Second time in a row that I have ordered the Baconator and received 1 1/2 slices of bacon. Supposed to be 6 strips. And that was after waiting 20 minutes for my food. WORST SERVICE EVER! Honestly most people are going to look at this and be like "Oh jeez what an exaggerator" But I HATE this Wendy's. And believe me i love me some Wendy's. I cant think of a time in the last two years that Ive gone here, and had good service through the drive through. Well where does one start. If we could rate less than one we would. Time was approximately 8;00 pm, drive thru was chaotic but inside dining was quiet. My wife and I ordered two normal meals. My wife's arrived cold..It took over 20 min to get them to cook us a new one. By the time we got hers back my meal was cold. During this time we could see that there many very in happy customers for various reasons. We finally decided to ask for our money back. The manager on duty copped an attitude and said they did is a favor by cooking a fresh sandwich for my wife. I couldn't believe it!!! I said a favor,!!?? Her sandwich was frickin cold..The manager returned our $$ but he was angry as he turned around and through her sandwich in the trash. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! read more

The staff that works here is pretty awesome. Ordering here is like playing Russian Roulette with your tastebuds, however. When the order is freshly made, it's the best fast food in town: hot crisp bacon and a cold tomato on a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger is hard to beat. The problem with that is 80% of the time I order a JBC, I get a lukewarm burger with a lukewarm tomato. Even the bacon is a crap shoot: sometimes it's hot and crispy, other times it's kinda warm and chewy. Overall the service has been great and I've had no complaints there. I signed up JUST to post this review. I wish i could give this Wendy's 0 stars. We went today, on Christmas Eve-- obviously not the ideal thing to do, but my family was going through a hard time-- my uncle had just passed away a few hours prior, so our original plans had gone out the window, and we were headed there instead-- but i needed to grab something to eat for my kids. Not only did they not include the sauces for an order that was primarily chicken nuggets, but they gave us SPICY nuggets, instead of regular, that my 17 month old found out the hard way. Their employees were very disrespectful/obnoxious and the manager did not even offer sincere condolences for their "mistakes" when i called them. I dont care if they were upset for woking on Christmas eve and taking it out on customers, that should NEVER happen, they don't know if maybe the customer is having a far worse day than them. 100% disgusted with this Wendy's. The taste of the food is good,but the customer service sucks at this location. I always ask to upgrade my 4 for $4 for over a dollar more to get a large fry and drink and they will give me just an upgraded drink and the fries are never upgraded. Every time you get fries from here it's like their money pinchers or something cause they never give you the right portion. So whenever I want a large fry I order a large and a medium to get an actual large portion amount. They always cut into your order without letting you speak. And when they cut in so much their not even listening and they get the order messed up. If you order a frosty better ask for a spoon they always forget to give you a spoon. They are money pinchers when you ask for a few sauce cups it's ridiculous damn I will give you 50 cents more if you give me some more sauce. I would just rather go to McDonald's they NEVER screw up as much as this crew read more

Everybody knows what Wendy's is all about. So let me qualify my 5 star review by saying this is a 5 star Wendy's location. Wendy's in general is probably rated anywhere between 2 and 4 stars depending on what type of day your having. Anyway this location is ridiculously fast, to the point where you can probably pay and pick up your food in the drive thru without ever coming to a complete stop. On top of that I've never had an order messed up and everything is fresh, never soggy or stale. Basing this off of approximately 4 visits between 2011 and 2012. read more

I literally just went through the drive thru, got home, bit into my home style chicken sandwich and it was so dried out I couldn't bite through it. The chicken had actually shrunken inside the breading. I posted several pictures, you can see it got so dried out in one spot it turned brown and rubbery. I used to work in fast food so I remember what the chicken looked like when it sat too long. I would have never served a customer something like that. So $8 down the drain. going downhill at the speed of light! went through drive through on Sunday 2/19 ... not only did they mix up my order with someone else's, they got the order wrong once they figured out which car I was, wrong soda, wrong burger. I don't know how many times I have been here and have received the wrong order. Most recently I went through the drive thru today for a simple order: bacon cheeseburger, small fry, and small frosty. I asked for them to please salt my fries or provide salt when I ordered and was assured they would be salted (last time I asked and they didn't salt them I was disappointed and didn't eat my bland fries.) Received my order, pulled into the parking lot to enjoy my food. Ofcorse there was no salt on the fries. My husband went in the store to have them fix it and they made a new batch. I tried the second batch and again not one grain of salt. I decided to go in and instead of having them make it a third time (didn't want another mess up or spit in my food) I had them refund my money. After the whole ordeal, by the time I got back to my car my burger was cold and my frosty was completely melted. I give 2 stars because I genuinely do like their fries (salted) and the manager didn't give me any hassle to get my money back. Make sure your order is 100% correct before you leave. read more

The quality of the food is generally very good, their service, however, needs work. The workers lack kindness toward their customers, which I find surprising since we are essentially the people giving them their paychecks. I always order the same thing, a crispy chicken sandwich with no mayo, and that's it, but they still put mayo on half the time. This would be understandable when they are extremely busy, but they still mess up my extremely simple order at 12am when I'm the only one at the drive through! I work nights at the Wal-Mart next door so I often need to go there just to grab a quick bite to eat before work. Reason for 3 stars is fast food can only be so good it's nothing special an honestly cost way to much. You can easily spend 10$ on a combo I can spend that at a place that has really good food. NOT SAFE! I came here with my 4 year old and got her a hamburger. She got done with her meal but left a little bit of the burger. I glance over and this burger is pale pink. Nowhere near fully cooked. I go up to the counter and an associate was very alarmed when I showed him the burger. His manager comes up and asks me if i want another one made. She then asks if I want a refund. She showed literally no concern for the safety of my 4 year old and she didn't apologize until I said "hopefully our kid doesn't come down with food poisoning. This Wendy's location is usually good and has accommodated my request in the past. Last night was not the case and possibly ruined this location for me. The lady at the register at around 9pm (Aiyana) was a disaster and should be fired for lack of knowledge of product and disrespect. Upon ordering our burgers the lady that was at the register asked us if that's what we really wanted in a disrespectful way. (Simple request for no bun on a Dave's double.) Then continued to put an order in for what she thought would be sufficient in place of what we actually ordered. My husband ordered a salad as well and it wasn't on the order. We noticed when we went to pay. When we asked about it the lady acted like she didn't know what we were talking about and just replied with "what are you asking me" and when we told her she simple said "oh." She also stated "what are you going to do, make your own food?" She was completely disrespectful. I rarely give any reviews but I was VERY disappointed in the service when I stopped for dinner on 10/6/16 at 7 p.m. The drive thru line was a little backed up so I decided to walk in. The line had 3 other people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to finally get up to the front and order. The workers were focusing on getting the drive thru customers before the ones inside. It was almost like the people standing in line never existed. No eye contact was made. Customers behind me were getting frustrated and no apologies were said for such a long wait. I understand working fast food can be a stressful job but the least they could have done was let all the customers know the wait time is going to be longer than normal. read more

I'm going to say I love Wendy's. I love how fresh their burgers taste compared to other "fast food" restaurants. They've gotten my order wrong before but I will just chalk that up to them being extremely busy during dinner rush.
