Nope!! This is not it! I previously wrote a great review over 2 years ago. I was in the area and decided to pick up dinner. I payed $10.83 for a spicy chicken sandwich, small fry , & a small Diet Coke. Fries were cold . Threw away. They didn't give me a straw and I asked for one for my drink. Chicken sandwich was horrible!!!! Patty was very thin , not warm , & tasted like it's been sitting for a while. So bad . I payed through app and when I got to speaker I let them know that. When I got to window the young girl asked me for money and I told her I already payed. She had to go ask someone. I can't believe how bad my meal was !! And for over $10. Drive thru staff was friendly. Drive thru was a little slow today. This is the first time I have been asked to pull around front and wait for my order at a Wendy's. I sat there for about 5 minutes before they brought my food Food was warm. I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club combo with a large chili. There were no thumbs in my chili. The fries sucked but Wendys fries always do. The burger was pretty darn good. This would have been a 4 star review if I didn't have to go wait out front. read more

HAVE AGAIN: The Classic Burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon was the best burger I have ever had at a Wendy's. And the French fries was also the best ever for a Wendy's. Not sure what this Wendy's does, but this visit was exceptional. Thank you. read more

I stopped by to try their new breakfast menu. The breakfast sandwiches are not that great, but the biscuits & gravy are delicious! I was really surprised for it being a chain restaurant & fast food. I walked in and the place is literally smoky. I mean the whole restaurant is smoky. Wonder what happened here? I went to the soda machine and saw a lot of soda not stocked. I saw a lady and small kid trying to get Sprite but the machine was out. She tried telling the cashier this but he didn't seem to comprehend her. I don't know how he couldn't understand her. I had to speak up and tell him the sprite was out like other soft drinks. The cashier was kind enough to fill her drink from within but he never once went to the fountain machine to stock it up. This erked me since originally I wanted diet Dr Pepper but it was out. As for the food I ordered, it was fine. read more

One star for employee's fake positively First off I understand that I came close to closing. But when I spend 16$ on 2 meals I expect them to be made correctly and hot. I don't eat salt on my fries. I got redipped fries and they were burnt. Food was cold. Asked for meat cheese and pickle on my bacon double stack.... no bacon... I guess back on isn't a meat. The service level is very high meaning it is something they do not because they were taught to be friendly and professional those two attributes appear to come easy for the staff here. Dining are is clean and the manager covers this area asking patrons if there is anything that he can for them. The food was served quickly and cooked properly. I will make this Wendy's my favorite restaurant! read more

Very nice and high end looking inside. Has individual seats as if it's a hip lounge/ coffee shop. Ordered two jr baconators and the bacon was damn near burnt. I flicked it off I didn't want to deal with it as we were on a time schedule that was already late. The guy taking the order had a hard time when I said one with extra pickles the other a small with ketchup and cheese with bacon only. It was fine other than the bacon. The floor in the women's room was a little wet in the small stall and made for a very slick and slippery situation. Not a fan of a TV in a fast food place. 1. Distracts kids from eating. 2. TLDR seemed to purposely get my order wrong and was agressive and VERY unfriendly. The drive thru attendant seemed to be maliciously trying to irritate me; then when I got to the window; the guy was being VERY unfriendly and aggressive. I had a bad feeling that my order would be purposely done wrong; I get the order and open it and it looks so unappealing and doesnt look anything like what I ordered and the cheese wasnt even melted. I asked whats supposed to be on it; he looks at it and says whats on it like im going to believe him. I go in and it was supposed to have bacon and onions and when I asked them to put them on, they said they were out of onion... why wouldnt you tell me that at the window? I told them just give me a refund because I was so fed up with the horrible serice. HORRIBLE experience. Just lost the business owner revenue and a customer. Fries and burger were cold. Young man at the window offered to make us new fries but when burger was not fresh either, we asked for a refund. Big Ed the manager gave us our refund but made sure to ask for our drinks back as if we were trying to steal the drinks. No apology from him. Poor customer appreciation. They shouldn't have a sign in the drive through saying that if the fries are cold to request new ones, they should make the food fresh to begin with. I couldn't get my food because they don't take Apple Pay. There were no songs suggesting it. I only had to wait in the long drive through line. I guess I have to take the blame for not bringing my card or having cash. This is now the 3rd Wendy's I've been to that can't accommodate with Apple Pay. Not only did our first interaction with the employee taking our order at drive thru come off as rude but the experience continued. Once we approached the window after a longer then normal wait (felt like 20 minutes) so, may have been 10-15minutes the rudeness continued. We were not greeted. He just kept repeating our total. He then provided us our order which was incomplete. When we tried to bring it up. We were again given attitude as if we had annoyed him. He finally corrected our order and we headed home. This location is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Ordered a burger and a Frostie and the guy at the counter (I think his name was Dave) even offered me a cup for water since it was almost 100 degrees outside. Even thanked me by name. Food is good. It's Wendy's, so I expect Wendy's food, not a steak house. But we like Wendy's food, and especially THIS Wendy's location, so we'll be back. read more

Coming back to the bay area tired and in the middle of a long trip home, we stopped at Wendys for a bite to eat. I placed a pretty large order which backed up the drive thru line quite a bit, but the servers were polite and courteous to me nevertheless. I left thinking I didn't get part of my order. Pulled up to the front and asked a manager for help. Nothing but politeness and courtesy. They quickly refilled my order and offered a frosty for my troubles, which I declined. I left back to my drive home only to find the original order was indeed in my car but had fallen behind some luggage. I felt badly but the time to turn around and clear it up was going to be hard, so instead I decided to take to Yelp and give this Wendy's location a shout out for being awesome. :) read more

I just now ordered a chicken sandwich and only one warm thin slice of iceberg lettuce. My wife's burger was the same. You're better off going to Jack in the Box where at least they're not shy on the lettuce. For as many people that were working there should have been some level of quality control vs. all the socializing among the employees. Poor management. Won't be back. Last two visits orders were incorrect and food not so great. My frosty was melting, softer than a milkshake. If the frosty machine has issues, then don't sell them. I've experienced issues at other Wendy's locations too. Maybe it's time for an overhaul. read more

Came in for lunch today. Big mistake. The manager was too busy trying to act cool with the high school crowd than doing his job. Every single one of the kids were crowding the counter waiting for their food instead of waiting at their booth listening for their name to be called. I could not walk through. Trying to get my drink was another small victory, as the same kids were just standing there blocking the machine while not actually using it. This is the first Wendy's location that took forever to get our order ready. Not only did it take a while to get it, yes...it was wrong! I had the new berry salad and was super disappointed. The chicken was very dry and I got 3 berries in my entire salad. Plus the berries were old. It was basically a container of lettuce. I have eaten at the drive thru 4 or 5 times in the last 90 days. It has been outstanding every time. I have not eaten a better Dave's double. Fries are always hot and freshly cooked. The staff is super friendly, and they love my little dog Bandit. Even got him his own little cup full of water. My hats off to the girls working here, the cook and manager that has hired and trained a staff that is so outstanding.
