Ghost Pepper Ranch from Wendy's menu

I ordered the Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich expecting my order to have some resemblance of the picture from the menu. Instead of getting the premium chicken patty that comes with the sandwich, I received one from their value menu. And I'll let you see for yourselves what I ordered vs what I got!!

Tried to go here for dinner last night around 7pm but both doors were locked & no signs up as to Why? So much for the Vanderbilt area being walkable (especially, from the Marriott next door when you took an u er form the airport & don't have a rental car!) Ended up at Newk's across the street & the service & food was excellent there!

1.5 is about right. Slow. No customer service. Sticky floors. Not very appetizing at all!

Bro, this Wendy's literally took one hour to receive our food and that's after we ordered ahead. They won't let you walk up or pick up curbside with order ahead. You have to wait in the drive thru line that takes one hour! Thankfully the orders were right, but good lord 1 hour for FAST food...

I found it odd that at noon, this Wendy's was empty. This is primetime lunch time. I should've listened to my gut. But I just landed and was really hungry. When I walked out of my hotel room, lo and behold, my go to fast food burger spot. The cashier was pleasant. Took my order. Was patient with me as I didn't undestand her clearly. She even asked what style of sauce I wanted for my nuggets. It's the little things folks! I go to the condiment counter and attempt to get ketchup. I go to the first ketchup container only to discover it's just like this franchise at lunchtime; empty. I proceed to the next ketchup dispenser. I push and feel resistance. As I push down, the ketchup bursts all over me. What I didn't realize was that there was about a half inch of dried ketchup causing blockage in the nozzle. This is not same day, a couple of hours, dry. This is health department violation type nasty. Although frustrated, I calmly went to the counter to inform the staff of what rhe need to clean up the condiment area and to request packaged ketchup. I have ketchup all over my Ralph Lauren Polo gifted to me by my son. Oh what an imposition it was for me to have my only outer garment I brought on this business trip ruined by a faulty device and obvious lack of maintenace. Someone was upset to the point of using profanity. Another man with a black shirt made a comment that could be taken as a threat. He said something to the effect; "He's saying the wrong thing to the wrong person." I am here on business. I did not want this issue to escalate nor did I want any additional confrontation. I grabbed my food and went to eat my meal. I dropped my soda. Three employees witnessed this and not one offered any assistance. As frustrated as I was, I did the decent thing and cleaned it up with napkins. I was watched by staff and laughed at. The man in the black shirt came out a few minutes later. He shouts at me from the condiment counter, " What do you want, to get it dry cleaned or something?" I told him, we need to figure something out as I continued to take photos of the damage done to my outer garment. He opened the empty ketchup dispenser and left the lid off. He never filled it. He then wiped the nozzle on the defective one. I began to eat my lunch. When I completely finished my meal and was packing up to leave, I was aggressively approached by a man in a blue shirt named "Fernando". He barks at me; "Do you have an issue?" I didn't appreciate his demeanor. I explained what happened as I collected and tossed out my trash. I pointed to the video camera and told him he should be able to see the entire incident. As I was exiting the store, he asked me when am I coming back. I scoffed at him and stated I am only here for 3 days on business and am pretty sure I won't be coming back. He then said he would like to buy me my next meal. This store is the perfect location to use for training purposes. There is much room for improvement. And unfortunately, the fries were soggy and burnt at the same time. Go figure.

We sat in the Wendy's drive through for near 45 minutes waiting for one meal. There were four cars in front of us, which is not many. It's no surprise this establishment is open until 2am considering it took 45 minutes for a single meal. This would be a great place for a fast food restaurant! Also their Frosty machine was broken. They were advertising their new peppermint frosty and I assumed they would have what they were advertising for sale. We arrived at Wendy's at 10:50 at night, assuming it would be a quick trip to grab some food. Boy were we wrong! I am very displeased with our Wendy's experience and will not be returning soon.

Stopped by for a quick lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and although they had a long drive thru and line inside, I was still in and out in less than an hour. I received great service and the inside is very clean.

Long wait in drive through, longer addressing orders than necessary. Order was complete and accurate.

The slowest service I have ever received then I received the wrong drink and cold fries. The lady taking my order didn't even know the menu.

We've been to The Finch three times now--twice sitting at the bar and once at a table. We…read moredefinitely prefer the bar, but I think that's just because we're bar people! The bar has two hidden TVs that you can only see when you sit at the bar, which is such a cool touch. It keeps the space feeling upscale without sacrificing the ability to catch a game. The overall ambiance is great, and the music is always at the perfect volume for an easy conversation. The drinks have been consistently excellent. We've tried both cocktails and wine, and everything has been delicious. The wine is a little overpriced in our opinion, but it was so good that I'm glad we still ordered it! On our most recent visit, we started with the burrata. It was very good, but I do wish there had been more sauce and more cantaloupe. The sauce felt more like an accent than something that really tied the dish together. That said, the perfect bite was definitely the burrata with the prosciutto and cantaloupe! For our entrees, Jonathan ordered the pork chop, and I had the piri piri chicken. Both came with broccolini and patatas bravas. I was expecting traditional Spanish-style patatas bravas, so when whole baby potatoes showed up, I was initially a little disappointed. Don't let that fool you, though--these potatoes were incredible!!! Crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside, and packed with flavor! They ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal! My piri piri chicken was fantastic! The portion was much larger than I expected, and the piri piri sauce served on the side was absolutely lick-the-plate good. I found myself dipping the potatoes and broccolini in it because it was just that delicious. Piri piri isn't something you come across often in Nashville, and The Finch absolutely nails it--and at a really reasonable price. Jonathan's pork chop was cooked perfectly with great flavor. It wasn't an over-the-top, show-stopping dish, but for around $30--including both sides--at a more upscale restaurant, it's hard to beat the value. One more recommendation: get the volcano rock shrimp. We had it on a previous visit, and we still talk about it! It's easily one of our favorite dishes we've had here. The Finch has been consistently good every time we've visited, and that's what keeps bringing us back! Great food, great drinks, a fun atmosphere, and solid value for the quality. We'll definitely be back again!
