I came here specifically for the Minions & Monsters Meal since it was close to where I was going to. Service was very good. There were plenty of tables for indoor dining. Indoor was nicely decorated for the Minions theme. The meal came with the Big Bacon Classic that I chose, small fries, small banana frosty swirl, and a Minion toy blind box. I ate the food at separate times of the day since it was a lot and a little too much for me. I enjoyed the burger and frosty swirl. I had to use the spoon for the frosty swirl since the paper straw was no good in this case. And I got the exact Minion I wanted. read more

I went to eat lunch there yesterday there was only 4 guests Me , a older couple & 1 man who seemed to be a homeless he smelled the whole area like pee.. He was continued to burp and fart out loud on top of talking to himself in a derogatory manner. I had to walk out and leave. I am just so discombobulated on why wouldn't he be kicked out of the restaurant. why would the workers allow him to continue this behavior when people are trying to eat. Came for the pop up event and terrible service on the whole thing. Line was at capacity way before 7 pm and it goes until 10 pm. I stopped by on a Friday morning around 9:50 a.m. I ordered a simple sausage biscuit and a drink. The app was acting up, so I had to order when I got there. It makes me sad that Wendy's doesn't have a way to earn points in the app when you can't use it like Chick-fil-A does, but that doesn't affect this review. The employee was kind of curt on the speaker. She asked if I wanted a meal and I said no. I pulled up to find 2 cars ahead of me. No biggie. Usually. The car in front of me pulled up to the window, and a couple of minutes later pulled forward to wait for their meal. I paid for mine and was also asked to pull up, but there was no one behind me. I hate it when they do that! It just slows things down. Another car eventually did pull up behind me so I was stuck. It was now 10 am and I had to get to work and the car in front of me, and we had got our food. Finally, someone came out with both meals, but the car in front of me didn't move! Instead, the passenger got out as if something was wrong with their meal! I had to motion to her that I needed to leave NOW! She did ask the driver to pull up a little more so I was able to get out, but I could tell they weren't happy. In my bag, I found my sandwich, drink, and potato wedges! I didn't order those! Checking my receipt, sure enough, they gave me the meal. Grrrr. While waiting, I did notice the building seemed run down and could use a good paint job. I did make it work on time, but usually, Wendy's is very fast which I why I like them. Maybe it's just breakfast? Parked and went in and then had to wait 30 minutes for the chicken tenders they were shady about in the first place. Left with the chicken tenders and found they had taken all the sauces out of the bag that were in there. Placed a simple order. Two Dave single cheeseburgers with ketchup only on the cheeseburgers. My bad for not checking my order, but I didn't think I had to open up the burger to see if it was correct. One cheeseburger had mayonnaise only on it and the second cheeseburger had everything on it. Not even close to how I ordered it and I don't know how that is even possible. My guess it was a language barrier because I noticed that some of the employees only spoke Spanish. I Called the store when I got home. No answer. Called about 20 times on my way to the store. Went for the Wednesday event at 8:00 pm hoping to enjoy the event and food but we were turned away along with many others. The website claimed that the event started at 10:00 am and ended at 10:00 pm but in reality it ended at 12:00 pm. Wendy's really needs to plan their events better considering that they spent so much time building the tunnel, and it would only last for one day. It looks cool from the outside but I'm not sure it's worth three hours of waiting time some people mentioned. They almost refused a make a wish kid btw. Came here today and ordered a ton of food via the online ordering. When you arrive you just park and click "I'm here" and go inside to pick up. The food was ready within minutes of me arriving and all of it was perfect and hot. I am always pleased at this Wendy's because they never mess up my order no matter how complicated it is. My two favorites are the spicy nuggets and the apple pecan salad which I highly recommend. Yikes, don't expect to get fast service here because you'll find yourself waiting awhile before someone addresses you. I walk in for a pick up order, no one in line and two customers dining in. I greet the girl employee who is bagging stuff up and a guy with a headset on is slowly sweeping behind the counter. No response. They both continue doing what they're doing and go around the corner without saying a word -- no "we'll be right with you", nothing. Awhile later, another customer walks in and stands behind me. Another couple minutes pass and he asks me if I'd been helped at all and I tell him not yet, been standing here and the employees saw me but didn't say a word. He starts to speak louder to me so that the workers knew we were waiting there. Finally someone walks out to the front and the customer is like "hey we're here for a pick up order" and ask for the restroom key. However, upon arrival, they were closed for in person order and only open for drive through. The sign outside says they were closed at 10 pm and we checked their hours before coming. This Wendy's is decent. I would give it 3.5 for the drive through. Sometimes the fries aren't great but usually the burgers are pretty good. The service is hit and miss. Sometimes they're friendly and keeps up a good pace, other times they're slow and a bit moody. I'll definitely be back. Wendy's is one of the places I use to go and eat a lot when I was a kid. I remember always ordering a combo with either fries or a baked potato. I loved having that choice and I love carbs. I came here recently because I needed to get something quick and eat it fast soo Wendy's was right here. I got the 99 cent chicken burger with no mayo and a baked potato plain. The chicken burger had a nice soft bun but was pretty filling. I didn't even really touch my baked potato. The baked potato can come with chedder and sour cream/chives but with that comes extra calories. So I like to just get it plain. This is defiantly a cheap eats place with no frills or anything high end. Just a great place to come if you are in a rush and need to eat quickly ! read more
