They gave me a burger (patty, cheese, tomato, onion) with absolutely no lettuce at all. Wendy's is great at what they do. Lots of food to fill up on at a low price. I had a frosty, fries, and nuggets to hold me over for dinner. If I want a great burger I would go to Smashburger. If I want great chicken I would probably go to Chick-fil-A. For fast and cheap fill, this is a great option though. If you want to step up to better quality I think download the Smashburger or Chick-fil-A app and you get lots of discounts and free stuff plus accumulate points. Not sure if Wendy's has that, but I've never asked or thought about it and don't see anything like that advertised here. Come on, people. Let's be fair. You can't expect a restaurant that has drive-through service and people walking in and out the doors all day to not have a fly or two inside. This Wendy's is virtually the same as every other Wendy's. The food is the same, and the service is well above average. I've probably been to 50 different Wendy's restaurants in the past 10 years (I travel for business). The service at this one is friendlier than almost any other I've visited, and the speed of the food delivery is about the same as the best of all the Wendy's I've visited. Fresh, crisp greens and hot off the grill chicken makes a perfect combination, especially when mixed with the friendliness and attentiveness from those that work there, who always seems to be in high spirits making it my favorite place to eat at lunch or after work. I will never eat at this Wendy's again. My wife and I both got botulism and were ill for three days. We both ordered the same items, a Dave's single combo meal. I reported them to the main branch in Ohio. The district manager contacted me and made amends for another meal and a cash refund. Took the cash refund as I mentioned earlier, I will never eat there again. When I picked up my refund the place was empty with three employees eating in the customer area and two employees munching on hamburger patties behind the counter. They walked right past me and said nothing. I had to virtually make my presence known. When I finally got to speak with the floor manager, she was not very service orientated and was a little cocky. On the other hand I do believe the cook put a complete shaker of salt on my singles, so much so it was not edible and ended in the trash.
