This KFC in Londonderry, N.H. is one of the friendliest I've been to. Their chicken is always hot and juicy. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful . My family and I go there weekly and will continue to go especially under the management of Natasha and her crew : Michelle and Felicia. Right up front I want to say the staff is very good. The issue seems to be 4 people could not possibly fulfill all the orders you'd expect at dinner time rush hour. This was my first (and last) visit to this franchise and while I waited over 30 minutes for a single combo and 2 sides I saw no less than 4 people come in and immediately leave. I watched as the staff had to continually deal with annoyed people waiting an excessive amount of time. I also heard one customer say to another, "Long wait again?" So something is very wrong and lack of staff is my guess. I'll stick with Chick-Fil-A 5 minutes in and out from now on. read more

* We visit the local Londonderry, KFC once a week. We usually partake of their $10 eight piece chicken bucket deal. The service there is always with a smile. They are professional and courteous. Our food is always hot and delicious and freshly made.. No infrared under The lights hamburger served here ! The chicken which we like is the extra crispy, which usually always lives up to its name. Hot and extra crispy ! The people there are pleasant and have even introduced themself, because they're proud of working there and the product that they serve. The new store manager Natasha is always asking and double checking that everything was fantastic. And Michelle and Felicia are always there with a smile and a " How are you doing today ?" And Dave, is one of the slaves in the hot kitchen, even comes out to ask if we enjoyed our meal. . We even bump into the district manager who is always courteous and inquisitive as to inquire if we enjoyed our meal.. When she was complimented by us on how great the restaurant runs, she humbly said that's the team that does that. They are the reason it runs this great. All in all, every time we go there it is a great experience, and actually fun. We've never had a bad meal there in all the time we've been going. Which is easily more than 10 years... KUDOs to KFC .. If I can give zero stars I would. Worst Taco Bell on the planet. Took 20 minutes to get my order after ordering and sat with 4 other cars waiting. I went here for the first time and I can not believe what I walked into this place was dirty, the people here can careless I waited at the front counter for like 10-15 minutes as the workers where just walking around like a bunch of zombies finally someone came to the counter I ordered my food then it took 30-40 minutes before they gave me my food. This KFC is the worst one I've ever been to. You almost always have a 30 minute or more line and a good chunk of the time they are out of most of the menu. Stopped by to pick up dinner and went inside at 5:25 PM, marking the last car in line as I did. The dining room was full of people either waiting for food or waiting to order, and I luckily was the third person in line to order as the area behind me filled up with new customers. The kitchen seemed to be focused on the drive-through and I did not order until 5:40. Though there were people who still needed to take orders, no one took care of the front room, and there was no movement of food until 6:06. The car that had been in line when I entered had moved through 12 minutes later, which I knew because I had a perfect view of the drive-through window. The kitchen crew continued to focus on the drive-through line and at 6:10, (45 minutes later) I complained. A young lady told me she was sorry for the wait, and I explained that if they focused on both the dining room and the drive-through, the wait wouldn't be so long. At this point, food started to come to customers out front, and I noticed that people who had ordered after me were getting their food, though they too, had waited a crazy amount of time. No one was in the drive-through at this point. At 6:20, I was the only one left in the dining room (save a person with mental health who was screaming and yelling profanity and had been doing so the entire time) and when a DoorDash driver came in for an order, they told her it would be another 13 minutes as they needed to cook more chicken (which is what I ordered ). The young lady that I had spoken with earlier looked at me and kind of smirked. I was infuriated and asked for a refund, crossed the street to pick up some McDonald's (which I never eat, but had within five minutes) as I had a 98-year-old friend waiting for her dinner. No air conditioner in the place. The poor workers said it has been like this for about 2 weeks. The family meal deal we got took about 45 minutes. It seemed everything (chicken, biscuits, etc.) was cooking at the same time. I don't fault the workers at all as they were all really pleasant and apologetic. read more

I know times are a bit tough, but... I visited KFC (Londonderry NH) today (2/26/2022) at about 4:50p. I went inside the restaurant and waited at the ordering counter for about 4 minutes. I knew I could be seen since I was on the security monitor. The kid working the drive up window even glanced my way. No one came to take my order, or even said we'll be there in a minute. While waiting, I also observed ponytailed male worker eating fries out of pan of cooked fries. I gave up waiting and went through the drive through. Within a minute or so I had ordered and soon after my meal arrived. While driving away from pickup window, I observed two females smoking just outside the front door. One with tattoos on her face the other a blonde I think. While eating my meal, in my car, in the parking lot, I observed customers go to the doors to enter restaurant. Apparently they were locked and they walked away. I also noted a pile of trash outside door next to entrance. Are times so hard that the customer comes second? I like KFC, but if I owned the business I would have a long talk with the staff. read more

I ordered online, and the app said the food would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived in about 15 minutes. the food wasn't there and when I asked about it, the cashier told me that the transaction was already complete and tried to move along. I asked her what she means the transaction was complete, and she said the food was already picked up. I told her that I'm the one that ordered the food and that I had just arrived. She just shrugged her shoulders and said that it was already gone. I told her that I paid for the food and didn't receive it, so she called her manager. The manager apologized to me, and the woman admitted that she just handed it off to someone without checking. They remade the food and the manager assured me it was all there. I ordered (2) 5 piece tender meals and my box had 3.5 tenders. They also forgot the sauces. The manager did upgrade my drinks from medium to large for the trouble, but they didn't have the drink that I ordered. read more

After receiving my coupon reimbursement I decided to give KFC one more chance. The manager, Tony patiently listened to my complaints and personally checked all the food with me. Londonderry nh location is a joke! 3 strikes I am out. First time (all drive thru by the way) was told fryer down no kfc only taco bell. Second time was told way to busy to cook kfc menu again only taco bell. 3rd and last time I just over herd them tell car in front of me not serving kfc tonight and they also replied this happens way to much only to be told by worker taco bell menu is easier. Just put a sign on kfc drive up menu with what ever excuse you have that night no to be serving so we don't need to wait 20 min in line to hear the bad news at the order sign. read more

Will never go there again. First they are only doing drive-thru now so you sit in line forever... We pulled up to the mic and put in the order. We forgot something so called them to see if we could add it on...now the KFC drive thru takes forever I'm sure you know why, they are making actual meals unlike McDonalds, so calling them was not like we were holding up the line. The guy on the phone said to tell the guy at the window what we wanted to add...this KFC is a Taco Bell as well...so we get to the window and try to tell him what happened he told us to pull around to the side so he could talk to us. He comes out and asks what happened about the add on but before my mom could spit anything out the guy throws the food at her and begins walking away saying "you're done that's all you're getting I don't care what you wanted you're done that's all". If I could, I would not give them any stars. I went tonight with my 2 year old son. We ordered at 6:10 and was not told there would be a wait. I sat down and noticed a lot of people also waiting. Well, it turns out they were waiting for 30+ minutes. If I had known about the wait, I would NEVER have ordered. They never said anything or gave any inclination there would be a wait. I did not get my food until 7pm. It was so hot that my son could not even eat it. I had to take my son home with an empty stomach. I am so ridiculously upset. I will be calling Corporate tomorrow. I just don't know what it is about KFC that makes me crave it so much when it comes to fast food or take out. There is just something about the blend of original fried chicken breast or drumsticks with those salty and gravy topped mashed potatoes, and small diced coleslaw that just brings a spark to the taste buds! There are some flaws in the fried chicken preparation. The chicken wings leave plenty to be desired. Always seem like miniature wings with overcooked batter and hard, dried up, scarce white meat. Still though... I try to make an early lunch or early dinner stop at the Colonel's..... for fresh, hot flavorful chicken. Lay off the Wings! read more

Why even bother having a KFC location if you don't serve what is on your menu? KFC closes at 9pm while Taco Bell stays open later - same location. Make little sense to me but whatever its a free country. However, when you close at 9pm and at 7:58pm you're out of chicken tenders and you tell your guest "the store won't be cooking any more tenders for the night" is pretty ridiculous. You would think they would get the hint when they have to repeat this non-sense night after night. I have been to this KFC several times and usually around 8-8:30 and literally they have been out of tenders more than they have had them. Some people work late KFC Londonderry. Try honoring your menu a little better and maybe I'll give it another try. Horrid. I tried to grab a couple of the chicken sandwiches three weeks in a row. The first two visits I made I was informed that they only had Taco bell available due to no one showing up for work and it was after 4pm. The third week I went, I was informed at the drive-thru that they were in the process of updating their menu and prices and all prices have increased by 20%!!! I made the mistake of taking a chance, and ordered two chicken sandwiches nd two sides of coleslaw. When I got home the $7 Chicken Sandwiches that they sold me were tiny tiny tiny, like kids size, they were nothing like the size of the sandwiches being sold at the Manchester, NH location. The two small sides of coleslaw I ordered and paid $3 for were a sick joke, one was only half full. I was told we could not pay a certain way (2 orders from one car) because "the line was too long." Guy was pompous and rude. Don't waste your time here. My favorite thing here is the chicken pot pie. The last 5 times (no joke) over the course of this year I've tried ordering it they are sold out. I even offered to wait the 20 minutes it takes to bake them, but each time I'm told they're not even started yet. This is my last experience here today. The woman at the cash register has the people skills of a brick wall. Super rude and blunt. The drink dispenser was sticky and the floor was wet and sticky around it with a couple of wet floor signs propped up. I did eat maybe some of the better drumsticks Ive ever had. Unfortunately i received this instead of we actually had ordered, a 6 piece tenderloin. I was given a 3 piece drumstick, without my knowing ofcourse. So, I paid to get the most expensive part of the chicken and got half that amount with the cheapest part of the chicken.
