This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! I have been here 5 times and they have the worst customer service I've ever seen anywhere! They are so rude and if you ask for literally anything they'll scorn you and make you feel terrible for asking for an extra ranch. EVERYTIME I come here they are always messing up my order!!! Missing 1 thing or adding something I didn't want & paid for. I hate to complain because I'm afraid if I ask them to remake it they'll spit in my food but the last time I have had enough! I ordered 3 spicy chicken nuggets & a sour cream & chive potato. The girl in the window hands me my order, says thank you & disappears. I go to check me order & see that they didn't include any any sauces it sour cream...I literally had to wait until the girl came back and asked her for sauce...she have me 1 sauce and said thank you and disappeared again.....I had to remind her that I had 3 orders & needed more sauce..... read more

I would have given it 5 stars if the tables were clean. Despite the dirty dining area, the food and service is great. I had the Asiago Chicken Club sandwich combo and the meat was hot, the tomatoes weren't soggy and the fries were fresh and hot. I really enjoy the strawberry lemonade as well.... very refreshing! Don't ever come to this Wendy's. They are very unprofessional and keep you waiting in your order even when you've placed your order online they make you wait another 20 minutes. On top of that I went to try to get the Rick and Morty drinks and the lady at the window told me that she didn't know what I was talking about but yet when I go online to do a mobile order it's right there saying that they have it and I can pick it up for curbside. The only person that was helpful with somebody it was quitting on their last day when I went and he was able to help me get my order that I had placed online and had paid for it even though the doors to the restaurant was locked and they had put a cone in the drive-through window saying that they were closed but they're still open till 10 o'clock online. Very very very disappointed this is the second time this week that I've gone and spent close to $40 just trying to get my food there and they can make it happen. Definitely will not be eating here again and I advise others cannot eat at this one if you want Wendy's find one somewhere else because this one is shit. read more

Pretty decent Wendy's considering it's fast food. We usually come here for the chicken nuggets and the Frosty's. So far it hasn't disappointed. The drive thru is pretty quick and the food is hot and fresh when we get it. read more

The new bbq ranch salad is great, the chicken sandwiches are yummy (especially the spicy one), and so is the strawberry lemonade! Definitely great to have the salad and lemonade on a hot day. Very friendly employees and one of the front workers named Frank does very well at his job he has awesome customer service!! read more

We never ate at Wendy's until recently. I liked that our orders were always correct and it was fairly fast through the drive through. Until today. I don't know what was wrong with today but the customer service was horrible. We waited 7 plus minutes to place a order. Then when we got to the pick up window it was another 15 minutes to receive our food. The two women handing out the orders were doing . I don't know what? Our drinks were sitting at the window for the 15 minutes while we waited for someone to open the window and Acknowledge we were there. One of the two women could have opened the window and at least handed us our drinks. When they did open the window to give us our drinks . She said sorry for the wait and gave an excuse about the Coke machine, but our drinks were waiting the whole time already at the window. When our food was given to us our frosty's were missing. So we waited again for someone to open the window. And the flavor was incorrect when we go home. I won't be back here for awhile. read more

Staff is Extremely rudeeee with an attitude, no smiles, just rude looks of their faces as if to say how dare I order food. The Asiago chicken sandwich is pretty good, come here when I crave that. Location is not too bad and the prices are reasonable. The Wendy's sign is constantly flickers and at he's my attention from the freeway/street, looks like a light bulb is out, been this way for a long time so thinking it may even be a marketing strategy- kind of drives me insane lol. I love Wendy's but I do hate that every time I order a Jr BACON cheeseburger I have to double check and make sure they put the bacon on the burger. It always happens at this location. I go through drive thru so I don't have time to go back and have the meal be fixed. Tonight they messed up my order again. I drove off with no bacon on my burger when I paid extra for it. And an extra meat patty I asked for in my cheeseburger (which I paid for) wasn't in the burger. Disappointed. read more

Not a fan for the customer service. my classmates and myself walked in and took about 7 minutes for them to acknowledge us, no Hi, hey, what's up, etc. We had to ask can you take our order, everyone working looked and turned their heads, even one person said I do not work the front. I am fine with that answer but a more appropriate response would be " I do not work the front but let me ask who does" . Then the cashier acted as if we were bothering her. Overall they may need some team building and accountability training. Great customer service can get you far and they were not up to par. read more

On May 10th, I went through the drive through and ordered the number 2 combination (Small Double) and a single 10 piece nugget. When I got to the window they charged me $13.68 and then I paid with my debit card. The cashier charged my card and gave me a medium drink and a small drink and attempted to give me a kids meal. They had messed my order up so bad, I gave the drinks and food back and told them to cancel my order. After I arrived home, I realized they still had charged my card, I called them and was told to call the next day, May 11th and ask for Maribel. I called multiple times the next day and finally I got Maribel and she told me to bring in my card. I took my card in and she couldn't figure out the totals they used to get to $13.68, needless to say the crew had overcharged me and pocketed "my money". Maribel finally came up with a combination that totaled $13.57 and I accepted the .11 cent loss. When I asked for a receipt she told me she needed it and to please check my bank statement. Here I am one week later and they charged my card for $13.68 and failed to credit me the $13.57. I have been calling all day and they won't answer. I am writing Wendy's headquarters as soon as I finish this review. PATRONS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WENDY'S AND THEIR TACTICS TO BEAT PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY. THANK YOU. read more
