Yall are wack. Actually. Go home and cook your own burger if you're looking for something more than what's EXPECTED- Wendy's burgers ALWAYS tickle my fancy. Perfect distribution of mustard & ketchup. But that's not why I'm making this review. Their SALAD is always fresh & well put together. Their sauces they have available- ANY OF THEM- are beautifully crafted. Service ? Yo they're kiddos & guess what? You guys *seem to* not like holding ADULTS accountable anymore. Maybe if they were taught right & given the right to ask questions without making them feel uncomfortable, hey, they'd do their job a lot better. But what do I know? (; Ambience ? It's a fast food restaurant. Just eat your food and be grateful. They usually have cool music to listen to and if something is seemly dirty to you, either handle it YOURSELF or bring it to their attention KINDLY. We had a semi large group of 6 people, and came inside to eat. The cashier was very nice, they started our order right away, and got all of our meals 100% correct with all our modifications and everything. They even commented that if something was missing or wrong to come back up and they would fix it right away. With all the Wendy closures, I'm sure happy this one is up and running. Customer service was terrible. Our fries were ice cold and soggy. How could they be both? We went Wednesday around 7:30 and there was a white girl with pink hair who had an attitude and forgot to give us one of our drinks a black short curly hair he she came over and questioned it. Shut this place down or hire people that can at least pretend to care about their job. I went there yesterday at about 3:30 and the young girl with blond hair was so rude and clearly hated me being there in the drive thru. Fries were probably 30 minutes old, cold, overcooked. Manager came to help her refund a drink she added to my order by mistake and even the Manager seemed to hate the world. Are they okay over there? I'm giving up on fast food and will go hungry if I'm out an about. It's getting too expensive and not worth the quality or service being received these days. read more

Came in at 7 am, no frosty available, or at night which is great. Frosty Machine is probably Pristinely clean because it's never available, alright that's fine I guess. Then after spending almost $30 on breakfast, I can't get one sauce because they are .50 is crazy to me. Pretty good ice cream. Par for the course. I think most ice cream is pretty standard at the fast food chains. The only ones that might be different are the ones that specialize in ice cream or are known for their ice cream. I have been to a lot of places for hamburgers and then end up also getting ice cream at the same time. It is so hot that ice cream just feels like it will help cool me down. The ice cream was cold and smooth. I liked the large cup that helped so that the ice cream didn't melt everywhere or anywhere as it will tend to do when it is so hot. The service was fast and also pretty standard. I got what I ordered and nothing more and nothing less. This is good. I have actually been to places where they have not given me the correct order which surprised me when it happened. read more

Stopped in here today with friends for a quick lunch and ordered the $5 Biggie meal. What a great value. I got the crispy chicken BLT, chicken nuggets, drunk, and fries. I haven't eaten at a Wendy's in a long time and I was pleasantly surprised!! The cashier was very helpful and polite. She answered my questions for me before ordering. Wow, never encountered someone so rude at Wendy's until today. The "manager" Lisa must lead a really sad life to be so rude and disrespectful! For starters she cut me off 3 times trying to order. All I wanted was to make sure we were on the same page as the last time both bacon burgers had no bacon...did I make a big deal of it or ask for free food?! No I get things happen but wanted to make sure it was correct this time but Lisa wouldn't let me finish. I tried to kindly tell her at the window that I didn't appreciate her cutting me off to which she cut me off again to tell me she only did it once not 3 times. She immediately goes back and starts talking to the kitchen and I hear her talking about me to the cooks. She then hands my bag of food to the young man at the window (who was nice, kind, and professional) and tells him "here get her out of here" and walks away. So I called her out on it and she again won't allow me to speak and covers her name tag and tries to tell me that's not what she just said and please don't come back. I told her I'm going to call about this in the morning.... I should have known better that when I get home my burgers were made completely incorrectly...you're so funny Lisa! Visited 3/28. Due to dining rooms not open, went through drive thru which was packed. Ordered 2 4/$4 meals. Fries cold, hard and very salty. Spicy nuggets also not fresh. I ordered Diet Coke for my drink which seemed watered down (bottom of cup a bit too soft also). My husbands drink was made fresh as she told someone else she needed one rather than walk 2 feet to make it. Never spoke to my husband, handed him the food and that was all. We are all experiencing a lot during this time with COVID19 but when a place is busy as it was today, there is no good reason for food not being fresh. Should have gone with my gut and not gone there to begin with. read more

we went tonight and could not believe how dirty this place was. you had to walk thru fries on the floor ln order to get to a table, the station where you set your drinks to put on a cap looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. There was spilled drinks and straw papers on it. the garbage containers had ketchup spilled on the edges. I got a coke, but it tasted funny, so tried again, thinking it would be better but it wasn't. I figured my boyfriend would like the Bacon Jalepeno Chicken Sandwich. Upon opening the package, I can't even begin to describe what it looked it. It was sloppy and a complete mess. You couldn't distinguish what was what. He took a two bites and noticed something "stringy". He opened up the sandwich and found a piece of plastic! It appeared to be a part of a glove sauce packaging. Completely disgusted, he couldn't eat any of the other food we ordered. Absolutely disgusting! Homeless people sleeping at tables; changing their clothes. Tables full of trash. Haven't been wiped down/disinfected in forever. Not only could you see the filth, you could feel it. I had to grab the chair with a tissue. The tray with my food was filthy! Floors were filthy & sticky. Ketchup & dried food on the walls. I bought a Wendy's 4for4 for lunch with sweet n sour sauce for the first time and it was amazing! I dipped my nugs in both the sweet n sour and ranch and let me tell you! I'm not going back! The crispy chicken sandwich was a little bland and dry and there wasn't enough lettuce, but rather than the fries I got the chili. It Hit. The. Spot. I had them add cheese which definitely elevated the flavor of the chili. I also got an Arnold Palmer to drink and it was fantastic. Overall, I'm pleased with this meal other than the crispy chicken sandwich. I would try another jr burger next time. Would recommend! read more

I was watching tv and a commercial came on for Wendy's about the new Bacon Pretzel Pub Burger. Let me tell you that I was very disappointed with what they gave me. I know I know they always look better on tv then they do in real life but this burger looked like a McDonald's little hamburger for goodness sake.
