way even made eye contact and never said a word. The most disgusting thing was that one of the managers had their ass hanging out pull your pants up young lady. I will not go to this store again and will make sure I spread the word about this nasty place. Customer service is not this stores priority. read more

This is the nasty lettuce that was on my chicken sandwich's this morning. I took it back and the girl said it is fine and I have been making sandwiches all morning and you ate it. I did not eat it and threw them in the trash. Even the tomato's were gray color. Clearly yesterday's leftovers. I asked for my money back and even though my app shows I paid $6.75, they only gave back $5.66. The girls with long brown hair and glasses was very rude to me. I never write reviews but I had a terrible experience. One of the managers started cussing and screaming at the employees to the point that families were running out in panic. This was unacceptable! The other managers just watched as this was happening also! I do not recommend bring your family or kids here I am beyond disgusted with this customer and employee care. read more

Was overcharged on my credit card by almost $6 went to report it to the manger and the manager was so unprofessional yes I might have swore regarding the situation but he turns around and starts calling me names. This afternoon I ordered a chili-cheese potato and a bunch of other stuff from the drive-thru. The kid behind the window put the potato on its side in the bag and didn't snap the cover shut. When I got home and tried to take it out of the bag, the top came off and spilled the chili, cheese, and potato all over the bottom of the bag. I tried my best to find a way to report this privately by email but their website goes to great lengths to avoid being able to receive any email from customers, even via one of those fill-in-the-blanks forms. Have been here 3x around 9pm for Frosty and all three times the machine is broken....very bad

I got there at 9:30 ordered 4 for 4 but I was told they had no fries not chicken nuggets. So no 4 for 4. I left with double stack and soda and $4.00 bill. This is not the first time. Any reason why they never have food that is on the menu. read more
