My experience here was quite mediocre. On a positive note, the food was good, the decor was modern and nice, and the environment was clean. While there are good things about this location, there are also some bad things. We ordered on the kiosk, and as we were waiting by the counter, our McFlurries came out, but we weren't sure if they were ours. We searched for an order number on them, and the employee at the counter told us to wait for our food in a cold and unfriendly voice. The rest of our food came out, and he just said our order number and walked away. No thank you, no goodbye, just the bare minimum. It was also very cold inside. We were shivering. "I'll have the number 7 combo meal please" Out came two Sausage Breakfast Burritos with a Hash Brown and a Large Coffee which was exactly what I needed to stop those growlings from happening. In a moment of weakness I came here for a Big Mac & some nuggets. I haven't had their food in such a long time and figured it probably isn't real meat anyway. I don't know why I love Bic Macs so much but I can't they're hard to resist even though it really is disgusting. Service here has gotten worse. I am in the food service industry and understand the stress involved but today's experience was horrible. Placed a mobile app order outside the store at 7:38 which normally takes 5 minutes. Went into the store at 7:50 as the order hadn't been brought out yet. No one at the counter and it took awhile to get a managers attention as she was filling drive through orders. She said she didn't get any Mobil orders. Terrible! Ray Kroc would be rolling in his grave if he heard about this location. 20 minutes to get 2 sausage McMuffin with Egg sandwiches and a hash brown. And when I finally got my order the sandwiches were cold and the hash brown was so soggy from the oil I had to throw it away. That tells me the oil is either old or not hot enough. The manager didn't even seem to be bothered with the 12-14 people standing at the counter or the 6-7 cars lined up in the drive thru. She just stood by watching this unfold sipping her coffee. One person working the main counter and the drive thru and she was an older lady who seemed to be in over her head. To top is all off, 2 guys thought that 8:15am would be a great time to clean the floors behind the counter. Something like that should be done on the overnight shift, since the place is open 24 hours. The service is so slow ALL day, it just in the morning. Made an assumption that I could stop in for a frappe on my way to work in the morning, and boy was I wrong. I pulled up to the drive-thru where they now have two lanes in which you can place an order before pulling around to the pick-up window, and noticed that the two cars that were already waiting in each lane seemed frustrated. Once they left the lane, I pulled up to the speaker and heard a male's voice asking if i wanted to supersize my extra value meal. When I responded "no" a female voice asked me to hold on a minute. I waited and asked to place my order after a few minutes and was asked to hold again. At this point, the line was growing behind me, and I was running late. A car pulled up to the second speaker and they took their order right away! Really?!?! After saying "hello? hello?" and hearing nothing, I left completely empty handed. I rarely review fast food, let alone a McDonald's, but this McDonald's is in the perfect location for me because I constantly travel between Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. This spot just happens to be in the middle and a great place to take a break from driving. They recently renovated this McDonald's in the past year so it is updated and more modernized. I like that you can skip the line at the counter and just order on a touch screen. However, I wish they had renovated the bathroom as well. As for food and service, it's a McDonald's so you know what to expect. I also never use the drive thru at fast food places because going inside and ordering is always faster. Needed to stop in for a quick bite. Needed to be in and out in 20 minutes. Ordered one Big Mac, three hamburgers, and a 10 piece nuggets. Twenty minutes later, my son is crying because he doesn't have his nuggets. I went to the counter, where there was another customer who had been waiting longer than I had been for nuggets. Customers were coming into the store from the drive thru because their orders were wrong. One of the other customers got sort of nasty at me, but I don't blame her. This is not the first time I've had dealings with this place. It was years ago, and I see nothing has changed. Either this place never gets busy or there's something wrong with the staff here. I was part of a group of twenty on a bus trip, looking for a quick bite for dinner and the entire staff freaked out. Long waits for everyone to get their food. Most of the orders had errors made which for some included getting extra food. In my case it was getting the pickles I had asked to be left off my quarter pound bacon cheeseburger. I usually don't eat at Mickey D's, I leave that to my five year old, but I have to admit, the burger was actually pretty good. The dining room here is not huge, but it was pretty clean, especiall for the prime time dinner rush. Staff needs to grow up, or get out. Usually I dont expect much from a McDonalds. Because well, its a McDonalds. But this specific location is either corrupted, have zero common decency or they just overall suck. I work in the food business, I understand customer service and everything that comes along with it. However, this place is literally garbage. Straight garbage. The food is best at mediocre - only reason why I order fries is because the packaged ranch dipping sauce makes it more edible. While many others commented down below about their service - all I can say is that I fully agree with them. One woman said she had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line and if you think thats crazy, imagine waiting in that line for 45 - FORTY FIVE - minutes!!!! The only reason why I stayed was because I had not eaten during that day and I had some free time on my hands before I went home. I did not imagine an eight piece nugget with fries and a drink took almost an hour to make...for a fast food restaurant. I am so sorry to the people who have seen the worst though, whether that be a man taking a shit outside during his shift or having to deal with the rude people and HAVING TO WAIT FOR THEM.
