I went to this Wendy's a few month's ago. My experience still sticks in my mind. Awful. I ordered an ice coffee and a breakfast sandwich. "An iced coffee??" i hear through the speaker, yes, that's what I'd like. I drive around and the iced coffee is ready but i need to pull over to the parking area because the sandwich is not yet ready. i wait over 5 minutes and they wave to me to drive through again...oh but there's 4 cars...i reverse and go into the restaurant. 11:50pm on 9/23/19 - I'll start off by saying Wendy's has always been my first choice when it comes to fast food. And on that note, this was by far the worst (more like most pathetic) service I have experienced yet. With this review I hope only to suggest and encourage a change in the behavior and overall quality of the employees at this establishment during the time of my visit. First off, it was late and I understand moods tend to be more unpredictable the later it gets. I for one wouldn't want to be slinging burgers and talking to random hungry customers while tired in the middle of the night, but regardless - it is your job and no one else is responsible for that beside you. So let's get to the point of this interaction... within the first few seconds of the initial drive thru conversation, our facilitator was upset and it was made verbally aware, I.e. "you can't do that," "are you kidding me?" Etc. She even rudely exclaimed twice that you can't switch the 4 for 4 drink to a frosty - I have never been told this before, and it's the only thing I ever get from Wendy's? I've happily payed the up charge for a frosty every.single.TIME......... ANYWAY, The second window went smooth, a young gentlemen kindly took our payment. Then the food pick up, clearly the woman who took the order just blatantly forcing the interaction, forgot the straws and to simply put it just not an ounce of care for the interaction as if we were disgusting scum of the earth begging for food. As we quickly took 30 seconds to account for all the food, the same woman opened back up the window and yelled at my husband "YOU NEED TO LEAVE YOU ARE MESSING UP OUR TIME!" My husband quickly apologized and explained we were just checking our order and the woman again inserted "YOU NEED TO GET OUT!" - now I understand there was a customer behind us ordering at the first microphone but.... really? At this point we quickly pulled into a parking spot, quietly ate our 4 for $4 and and his sandwich, and left. My only wish is for this/these individuals to find happiness by whatever means necessary and or move on to a new job. No one benefits from this behavior and I hope management recognizes this and facilitates a proper training for this late night staff. It's unacceptable and completely counterproductive for fast food business. In conclusion, beside being overwhelmingly tainted by a bitter attitude, our meal was of typical Wendy's quality.
