This is the best fast food place in my town. Far surpassing McDonald's and definitely Burger King. I greatly suggest this restaurant.

I rarely eat fast food, but I love spicy nuggets from Wendy's every now and then. Without fail this location gets something wrong with the order, and that's after insane wait times. They'll give you the wrong nuggets, the wrong flavor frosty, no sauce or the wrong sauce, no receipt etc. Probably a sign I just should ignore the need for nuggets! read more

This may legitimately be the slowest "fast" food restaurant in the country. Do not come to this restaurant unless you have at least 30+ minutes to wait. I have never been in and out of here in under half an hour. read more

Went there today from Boston. The service was horrible. We were in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes! If you go there for lunch break you will be late getting back to work. The workers inside did not seem to be very ambitious. Inside crowded too. I will never stop at that one ever again. The one in Franklin is awesome. You are in and out. read more

Sheesh. There's a Wendy's in my hometown of Norwood. But sometimes they get orders wrong, but it was an okay location.

This place is absolute GARBAGE. There is a massive wait at all hours of the day, and the vast majority of people leave the line without getting a chance to order. Even if you order on the mobil app, theres still a VERY LONG wait. Im talking 30, 40, 50 minutes for a FAST FOOD restaurant. They should go out of business. read more

Wendy's is probably my favorite fast food chain. Occasionally I go to this location because it's on my route to work, but no more. I go at times when it's barely busy at 10:00 p.m. and it still takes me at least 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Simple orders are filled inaccurately. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of service. I feel like every time I visit the service is worse. To management: if you actually read these reviews, do something! read more

This Wendy's is absolutely despicable. My sister went through the drive thru, and they didn't give her one of the bags with chicken nuggets and a burger, as well as the receipt. My sister tried calling the restaurant, and there was no answer. I went back to try to reason with the staff, and they claimed "no receipt, no food." I understand that scammers could try to take advantage of similar situations, but I had a picture of my sister and the time she went to Wendy's in order to have them check the security footage and verify that my claims were legit. The manager quickly declined and offered no explanation besides "No food without a receipt." The frustrating thing is that THEY were the ones who neglected to give us a receipt. I walked out WITHOUT my food and WITHOUT a refund. The staff was callous and insensitive. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 38 minutes! I called the store as I am waiting in line and they took forever to answer. I was told they are busy ... but there are only a few people inside the restaurant. I came here once before and waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru and then left. Don't even bother going here. Have gone to this location multiple times and they told me their Frosty machine was broken, even though I heard the people in front of me order chocolate Frosty's (I wanted vanilla). When I finally go the food, their fries were not full to the size of the cup and they were extremely salty. Management was evidently not present today I love Wendy's as the quality usually surpasses other fast food restaurants. However, at one-thirty PM today, 11 28 18 I was disappointed while trying to exhibit the value of Wendy's experience to my wife. Upon entry the room was likely around 60 degrees, there was litter scattered throughout the dining area. It was very busy, one cashier, eight people waiting patiently in line to order. I ordered two Dave's double cheeseburger sandwiches, my typical order for the past twenty plus years. The sandwiches were available after no more than ten minutes, however, I expected nicely prepare delicious hamburger patties, juicy, seasoned a bit greasy which is Wendy's hallmark. These were very overcooked, hard in fact. The sandwiches were composed as ordered and indeed the fried devoid of salt were fried nicely. Worst of all was the condiment bench. It was a disaster, the napkin and ketchup dispensers were either empty or broken and litter was strewn everywhere. There were no ketchup cups. I should have taken pictures, it was unbelievably a mess. There was no excuse for what I saw today as it exhibited a very low amount of effort expended to maintain this restaurant. We did not enjoy our 40 minutes in that dining room and the food was certainly not up to the quality I have expected, experienced for decades from Wendy's. read more

This location is terrible. They should make it go away! The management and the customer service is non existing. They don't know how to make the drinks on the menu. The lady inside taking orders is illiterate and after telling her I had an lemon allergy she continued to try to kill me by giving me lemonade. Long line at the drive thru @7:45pm on a Tuesday. So I opted to park and go inside. I didn't get my food any faster by doing this. There was no one at the counter to take my order. I noticed a kiosk that you can place your order on, so I figured I'd try that. This is the 1st time I've seen these. It was user friendly, and my order went through without any problem. I customized the order and asked for specific toppings and removed the ones I didn't want. You swipe your card for payment and you're done. I waited an unreasonable amount of time for the burger I ordered. I did not check that it was correct before leaving the store. I ordered a jr hamburger (no cheese), then asked for no onions, no ketchup, no mustard, asked for honey mustard, mayo, bacon, lettuce, tomato, extra pickles. What I got: a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, onions, bacon, 2 pickles. I either got someone else's burger or they blatantly messed up my order. I will not be visiting this establishment again anytime soon. read more
