I won't return to this location. The people in the kitchen area were all talking so loudly the woman taking out order couldn't hear us and we needed to keep repeating. She then had to keep asking the back crew if they had certain sandwiches or taco salad and told us that they were out of a lot of foods. ???? My daughter asked for a classic chicken and was given a spicy chicken. She cannot tolerate spice at all. I went up to the manager and explained and asked for the sandwich to be remade. She poked through the sandwich and said no, that wasn't a spicy chicken. I through it away, gave my daughter my classic chicken which wasn't spiced and we left. I ate when I got home. With the prices of items I will not return. Drinks machine was sticky. Bathrooms a mess, one woman walked out instead of using them. Awful. read more

Never ever stop at fast food joints other than for a public bathroom, but needed a pick me up and decided to grab a small frosty for sh*ts and giggles. Here I am thinking I'll be paying $1.25-1.50.... Nope.... $2.45 for a small frosty. They also had no spoons so ate it with a fork. Normally I've not any real issues with this Wendy's, but in recent months they seem to be on the decline with shortages of food, inaccuracies orders and less than quality staff. Today's experience compelled me to write this review. It being a little too warm out to fire up the grill for lunch so I swung up to Wendy's to grab a quick lunch for my wife and I. A bacon doublestack biggie combo w/pineapple mango lemonade no ice, and a baconator combo with Vanilla Coke no ice, frosty, and two chilis. The employee, Jade, that took the order seemed to be having a bad day, seemed annoyed with asking for no ice in the beverages. I was informed that they were out of the pineapple mango lemonade so I opted for Tangerine Twist (wife's did not want any berry lemonade) again no ice. This request was met by a snarky response. I was also informed they were out frostys and out of chili. Seriously, how could they be out of two main staples of Wendy's that set them apart from the nearby McDonald's. When I got to the window, Jade was having an animated conversation with another employee and was distracted from servicing the window. She handed me my soda and straw, and took my payment. No conversation with me, just continued her conversation with her coworker. When she handed me the lemonade it was filled with ice. I reminded her no ice and she took it back in a huff, very annoyed about having to make the lemonade without ice. Again no response to the polite interaction I was attempting to have. Another employee handed over the food. Sigh. This used to be good store. But the site is on a downward trend. The store is looking tired and dirty, the food supply issues are becoming the norm, and the staff's lack quality, accuracy, empathy, and poor attitude is symptomatic of a poor work environment. Steer clear of this Wendy's unless you are looking for disappointment and bad experience. read more

I do not know how the day shift is here. My review will be regarding my experience on their Night Shift hours. I come here often after work to get a late night burger, and yet I always end up waiting 20+ minutes for my food. Mind you I place mobile orders in advance. They treat Mobile Order users the same as Drive thru customers, first come first serve. It doesn't matter if you place a mobile order you end up waiting as long as the people who showed up and ordered at the drive-thru. Today was my final straw, I placed my order 25 minutes before showing up, when I got there I waited an additional 15 minutes and they brought out my food at the same time as others who ordered in person AND before me. Not impressed. Buns were cold... like ice cold on 2 burgers out of 3. Chili tasted like it was sitting out forever Service was pleasant but that was a long wait in a drive through like at 8pm for way subpar food. I love the natural lemonade however. Super good. Not impressed. read more

This place has got the worst customer service I have seen in a while. The employees are rude, the manager refuses to turn on the heat (November in Massachusetts is cold!) I don't know how this place stays open. CLUELESS employees, Order is always messed up stayed away for 6 months and tried it out again, same poor service asked employee if order is correct 3 times the sandwiches were returned and three times they came out wrong.. cashier stated "I'm not the one making your sandwich's I'm just the Executor" REALLY NO COMMUNICATION same nasty ass manager who smokes outside comes in makes food without washing his hands...
