I got a cheeseburger kids meal and a junior cheeseburger ( for 2 of us). Kids meal came with fries and a small soda. I have to say their burger AND bun was way better than the Golden Arches! Fries were cut nicely as well. What a nice surprise! Service was quick! They also have a drive thru and a handicapped ramp. Plenty of seating inside. Good experience! Will be back! read more

Wendy's is not what it used to be at all, The employees are hard-working and friendly, but the food they're given to serve customers is poor in quality. However, at Wendy's lab for food should be fired or retrained. The only thing that makes it a hamburger., it's around and there's a piece of meat in it. That's about it. This location is incredible. I am a believer in Wendy's, but this Oroville location showed what it means to "spin off of one word - FRESH". The service was incredible, as our order (for a band of 8 people) came out in less than ten minutes for around 30 different items. Everything was still hot 'n ready, if you catch my drift. All you need is $14 and you can get an ok burger, chicken sandwich, 10 fries, massive strawberry lemonade, Cinnabon bowl and 4 nuggies that are edible with sauce. You only get one sauce choice but that's all you need really unless you're picky but it's Wendy's so why are you being picky you chose Wendy's. The main lady working, Elizabeth is the absolute GOAT and her team got our order of over $100 done in 10 minutes max. Only downside is bread to meat ratio on jr bacon burger is very unbalanced, very much sad. I was wondering why I haven't been to Wendy's in a while so thought I would check it out with a friend and now I remember why. The food SUCKS! I ordered three items, the chicken avocado BLT sandwich and fries and a drink. The chicken sandwich was so so, barely edible and did not taste great. I remember long ago ordering chicken sandwiches from Jack in the Box and looking forward to actually eating them. Not this sandwich as I felt I wasted space in my stomach for this. And the French fries? soggy, greasy, cold. why is it so hard to make French fries? Mc Donalds has this down as their fries are way better! I give this place zero. Not only was the food terrible, but we spent 26.00 for a $5 meal , a #6, a large fry and a frostie. My french fries were not even half filled . bad customer service, the whole time i was at the window it wasn't even open until my food was done. on top of that i ordered 30 nuggets only received 4 sauce, when i asked for more and the employee stormi refused to give to me because we claimed she threw 13 sauces in the bag (which she didn't because I checked.) We had to literally knock at the window for her to give us 1 more at least, when she did she threw it at us, dropped it and slammed the window shut. It used to be that the ground beef was finely ground up just like I like it and plenty of beans as chili should be. For a few months now the ground beef is in big disgusting chunks like they've taken leftover hamburger patty's from the night before, tore them up and threw them in the pot of chili. And there must be a bean shortage that I'm not aware of because there's only about 5 beans in each large cup of chili. This is totally & completely uncalled for. When I was eating lunch at Oroville Wendy's on 4/8/2017, the man sitting at the table next to me was asleep sitting up and starting to tip over. His tray and the contents fell on the floor so I rushed to the counter and told the workers a customer needed assistance right away, that a man was sleeping and about to fall on the floor. (I was worried he would hit his head on the concrete.) The gal smiled and said something to the male employee next to her that I couldn't hear, didn't say she'd take care of the problem, nothing. There weren't any customers so I figured someone would come see what was going on. Nobody came so I stood next to the man and tapped on his shoulder while telling him he needed to scoot over because he was about to fall out of his seat. After getting him to move over three times so he was out of danger he put his head down on the table and went back to sleep. Finally, the gal came around the corner, looked at the man and the mess on the floor, then disappeared. About five minutes later a male employee walked up to him and said, "You can't sleep here," and promptly walked away. Neither of them picked up the mess on the floor. (I picked up the tray when I had him scoot over.) The male employee walked by the table again and left the mess on the floor.
