I ordered from yelp, and when I came to pick up my order they didn't give it to me and ask me to comfirm it first, while the order statue still shows "in progress". Called the grubhub support, they checked says they shouldn't ask me to confirm anything. I handed my phone to them and let the clerk speak to the grubhub, she hanged up my phone without even looking at it, then keep saying I need to confirm it. Hello I went to Wendy's on Wednesday October 11th 2023 and I got a small frosty when I got back home I had diarrhea from it and even though I went to the bathroom I wasn't feeling very well after I ate it I will never be coming back there for another chocolate frosty I will be sticking with the grilled ranch chicken wrap that never did anything to me. The service was good but I didn't realize that the frosty had protein powder in it and I know I don't eat much of dairy products but this used to be one of my favorite things to get. I would love it if they could add a vegan vanilla and chocolate frosty to their menu for people who don't consume dairy anymore. They should also add impossible meat cheese burgers with American follow your heart cheese. read more

Worst place ever, if I can give a zero star, I would not even give 1 star. I was in the drive through line for half an hour waiting to order my food. I stopped at the ordering machine for five minutes, and no one is taking my order. I thought the machines is broken, so I drove up to the window and plan to order at the window. Then they told me, they are not going to take my order because you need to order at the ordering machines. Then they all turned around and walked away. For five whole minutes I waited there, no one said ANYTHING through the machine, and now they want me to waste another 30 minutes waiting in line? Not only that, every time when I order from this Wendy's. I never get the food that I ordered, or it's never the correct number of food that I ordered. What just happened to me now is, i orders 7 burgers, I only got total of 6 in the bag. And out of the 6 that I got, I did not even get the correct burger that I ordered. The moment the lady delivers me the bag, I start flipping through them to check the item. Then she start saying if you want to check your bag, you need to pull up. Big fan of the remodel. This place looks brand new. Wendy's is always a great late night stop, this one is no exception. Last time I stopped here there was a line nearly wrapping around the entire building. My wife and I were shocked how quickly they were able to work through the orders. The new flatbreads are pretty good too, but I'm still not buying their latest fries. My wife, (who hates salt) even had to salt these they lacked so much flavor. What is going on at this Wendy's?! The drive thru is always backed up around the building and the staff seem like they are lacking a leader. Last trip I went inside to order and the only girl working the counter messed up my order as well as all three party's in front of me. Then when I asked for her to correct the problem she walked over to the girl working the drive thru (I thought she was asking for help [no problem]) look over and she and the drive thru girl are looking at something on her phone! I always have a good experience at this location. Today I went through the drive through and opted to try the new queso & bacon fries with a frosty. I requested no bacon but received it anyway. I would honestly give this place a 0 star if i could. Last night 12/27/21-8:45~9:00pm), I had a mobile order to pickup at the drive thru, and had no problems in the past doing so. However, as soon as I pulled up to the window there were 2 employees, and one of them was very rude and clearly expressed her disrespectful attitude (indirectly to me, but was loud enough for me to hear.) I told them that I had a mobile order to pick up and gave them my name. One of the female workers said, "oh they the ones that didn't even say nothing at the ordering machine. I swear that kinda jawn..." Basically, a couple minutes before, I was waiting behind a car that was at the ordering machine for a good minute. The person in the window didnt even have his or her window down and drove right off. I figured they didn't want wendys anymore? so when it was my turn i drove past the machine so that the person behind me can order right away..which he did. So, i did not waste any time for the person taking the order and the person who was ordering. The manager of this place really needs to re-train the employees. The service here is terrible! And if you work in the food industry, which I also have in the past, good service is significant! I'm only leaving this comment for the sake of the employees there so that they do a better job of being respectful to the customers. At the end of the day, you want your customers to come back so that you can keep your business. Ok, since I failed miserably at getting a treat for myself the other day (see my review of Dunkin Donuts), I tried again at Wendy's. This time the treat was real and I was happy! I've only been in the drive through at this location and its fast and the cashier and food givers are nice. The crispy chicken sandwich I got was hot and super tasty, the fries were pretty good. This is probably the worst Wendy's/fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Not only are they painfully slow every time I visit, they are completely disorganized. I went the other night to get a salad around 9:00 pm. It took me 25 min to get a salad (I went inside to order because I saw the long drive-thru line). They place looked like a mess and a lot of other customers were irritated? The worst part? I came home and after several bites of my salad I noticed literally an inch of water at the bottom. This Wendy's is the best!!! They always get my order right, and the food is consistently fresh and not like it's been sitting on a hot plate for hours. The drive thru line can get very long, but the workers get through it quickly. My only complaint is that sometimes the staff can be a little rude but whatever.
