Honestly the photo provided says a lot. So much breading. Hard and paper thin. And 9 dollars! Better off getting a Mc Chicken. I like the remodel of this Wendy's. Everything looks modern and clean. I often recieve great service from this location (when compared to other FF joints). They have new POS systems that allow you to select your own meal as well as to view what they are selecting for you. I am curious if this is helpful to alleviate order error. They also have the Coke Freestyle machines here, which is great to be able to choose pratically any combination of soda you could want (so long as its a Coca-cola product). If you are looking for a Wendy's, I recommend this one. read more

Introduction: This location was recently remodeled. It is most definitely a lot nicer now. However, I think that the owner should've utilize all the funds to train these employees some common sense (not so common), customer service and prepare better warm quality foods. We placed two separate orders. One with two burgers and another with a chicken sandwich, no customizations to any of them. For some reason, none of the sandwiches had mayonnaise on them or any sauce. They also didn't include lettuce. The chicken sandwich they gave us was just chicken and bun, which is not what we ordered. The sandwiches all wound up being dry as a result. The fries were also under salted. Despite getting a combo with fries, ketchup wasn't given to us or offered and we didn't realize it wasn't in bag until we got home. My friend who had a separate order asked for ketchup and who I believe is the manager was standing right there, but was too busy on his phone and made the cashier get him ketchup. I am writing this review, based on my drive-thru experience. Its mostly women that have serviced me here and 4/5 times ive been here, they've been really mean. They have this face like they know they can do so much better then work at Wendys, so they take out there frustration on me and give me bad service. Its all based on attitude, quickness of my order and just overall vibe. I mean, i get it, YOU WORK AT WENDYS AND THAT SUCKS, but dont give me attitude just because I asked for extra ketchup. I had a horrible experience here the other day & I'm still kinda annoyed by it. We went through the drive through to get just some nuggets & a large vanilla frosty. We waited forever which was understandable so I wasn't upset. When we got up to the first window, the girl said, "nuggets & a chocolate frosty?" & my boyfriend reminded her that we ordered a vanilla one. We were relieved that we caught their mistake. We waited some more to get to the next window & they handed us our food. As we drove off, I realized that they still gave us a large chocolate frosty. Usually I wouldn't think it was a big deal but we waited forever for this simple order, we told them TWICE that is was vanilla & I paid for it so I wanted to get what I paid for. So, just for the frosty we drove back & went inside since the drive through was packed. I approached the situation very calmly & understanding but when I explained the situation to the girl the register, she didn't say anything except "okay" & she went to change it out. No apology or anything. I work in customer service & even if I had to deal with a customer's problem that wasn't my fault I would still apologize on behalf of them. She told both of people we spoke to in the drive through about the issue & they just stared at us & shrugged it off. No apology or anything either, just a quick look. I thanked the girl at the register when she handed me the new one & she still didn't say anything..okayy. This may seem like a silly thing, all over a frosty but there was just one bad small thing after the next in this experience & collectively, it made for a bad fast food run. $1 Value Menu. The only reason I ever used to go to the Home of the Square Burger. Actually, a former coworker and I went to lunch up in Anaheim today and that's where he wanted to go. What's a guy to do? I gotta eat ... Lots of parking in this shopping center. It's probably due to a lot of their crowd just walking over from UCI or other businesses in the area. The facility is fairly clean. Condiment station was well stocked and employees were constantly out in the dining area cleaning/clearing off tables to open up places for guests to sit. The food is, well fast food. It doesn't compare to my first choices - In & Out or Carl's but I walked out less than $5 lighter and no longer hungry. Easily the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. I understand expectations shouldn't be high when dining at any fast food place so the bar was already set low. I pull up to the drive thru with a buddy and place our order, which we had to repeat about three times because the guy taking our order was either hard of hearing or didn't care .. and it sounded like he really didn't care. After correcting the order myself because I saw that he was inputting it incorrectly, we grabbed our order and went home. I should've double checked before I left because he forgot an entire order of food and all of our sauces that we asked for. I drive back, walk in, and it took 10 minutes for anyone to walk up to the register and help me. There were about four girls working and tried to act like they didn't see me. NO PICKLES PLEASE. Sometimes my blood sugar gets low and thankfully there's usually a Wendy's around to suffice my food fix but I'm very upset that they don't follow order instructions, it defeats the purpose of taking a food order. I requested no pickles please, the receipt states NO Pickle yet my food came with pickles. I simply don't like pickles on my hamburgers, not sure why, I just don't, and when in need there's usually a Wendy's around but then they mess it up by adding pickles even when I ask for No pickles please. I called the phone number on the receipt to complain and get a replacement as we started to drive back but it went to a lengthy automated answering service and said that they were experiencing calling at a high traffic time [I'm paraphrasing here] but the parking lot wasn't full and there wasn't a line in the drive thru.
