Wow!!! I've been an occasional Wendy's customer for over 40 years, but today's visit was my best ever. This location is a shining example of what good management can accomplish with 1st rate hiring and training. I'm always impressed when I go to a quick service restaurant and the employees actually take pride in their job. It is both rare and appreciated. I ordered food for 2 grandkids, my wife, and myself at 6:40 PM. After sitting down in the dining room and getting our food, we found a man sleeping on a booth bench and 2 unrestrained, large dogs sleeping on booths and on the floor. YUCK, what a health hazard and totally unacceptable. I wasted $40. Saturday evevning at 6:40pm, 6.20.26 Only 2 employees visible - 1 working the grill and the other the counter/drive-thru...both were totally ignorant of the sleeping man and dogs! Now my stomach told me not to try this meal, but my curiosity got the best of me...stick to what you know people this sandwich was firstly unappealing...secondly gross, and thirdly a waste of my money the "Fuego Fries" sucked.. think dusty fries tossed in Taki dust lol but hey they do throw in a free bag of Taki's, so there's a win there somewhere...now the chili is classic chili cheese, and onions always soothes the soul ... ok now the service was phenomenal, and that's what saved me from nuking this review completely! We go to the Wendy's at belt line and Plano rd. We enjoy their Jr Deluxe cheeseburgers and the frosties. Quick service and good food. We always use the drive through so we don't know how the inside is, but the wait staff are very friendly and courteous. read more

The food is fresh tasting but I've given 4 's bc on certain days when I do decide to grab a bite to eat here for lunch/dinner when I specify a sandwich sometimes it's followed correctly then sometimes it's not. I don't like paying for something tht didn't meet my expectations esp when I specified my order. We got our grandson over for a visit (doesn't happen often), and let him have whatever he wanted for dinner. He wanted a Jr bacon cheeseburger meal with OJ. The meal comes with 4 pc chicken nuggets. He has a very sensitive pallet due to Autism, chicken nuggets okay, chicken sandwich that's a no no. They gave him a chicken sandwich and none of us got any drinks that we ordered. Tried calling the store and it rings until we get the message: no one is available at this time. Tried again this morning and still the same, so we called corporate. Guy offered to refund the meal and asked for my info so GM can call me back. GM called back and started babbling about how our driver could have taken the drinks or why do we need a refund on only a few items messed up. As my hubby and I tried to get a word in, this woman would not shut up and listen to us. I finally told her we will not shop there again, her reply... Okay so If you want to come by and show me the card the order was made on I can give you refund on only items that were wrong, or you can come back for a free Jr meal. This is probably one the best clean Wendy's I've been to in a long time! It's so hard to find good customer service nowadays but guaranteed if you want to go somewhere to eat fresh hot food, Wendy's on 75 and Campbell rd in Richardson is definitely the best place for you! Very clean dining area. The manager seems strict on the employees for keeping the place clean. The food is good. Tastes hot and fresh to order. Just like any other Wendy's I've been too. The service is great. Nice staff. Friendly. The lines move at a good speed. Wish the wifi was faster. Didn't go highier than 8mbps. I'm staying at the hotel next door too so this place is very close. It's your standard Wendy's, decently priced fast food in a convenient location. The food is good, I default to the power Mediterranean salad when I need an affordable meal, and i especially like the staff. They're always so friendly, and are willing to correct any wrong orders or give anything extras you may want/need in a timely manner. Every time it go to this Wendy's at night they completely disregard any modifications I have like no mayo or no tomatoes and the food is stale and cold. I give up. I won't go back. All I wanted this time was some hot fresh french fries chicken nuggets and a coke and there were 2 spicy nuggets in with the rest of my regular ones and my fries were cold and soggy not even salted.
