We just went there and ordered a minimal amount of food and the cashier, Tayaja could not get it right. And when we asked her to fix our order, she made the rudest and childish remarks to her coworker. On top of it, they forgot to bag half of our items. I've never been to this one before... Where do I start? Ordered Sour Cream and Chives Potato, no sour cream or fork in the bag. Eating a baked potato like a sandwich wasn't really what I had planned. Ordered 6 piece nuggets with honey mustard, got 5 over cooked nuggets, sweet and sour sauce and BBQ sauce. Ordered a large tea asked for sugar, 1 packet of sugar and no straw. If i could leave "0" stars i would. I came to take my bf out for quick bite to eat on his lunch break. First of all, we were in line for 25 minutes! If that wasn't bad enough, they did not get one thing we ordered right. I ordered a half taco salad which she forgot to give me, and then she handed me all the stuff that goes in the salad one by one. A bag would've been nice at least so my food was kept warm and not all over my damn car. My boyfriend ordered a 4 for 4. We asked specifically for fresh nuggets...and they gave us stale nuggets. He asked for ceaser salad dressing and he was given ranch. His junior bacon cheeseburger was cold. He asked for light ice in his coke but that was also too much to ask for. This place needs to be shut down for real! How hard is it to get orders right or atleast try to? We will obviously NEVER be back. read more

Would NOT recommend. The employees obviously do not give two sh*ts about their job or the environment they provide to customers. Disgusting order counter, dirty tables, dirty floors, mold on the drink machines don't seem to be a problem for the apathetic employees at this location. The guy who took our order didn't say a single word to us until the end of our order to tell us they were out of items we asked for at the beginning of our transaction. No greeting, no suggestions for substitutions, just a blank stare. Then the cups he gave us were dirty. We had to ask for new cups twice, then the drink machine was out of almost everything. Met work friends today at 1230 for a chat and grub: Ordered 10 piece chicken pieces, fries and a drink... 1. Fries were warm. 2. Chicken pieces were warm and the coating was almost rubbery. 3. Drink was OK, ice was cold... Because it took so long to get food for five, my workmates had to get back to work and I wasn't going to wait another 15 minutes for fresh replacements. Fast food should be eatable and at this particular location it is hit or miss. As an aside, at peak hours you need more than one person at the register and add an hourly walk through to clean tables and floors. read more

We stopped her rather randomly after a trip to Ikea. By far my favorite location in Portland. It was super squeaky clean. Terrible, rude, snarky service. Had the cashier, Tayaja laugh when i made a mistake ordering instead of asking me what I had meant. Had her roll her eyes when I informed her my lemonade was supposed to be a strawberry lemonade. At one point she even looked back to her manager and her manager laughed as well. Try not to go to this location if possible. Every time I go to the drive thru I have to wait so long before a worker takes my order. Especially when it isn't busy!! I don't know what they're doing in there but I don't think they care about being productive. One time I sat there for more than 5 minutes then when I got to the window the girl didnt even say hi or greet me. I even said hello but got no response It's was just awkward. She just looks at me and takes my payment out of my hand. Also their drive thru was poorly constructed and it's usually hard to get close enough to the window because you might hit the wall. So just avoid this Wendy's and go somewhere else. read more

It was actually the best burger I have had from Wendy's, in a very long time. Burger patty was fresh and juicy...not dried up, as most have been at most other Wendy's locations. Everything was fresh as to the produce, the fires are way better than they have been in years. Customer service was excellent and service fast. Newer location much nicer than older ones. I work right by this location so i go here more often, but it's only because of convenience. Last time they had their fish sandwich my coworker got one and i was excited (we are both pescatarian). The next day i go in the drive thru and see signs for the fish sandwich. It was like 7:30 pm and i asked for one and the girl said "uhhhh....we...don't....have....that" and i said "oh....you dont?" Because clearly i knew they did, but i thought it's possible that they ran out. She then said "well....they just take too long to make." I was appauled. And at this time the drive thru was packed so it's not like i could back out and leave. I just thought fine and ordered a drink and a cookie even though i didn't really want that. She also didn't apologize or anything. Then i was literally trapped in the drive thru for 15 minutes. So it turns out they could have made me like 10 fish sandwiches in the amount of time i had to wait all for a cookie and drink! I was so mad. I called the manager the next day and told him what happened. He was nice, apologized and said they are never supposed to turn down food requests and that he would talk to them. I would be less mad if i was offered a free one next time or something. A couple times since then I've gotten bad customer sevice. Not told a total at the window, they just put their hand out, not thanked, not smiled at. It just seems like I'm a burden to them. It's a bummer. I've also been told "we don't have that" when i order strawberry iced tea even though it's on the menu and I've gotten it like 20 times because it's so good. They either need to be trained with the menu better or need to be taken off drive thru. I would rather go to another Wendy's a little further away then have to deal with the gentleman in the drive thru that seems to always be in such a hurry. If you ask any questions, it causes him such distress he can hardly suppress the annoyance. That and the fact that the last time I went there he pretty much threw the change at my hand and some bounced out and rolled under the car. I opened my door to see if my quarters were within reach and see this guy staring at me through the closed drive thru window. Sir this certainly wasn't my fault. Where do I begin??? Not only did the girl taking my order not wash her hands after handling money, but then she continued to touch her nose and one time actual put a finger up it.. and failed to wash her hands after any encounter with her face.. DISGUSTING!! So when I had a chance to let the manager aware of her clerks actions, she just whispered under her breath to the clerk to stop touching her nose then told her to go wash her hands.. that was after she had spilled hot coffee on a different customer and instead of cleaning it let 2 other employees do it for her... Also gave one customers food to different patron and when customer asked about food she insisted he already grabbed it.. finally after 25 minutes and I'm not joking did someone come up and ask everyone waiting in line for food if they were waiting and we all raised our hands and I made a point to let them know it had been 25 minutes did someone pull her in the back to let her know orders needed to be filled or they disappear after 20 min.... why is she working on a busy night if she isn't trained properly? And someone from the health board needs to go in there undercover and watch this happen... will never return to this location and will let everyone I know to never return.. absolutely disgusted with this place. read more
