Great Experience! Friendly service, food was hot and correct, dining room was clean. We didn't have to wait very long for our food. The staff had just finished a Huge rush from a LARGE group of conference attendees on break. I was impressed with how well they had recovered from the rush. The drive through was packed, so we went inside to order and eat. Some tables were marked as unavailable (to adhere to social distancing). Only one large family was eating inside when we arrived, far from the table we chose. The young lady who took and delivered our order was friendly. Our 2 sandwiches and Senior drink were $5.35. Husband gave her a ten, remembered he had $.35, but before he could give it to her, she handed him the change: $4.65. She dispensed his Coke Zero. The nozzle was not working, so she used her bare hand to twist and turn it until it worked. I hope her hand was clean. Husband should have requested a different drink, untouched by any hands. Lunch was good. Wendy's is consistently good when it comes to their burgers and chicken sandwiches. Not bad, and not great. Average. Not sure about the enforcement of mask wearing. While we ate, we watched some folks come in without masks. No repercussions. When we left, our cashier was the only one working the cash register, and she had a line to the door. I95, exit 109 in GA- Port Wentworth - If I could, I would give a 0 rating. A very sad excuse for a Wendy's. This was around 2:15 pm on Dec. 1, 2024. We had to order using the kiosk - no one was at the counter to accept an order. There was a line of people waiting for orders to be completed, maybe 4 or 5 orders pending. The drive through was backed up as well. Seemingly understaffed and under trained. There was little to no contact with customers except to hand them their orders. The food was cold, we ordered Coke and Dr. Pepper and received something like vanilla coke - The wrong drinks without asking us to substitute. Frosties were melted after being poured and sat on counter while waiting for the order. We thought going in would make sure our order was correct. Wasted $30. read more

Convenient location & typical Wendy's taste earns this review 2 stars. The malfunctioning order board, disengaged employees and incorrect order make up the missing three stars. Isaiah was adamant about my group using the kiosk to order our meal. When asked if he couldn't take our order, there was hesitation. Then asked again if it was just he did not want to help us, again met with hesitation. He then helped another individual. It felt very discriminatory and I left very disappointed. if i could give a 0 star i would, we came here hungry, first they were rushing us on our order, got a grilled chicken wrap and the everything was cold not even heated for a second, the chicken was hard and cold couldn't even finished two bites of it. also got chicken nuggets they were kinda soggy when they're supposed to be crispy, also can't really see the menu outside bc theres no lights on the drive thru menu. once we got to the window they were yapping and taking their time to get out food and didn't even give a straw. please dont come here just to go taco bell across the street i bet they would be much better than here. read more

Yet again, I go to this Wendy's and get met with rude and hostile workers about doing their own mobile app. I now get told when you do a mobile order you have to come inside because of a box they have to place it in. The store managers name is Chris apparently and he has no customer service nor care in the world about actually being helpful. read more

My family and I were staying nearby for vacation and we thought Wendy's would be fast and easy since it technically is a FAST food restaurant. Nothing about this restaurant was fast. The first time we went here was in the drive thru and it took us 30 minutes to get our food. When we got our food, not everything we ordered was in the bag, so we had to ask them for the missing items. Although the food tasted good, it wasn't worth the wait. The next time we went, we decided to go inside to get some waters since we already knew that the drive thru was extremely slow. We found out that we were wrong. What we thought would be a quick trip to get waters for our roadtrip to go back home, turned into us standing at the register for at least 5 minutes without anyone talking to us or even acknowledging our existence. We saw 3 different employees and they all glanced at us and walked away. If you want to wait over 30 minutes and get poor service by the workers, then this place would be perfect for you. I would say that if you were thinking about going to this Wendy's, I would think twice. read more

If you go thru the drive thru, eat before you go. Four cars in front of us, two had already ordered and paid. It took 31 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. Couldn't see what was going on with the first car, but there was obviously something going on with the other two in front of us. It took for ever for the one car to get there food, then they hand the bag back, and another few minutes to correct whatever the problem was. The next car gets to the window and after some time, we see the driver hand gesturing, nothing vulgar but it was clear they were not happy. They sent a bag back and then were given a refund. When we finally get up to the window, the lady asked what I had ordered (Seriously?) after a bit I get the bag, and I tell her, it was a ridiculously long wait. Her response: Really? I was hungry one afternoon and I decided to go to Wendy's. I went onto Apple Maps to see if it was open and it was. I also checked to see if they took Apple Pay on Apple map, and it told me they did. As soon as I arrived there the floors were extremely sticky! The floors were so sticky, that my shoe almost got stuck to the ground! As I continue to order what I wanted, I was about to do Apple Pay but, the lady at the cash register told me that they didn't do Apple Pay. I was so mad I didn't even want to buy what I want it anymore. But, I still bought it. After I bought it, the lady that took my order had this attitude and was looking at me weirdly. Stopped here on a long haul trip. Walking into the building I followed behind a Wendy's employee, she did hold the door for me but when I said thank you I got a surly eyeball. 6/9/12 Busy, but fast service. Since were were a party of six, we grabbed a booth and dragged a two-top to extend our space. Had to ask for someone to wipe the tables down, and even though the staff was busy with customers, someone came by to clean up within a couple of minutes. While I waited for my side Caesar salad to appear with the rest of our order, I grabbed a fry from my nephew's kiddie meal, only to find that his fries were a little stale. Our order was ready after a few minutes, and thankfully, Mom's fries were fresher. Side salad was almost decent, with lettuce and Asiago cheese (processed, very thin pieces). Had to skip the lemon-Caesar dressing, for it contained corn syrup, natural flavors, and xantham gum (all corn-derived). The saving grace of this visit were the fries! p.s. I ordered a kids frosty because my daughter was being so good today. There were two cars in front of me and I know one of their orders was 2 dollar menu sandwiches. I waited for 20 minutes before I left. It's been several hours and him sure everyone else is still in line waiting. Pray for their families. They have attitudes when you order your food... like your inconveniencing them. It's insane. I thought the first time was a fluke and it turns out they are just that terrible. 7 times and the same unprofessionalism and rudeness. Order 3 times via Doordash and all 3 times salads had NO dressing. Ordered a double hamburger and got 2 beef patties with a leaf of lettuce. ‍ Went to drive-thru on 4 separate occasions and NO dressing or pecans inside bag for the apple pecan chicken salad. Was given a cheese burger when stated twice when I placed the order, NO cheese. Anyone can make a mistake and it's understandable. The problem with this location is the lack of professionalism and the rudeness from the staff/management when I pointed out the issues with my orders. Terrible!!!! Do not waste your money here. Ours went in the trash. We were handed a frosty cone that was basically vanilla soup in a cone with a cup under it and a chocolate frosty that was nice and thick (and then we were told they don't have any spoons) REALLY???? I'm pretty sure they serve chili too and must need spoons. How to eat it? I gave up after a minute of working way too hard to get anything up into the straw. Both ended up in the trash and we got back on 95. I'm not sure what was worse - the employee attitude and service or the poor product itself. Either way, don't make the same mistake we did. Wendy's is a regular go-to for us... however, stay the heck away from this location! Food was not usual standard - cold fries and the burger was swimming in mayo and ketchup - unfortunately we cruised through drive through (mistake) - customer service is below poor - no need to complain to manager as she was part of the problem... rude, unprofessional and felt compelled to "shuck n jive" with select customers... one last thing, the workers had a pizza delivered while we were in line waiting... should have been a clue to stay the heck away!! We had a soccer game today and we always go to Wendy's between games. We arrived at 1000am and the Wendy's was right on time at 1000am as posted and we had immediate service. The dinning area and front counter were very clean and the manger was instructing her workers and making sure they were doing their jobs. Our food was ready in less than 3 minutes and the fries were hot and fresh and the spicy chicken sandwiches were perfect. The kids working were cheerful and polite.
