He was not aware that I was even supposed to have an interview that day and then I waited about 40 minutes before I was seen. Since I was waiting so long, I decided to get food and then the man who was interviewing Me told me he would be available. Once we sat down together, he only asked me for my number and my name. There was no interview ..if I knew that I would be coming all the way to the restaurant just for him to ask me about information he already had I would have never applied ...usually when I go to interviews, I'm asked questions at least about myself and my experience because I do have restaurant experience and cashier experience. I just feel like if you're going to conduct interviews, you should be asking proper questions and have a better layout because I feel like I completely wasted my time. then I'm getting a message today saying how i don't qualify and other candidates were chosen.
