Came here twice. Plenty of parking. App was straight forward to use. First time, I got the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger Triple and Big bacon cheddar cheeseburger triple. Naturally, both of the burgers came smaller and has less ingredients than how they looked on advertisements (see pictures). Since they are similar price anyways, I would recommend the Big bacon cheddar cheeseburger triple. It has the cheddar buns and a pretty good cheddar sauce, which for the same amount, was more flavorful than the bourbon sauce in my opinion. Only significant difference with the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger Triple is that it doesn't have the cheddar on the bun and it has the "bourbon bacon sauce". For both, they skimped out on the sauces and bacon and crispy onions (compared to advertised pictures). Inflation is real. Second time, I got the 10-piece spicy chicken nuggets with bbq sauce and a double stack adding lettuce and tomato with no additional cost. Spicy nuggets was great with the bbq sauce. The spice compliments with the bbq sauce very well. Chicken was also cooked as nice as it gets for fast food. The double stack like their other burgers were undersized compared to the ads. i don't know why I am still surprised by this at this point. Another note is depending on when you go for food, the service will be different. First time I went I got the food fast. Second time, they forgot my order and had to ask me what I got. For an established chain restaurant, you'd think they perfected their system by now. The workers are quite lazy and are sometimes rude. The food also comes out cold all the time and sometimes even comes with very little sauce. Me and my mom ordered 6 burgers today for our family, and when we started eating them, We noticed there was very little mayonnaise and the burgers was cold. They said they were out of lime coke which yeah I understand they run out and I'm not bratty about that, but I couldn't help but notice they seemed just too lazy to refill the machine. read more

Ordered food for my daughter. I got her a Frosty and chicken nuggets. I was handed a bag with the nuggets, and the guy started handing me drinks I did not order. I told him I did not order them (I know you have to throw them out if another person touches them) and that I got a small Frosty. He came back again and asked what I got. This Wendy's is pretty much the only one in the area unless you want to drive to Westborough. Drive through is conveniently blocking parking spots and always runs into the road. While traveling home on Easter we needed to find a place to eat so we decided to stop at this Wendy's. What a horrible choice we made. When we walked in, our choice seem promising due to the fact that this Wendy's is really nice and remodeling. This fleeting thought was soon to change. When we enter the restaurant we were the only ones inside. We stood at the counter for legitimately 5 minutes until someone finally came to take our order. When we were finally able to order some of the items we wanted we couldn't get because they weren't prepared. One example of this was that they had no baked potatoes. They said that they had run out and it would be half an hour because they were in the oven. This in itself was not the issue. We ended up ordering two burgers, chicken nuggets, and french fries which took another 5 minutes to get . The burgers and chicken nuggets tasted dehydrated, and the French fries tasted as though they had been fried in old oil. The final issue was that as we were waiting we could see into the kitchen and I have to say that it was a mess. There was trash and food scraps everywhere which idid not help our appetite. read more

I love burgers and Wendy's is always one of my top choices for a quick burger. I would like to say that the experience at this establishment was positive, but unfortunately like so many of the other fast food places in this area it was not so good. The other evening I had a hankering for a burger so I decided to run to Wendy's to satisfy my craving. The counter person was quick and efficient but it seem to take a long time for them to make my order. I am not sure if it is normal for all prep workers to wear gloves but it is something that I appreciate. I mean no one likes their food to be handle with dirty hands and risk being exposed to who knows what so it was nice to see the lady using gloves but the reason I rated this one so low was that the lady proceed to stick her hands, which were covered with her gloves, into the trash and then go back to making sandwiches. Seriously! I mean she did see me when she did this and unfortunately she was making my order. Needless to say, the food ended up in the garbage and I went to Five Guys. 1) Customer service- 3 stars 2 ) Timeliness- 3 Stars 3) Facility cleanliness - 2 Stars 4) Hygienic practices - 0 Stars 5) Pricing - Downright expensive since I could not bring myself to eat what I paid for after observing the lady putting her hands into the trash bin and then make my food immediately after without changing her gloves. So Michele who closed Sunday 9/25 thought it was appropriate at 12:40 a.m. to serve a customer a grilled chicken pecan salad with this on it. Thinking it would go unnoticed? Clearly in a rush to close before 1:00 a.m. because she kept telling the person in line in front of me all the stuff they didn't have because they were closing soon and then cackling like a sea hag. Not only did they renovate the restaurant, but the staff as well. It was previously managed by truly apathetic teens and early twenty something's. Now, adults are on staff and run a fairly tight ship. The menu has been revamped and the quality of the food has increased. This is a good value and it blows five guys away. read more

It is located across the street from a shopping center all by itself so I don't think it gets as much traffic as the Golden Arches in the shopping center. Wendy's in general is great, and even though this specific one moves a little on the slow side, I still like it. Other than the occasional jaunt out here, I only visit the Marlborough area once per year for an event at the Royal Plaza Trade Center (which is in walking distance of here). I have stopped at this Wendy's at least a dozen times throughout the last ten years and since the remodel service has gotten better due to the overwhelming amount of people who come here all day every day. Being that Marlborough is a city, you'd think they would have more fast food restaurants, but no, this is the only Wendy's around, and the only competition nearby is McDonalds. Plus, with the altitude of major corporations and offices around this area, it's a given that at the lunch hour the drive thru line here is out of queue. Even though I shouldn't blast them, they do take a little long and don't seem to have the complete ordering system down pat like other places. On two instance now, have I spent at least ten minutes here, while some other fast food restaurants can be down within a minute or two (now those are the best!). Now, staff are usually friendly but also have a few things to work on. They NEVER give out receipts and sometimes even forget utensils. One time a few years ago, I had to pull into the Gulf Gas Station nearby to get a straw! I still like the food, and don't have an issue with this Wendy's overcharging (they seem to be on the cheaper end of fast food), but the service should improve to reach the amazing-ness of the Milford Wendy's and other fast food joints around. Overall though, it's a good and clean place to eat. Inside I haven't been in, but looking in from the drive through.... it looked very spiffy for a fast food place! 4 stars. read more

Tried to do a pick up order with the app but it made the drive through process take longer because 3 different workers yelled at me saying they didn't have the order. When I went to pull in I realized the parking space I was pulling into had a pile of concrete prices used at the end of parking spots to keep cars from driving forward . No orange cones or caution tape was around area , I would have taken my front end of vehicle off . All I can think is a plow guy dislodged these during winter but it's mid April and there not fixed ? . The rebar that held them in place is still there waiting to trip or impale someone. When we went in no one took our order for 12 minutes and when I informed the 70 year old manager about the hazard she said she was unaware and not to worry about it ? . Our food was not up to Wendy's usual standards . Just a mess , burgers covered in heavy mayo and thrown together . Soda machine had no ice , no ketchup plastic containers to pump ketchup into , dirty tables . Dave Thomas would be disappointed ! They only seemed to care about drive through not in store customers. My first terrible experience at any Wendy's and it was at this store! Drove through to the pickup window around 11pm on Wednesday night to get a chicken sandwich. Pulled onto a parking spot to eat it and spat it out soon after as parts of the chicken were undercooked. It is very dangerous to consume undercooked poultry. I pointed this out to the kid on the window and then i saw a girl pacing up to the window with a big huff.... She spoke terrible English and kept saying "I cooking" and the kid who worked there translated telling me that she's insistent that its well-cooked and its not possible that parts of the chicken patty are undercooked. Then he said that he would get me a new one, but she said no your sandwich is fine and not undercooked. I could see that the kid working there felt bad and he offered to get me a new sandwich. This woman would not stop - she went on and on and on in her language with broken English thrown in - and was adamant that I was lying and making the whole thing up. I told him that it was immoral for her to talk to me this way and not acceptable. I told him no thank you for another sandwich and just drove past, not wanting to get sick from undercooked chicken.
