first of all, the workers did not even acknowledge us from the second we walked in until they rudely placed our bags on the table and didn't say a work. we were left to wonder if that was even our food. we waited for them to call our name or put any indication that it was ours which did not come. we ended up having to look inside the bags to figure out that it was ours, they also completely forgot to give us our drink. very bad experience I will not be returning to this establishment and hope further action is taken to resolve these staffing issues. read more

Repeatedly getting premium sandwiches with cut portions. The other day I got a Baconator with 2 small strips of bacon that were cut into 4 pieces to try and fill the space between the patties. A far cry from the advertised "6 strips of bacon". People expect to receive their value when paying for a $9 hamburger; metering out 1/3 portions is a great way to alienate customers. CREDIT CARD FRAUD! On 1/10/23 around 10:15pm I placed an order through the drive thru. They took my card & went to swipe it at a different register (not within my view). I found it odd that they held my card for a good 2 minutes but I didn't question it. The next day I had a charge on my account of over $80 from an online store. I hadn't lost or let anyone use my card prior to this. Even worse, the person who handled my order had a uniform like she was a supervisor/manager. read more

This location is the absolute worst. They are not only rude and do not believe in greeting customers or telling them to have a nice day but they screw up everytime. Today for instance I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger, small diet coke. Instead I get a junior hamburger devoid of anything else and a root beer. They don't even open the drive thru window wide enough to talk to you, they simply open it enough to slide their hand and bag out then slam it closed without a word spoken. I mean just how stupid can you be. Really sad part is the store manager was standing right there at the window while this is going on and no coaching correct behaviors what so ever. -10 first time I ordered online for pick up and stood there for 10 mins waiting. I asked the manger on duty 3 times if I would pick up my order and he looked at and walked out back every time . Then the 1 person in line ordering had to let them know twice that there frosty machine was over flowing and was all over the floor. Staff didn't like speaking English, mixed two orders completely up, didn't make a sandwich right, how do you forget bacon in a bacon burger? Specially it being the s'awesome bacon cheese burger?! Had to wait on the "new" burger only to get the same messy burger back with a three slices of bacon. only put 3 nuggets in a 4 piece nugget meal, and didn't put apple slices in my daughters kids meal- She wanted fries AND apple slices. If you've ever wondered what it's like to eat a baked potato without a fork, then look no further! Be careful when you pick it up though, as this bad boy is at least twice baked in the fires of hell. The smelling salt-esque packet of sour cream can be applied without the use of utensils, I would just have to caution you on how you rip the package open, she's a squirter. The "buttery spread" is very easy to apply, if you don't mind your fingers doubling as a butter knife. Now that you're loaded up with toppings, bite into that sucker like it's a raw onion. Terrific. Let's get to the nuggets. Oh, right, they aren't in the bag. On to a burger? Sure, why not. So, if you're anything like me, you been wondering what Hulk Hogan has been up to for the past few years. Well, I found him. He works in the back of this joint, leg dropping hamburgers. Mystery solved. All of this is understandable with a drive through line of two and a dining room customer of one, so I'm cutting them some slack.
