I've always enjoyed this Wendy's and eat from here often since I live nearby. Today I got a large chili to go when I was on my way to work. When I got to work I began eating it and on my 2nd bite in, I bit into something hard. I thought it was a dried onion or something and I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a glittery fake fingernail!! I was repulsed!! Ugh!!! 2nd time eating wendy's ever. I was trying to read the menu but was kinda having a hard time. I asked the cashier if the number i wanted was beef or chicken, i said sorry I cant really see the menu this far. I didnt wanna completely lean on her counter. She looks at me like im retarded and goes, they can be both. Idk if she misunderstood my question. So i apologize, explain I cant see that far sorry. No smile no, "sorry didnt catch that" I understand not always being in a good mood at work. But the look she gives people doesnt help. Have a friendlier cashier, a more welcoming one. "Welcome to wendy's" isnt hard to say. "How can I help you" is even easier. I went back once I had my food to ask for napkins. Im suuuper polite. It was my 1st time visiting Wendy's ever. I ordered online for pickup. First impression was not good. It smelled like the men's restroom inside. I proceeded to ask for my order, but they weren't aware of it, so it had not been started until I asked about it but ok...I had ordered the classic asiago club sandwich among other things, but I realized I got something else once home. Ok, mistakes happen. I emailed corporate about the issue 2weeks ago but no answer. I guess they don't care. They got their $$ and it's all that matters. It was my 1st time visiting Wendy's ever and the last. The other sandwich I ended up having was just ok, nothing special. I usually love Wendy's, however this location is completely locked up and drive-through only, right now. This is because of Covid. It's funny, because the mask mandate has been lifted (not that a virus 'can't' get through a mask anyway ) but they are still locked up! For this reason I will eat elsewhere. I do not support the overall B.S. agenda. I do support people with illnesses that have to avoid COVID because it can lower their immune system even further. Today 4/12/22 around 9:30 a.m, this location lacked customer service... I wanted to walk inside the facility to wash my hands and order food. Unfortunately, their inside dining is closed due to not having enough personnel. Okay, at least post up a sign or let there be some type of sign to notify the buyer. The unhappy personnel probably explains why their fries were extra salty the other day. Yuck! Now, I know to order fries without the salt. Wendy staff and team communication is key to life. A month ago, I walked up to the lobby around 6:30 PM (during work hours) and they locked the door as I was trying to open it. Very rude staff. I called to ask the inside lobby hours and was told they were already closed at 8:45 PM. Totally fine, I understand it's late. I asked what time the inside closes so I would know for the future and the man said I could find their hours online. INCORRECT. Online only states this location closes at 1 AM. When I told the man that, he became very curt and stated, "Ma'am, I already told you we're closed." I reiterated my question and he said, "We close at 10 but we're understaffed so we're closed." This location used to be very good, but the staffs' attitudes are problematic. After some much stressful activity, I needed to treat myself to some bad yummy food. I love Wendy's but don't work or live near one, was super happy to see this one, I went two days in a row for my lunch. Been seeing those pretzel bun commercials for weeks, I got the pub chicken one. Pretty hefty, it satisfied my curiosity and taste buds and kept me full for hours. The second time, I kept it light with ordering from their dollar menu, their yummy chicken nuggets and a cheese burger deluxe. I am quite surprised to see that there are so many bad reviews for this location. I have been here more than a few times and I have always been satisfied with their service. The building is not the newest and would definitely benefit from some remodeling but it is kept clean. The workers are quite efficient at taking orders and completing orders from the times I have visited. He drive thru is convenient and I always check my order before I leave to prevent any missed food items. I will continue to frequent this location unless there is a change in service or experience. read more

Ordered on the Wendy's app and when I tried to pick up they didn't have any record of my order, so I should them the receipt of the mobile order and the manager, Maria, argued with me and told me they didn't charge me when the money was withdrawn from my account and she refused to acknowledge it. I ended up calling corporate and telling the situation and they tried calling the location and the manager purposefully ignored the call. Amazing Chick-fil-A quality customer service tonight from the black guy working the drive thru this evening (9/9). It doesnt surprise me though because he has a great manager (the Hispanic guy that is always working when I visit) that displays leadership and a positive atritude even during their busiest times. You can tell that both of these men had really good training before they started at Wendy's. They make you question if you're really at a Wendy's. Unfortunately I don't have either of their names but hats off to these guys. The line is always long when I come, but after all of my visits I still have zero complaints. Just like any other wendys but the only thing that sucks is drive thru! It gets packed and if people are coming from two separate ways it gets hectic. Getting out of drive thru is also difficult since there's main streets on both entrances and exits. read more
