Yes, this is a review on Wendy's. Every time I go in, I know exactly what I'm getting and I get it. I order the #1 with cheese, french fries and drink. In addition, I will order a vanilla frosty. I didn't know that the vanilla frosty was a recent addition to their menu (about a year or so ago). Really? If a place has a chocolate frosty, wouldn't there be a vanilla equivalent? What place would offer chocolate but not vanilla? To complicate this matter further, I see on their menu they offer shakes in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavor. So I become inventive and naturally think they would offer a strawberry frosty. Ice cream is ice cream, right? But wrong! The frosty only comes in chocolate and vanilla flavor. So I become a creature of habit and stick with my original plan of the vanilla frosty. 4 stars for getting my combo order the way I like it. Minus 1 star pending the arrival of the strawberry frosty. The Good: The food is usually great. Their burgers are much better than McDonald's. The Bad: An $8.00 order and my debit card was charged $18.00 today. I am hoping that was a mistake and not "self-tipping". Not as bad as the Taco Bell charging me $27.00 for a 10-pack of tacos, but still... The only reason that I'm reviewing Wendy's is even though it is a national chain this store does have individual characteristics. I prefer to walk in and order, because when I go through the drive-thru, communication is sometimes a problem for various reasons. I usually get the #6 spicy chicken with cheese, and substitute the soft drink for a Frosty. They do have other items on the menu that I like, but the fries aren't as good as they used to be with the fat cut. As with place, be sure to check your order before leaving. This particular Wendy's seems to frequently forget to give you a receipt. This is ok if the order is right, but if there is any discrepancy it is best to have their receipt as they might act if the don't know you. Overall it is a fair place to eat, and the late-night drive-thru is a bonus. It isn't too far from the I-80 freeway, so it can be an easy "eat and run." read more

The Pretzel burger and the Pretzul chicken sandwich, they literally changed everything for me. Those are the two reasons and only reasons that I need for me to like Wendys. If you hav en't tried those two burgers, I definitely encourage you to give them a try. They are just delicious, the bun, the meat, the creamy sauce, the fresh lettuce and tomatoes. One thing I don't like though are the fries, they are definitely not the best fries compared to other FFRs. Another thing that I do like from this restaurant though is the light. Yes, they have big huge windows that allow plenty of light to go through and this is really cool, at least to me. I am a light person. :) read more

Wendy's just refuses to get it right. I get it! My time for fast food is over!! I went to Wendy's and asked for a freshly cooked Sriracha chicken sandwich with NO ONIONS I waited 8 minutes for the chicken to cook and guess what??????? You guessed it!!!!!! THEY PUT ONIONS!!! It was typed in huge read letters NO ONIONS! The manager was rude and snooty as she returned my money. I hate when management gets an attitude over a mistake their employee made. And there weren't any napkins so I had to wipe my tongue with the food bag!! Gross! She was looking for someone to blame, but it wasn't the cashier. He was excellent! He made sure my fries were fresh and I'm certain if he had prepared my meal it would've been correct. But no, it was whatever stupid person --that can't read behind the counter. They have this huge barrier in the way so you can't see them fix your meal. I could've helped make sure it was correct if I could see. NO ONIONS!!!!! I'm allergic!!!! Spicy Asiago Chicken with Ranch and Bacon is the best Spicy chicken sandwich in comparison all the fast food restaurants who offer this menu item. In addition I had the fries which still had the skin on some of them which I think adds to the flavor. This Wendy's is decent, definitely one of the smaller ones and the parking lot is a bit of a challenge to get in and out of. read more

Wendys can be hit or miss. Stopped here late Friday night after an A's game. The drive-thru was packed but went quick. We each ordered a 4 for $4 with jr bacon cheeseburger. All the food was hot. Fries, lettuce and and bacon were all crisp, soda was nice and cold. Best meal I've had at a Wendys so I had to write about it lol. I wish my local Wendy's tasted that good. read more

I simply asked for extra-extra pickles, not an odd request, and got literally 1 pickle. That's less than the normal amount! So thank you pickle nazi, you're really making a difference in this world. This is the only Wendy's I go to! The late nite drive thru staff are ALWAYS NICE! The food is always hot and fresh (as it can be for fast food). There is often a line late at nite but they are pretty good about powering thru it and getting folks out within 10-15 minutes (when the drive thru line is super long). read more

The hamburgers are great and fast. The reason I'm giving Wendy's 3 is because the cashier let a man who was being extremely rude cut me and covered for him when she had no clue what was going on. I do appreciate that she at least apologized and asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager but what she did was bad and made me feel bad. I have been to this Wendy's more times than I can count, and have never had an issue. Tonight I got 3 chocolate frosties for my daughter, granddaughter and myself at the drive thru. When I got home we found that they tasted off - sour, like they were spoiled. I didn't want to drive back, but I called to let them know. The woman who answered the phone said there was nothing wrong with them, but when I insisted that we all thought they tasted funny she said she would tell her manager. I hope she did. read more

First off, I highly doubt Wendy's will actually read this. But, fast food is what it is. I don't eat fast food much, but lately I have been finding myself at this location because it is literally off the freeway by my house and convenient for me to grab something in the wee hours and eat it on the way home. By the time I get to the house, I can crash in the bed. Anyhow, last night there was an older lady with an accent who worked at the drive-through in the late evening. She was awesome. Her customer service was so good that I would have given her a tip if I could on my credit card. But I was in the drive-through. So tonight, I go back to the same location hoping to find her there. Instead, I find a dry male Who apparently couldn't get my order right. I asked for the fish sandwich, but the fish fillet only. No bread, no mayo, no pickles, no nothing. I just wanted the meat. He has a Tate it for a minute and then said okay. I also ordered a four piece spicy chicken nugget and I wanted barbecue sauce with it. What do I get when I look in my bag? I have a full fish sandwich, mayonnaise all over the place and regular nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. Mind you, I know that it is fast food but I want what I ordered. I am so tired tonight, that I don't even want to make a big deal about it. One thing that also irritated me was that my nuggets were not even hot. The fish was piping hot which meant that the Nuggets didn't take as long to cook. I was the only person in the drive-through, I wish they would have planned the mill so that both items would be piping hot. One thing that I need is for my hot foods to be served hot, and my cold foods to be served cold. I really don't like anything in between.
