30 minutes in the drive-thru. The 3 cars in front of me had incorrect orders going back & forth between the window & cars. I ordered 2 Frostys ( 1 chocolate & 1 strawberry) & a small fry. Drive- thru employees didn't even say anything to me. They gave me the wrong order & didn't come back to the window so I had to go inside to exchange. Workers inside were rude & seemed to be irritated that they had to correct the order. Frostys were only filled up half way & the fries were burnt & not edible. In the drive thru line for approx 35 min. I ordered a #1 with fries and my friend ordered nuggets and fries. Got a small nugget and a large nugget, only 1 order of fries. The wrong drink was given with the nugget meal. We live 10 minutes away and have never had an issue with food being cold from there. The cheese on my burger wasn't even melted and the burger was cold and tasted like it was made hours ago. French fries were cold and less than. We tried to call the phone number and it rings 3 times to voicemail. This location has gone down hill along with the trash and the homeless that hangs out in the parking lot EVERY-TIME I go there. I hate to do this but maybe it will help there company. I stopped by for a quick bit while grabbing stuff from Home Depot. Placed my order and went to get my drink filled. Went to the first dispenser I went to only have Carl's soda and Diet Coke? The other machine was stocked. So any way no big deal until I sat down. The floor and tables are filthy!! I don't think they have a clue so I am writing this. The condition in the dining area was horrible, so horrible I got my order and tossed it in the out side garbage. I didn't want to say anything since there were several customers in there and I didn't want to make any kinda issue. I quest what I am getting at is that the basic duties such as cleaning and stocking inventory are a big weakness here. I will say this. The woman that took my order was super polite! Just looked at their reviews and not one has a response form anyone in management!?! I think I just wrote my review for no reason except for their clients. Preordered on the app. Arrived in drive-through to pick up. The speaker voice says to come in. Drove to the pickup window. Was told again to come in. I asked why. What I took to be the manager inserted herself with a snotty tone "Come inside." I repeated "Why?" (There was no one behind me.) "Your order is r ready yet. Park in front and I'll bring it to you. I was at this location yesterday with hubs. I wanted something more healthy but, he would not go in circles after he drop by Home Depot. The closest food stop was obviously Wendy's. I told him we can go Wendy's since I really hate the MCDs on Fruitridge. As we approach the drive thru I start to worry if the food would taste good as I would agree with Alex L. The food is never consistent. I order half a strawberry mango chicken salad it came with a citrus dressing, a jr cheeseburger deluxe and value fries. The hub got a baconator. The woman handed us two bags. We ask for ketchup and ranch sauce. We thought we had all our orders because she didn't mention or told us the salad was in the way.Hubs thought the salad was in the bag already because one of the bag had a rectangle shape container inside. But, when we got home realize the salad was not inside. Hubs drove back out there with the receipt in his hand. Told the woman that she forgot about the salad. She said, "No, you just drove off, We need to make it" my hub was puzzled. He thought that order was ready if not, she could of told us it be out shortly we assume everything was in the bag since it was a small order (usually we double check if we're ordering a meal) They gave hubs a full size to make it up. Thanks! I appreciate that. I'm loving the strawberry mango salad with chicken and sunflower seeds to give it a nice crunch. The feta cheese add balance to the strawberries with orange tangy citrus taste to enhance the mango flavor. Better than a $10 salad I would get from SF Soup. So for about $7 for full and about $5 for half is worth it! My burger was good. The fries are warm but, on the soggy side maybe because it's a hot day or fries weren't fresh. But, that okay 2 out 3 that's pretty good. The baconator was good. Fries with bacon bits and cheese that tasted like melted slice cheese. Is not bad as I would think. So it was okay good. I went to this location for lunch today because of the 2 for $5 deal. I ordered a Dave's Single and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and was told that my total would be over $12. I then asked why I wasn't getting the 2 for $5 deal discount. She told me that she was told not to apply the discount unless the customer mentions the deal. The cost was then adjusted to $5.44. I don't know the young lady's name who was using the speaker but the name on my receipt is Soua. There are no posters up on this store advertising this deal which is prominently shown on the Wendy's website. The deal IS listed on the menu board but is in the lower right corner without any pictures advertising it. Either this employee should be retrained regarding the application of discounts or the management should stop its shady business practices! Not cool! read more

So, I went there today. Prices went up Monday, $14.57 for a Large Double Star. For those prices, I could go have gone to Chilies.... The burger was unusually messy, fries were cold, mushy, greasy. If I could give this Wendy's a zero star rating I totally would however due to the nature of yelp and then wishing the best for these horrible, inconsiderate, money hungry, greatly greedy, worthless establishments that so happen to call them self a restaurant I will indulge and give them a one. First of all, I love me and my boyfriend enough to not eat at Wendy's but it was 11 PM and it was the only thing open that was close-ish so we decided to have Wendy's. This is probably the first time we've had Wendy's in over a year and a half so as being relatively young and having a digestive tract I could probably eat through literally anything we ordered about $45 worth of food. The tractor wasn't busy and there was one car behind me in one car in front of me I get to the window pay with my card and was given no receipt; red flag number one people red flag number one I was probably handed four bags and was told this is everything have a great day and I double checked is this everything including my sides and my drinks and I said Yep so I took my bags and I left without checking Which was probably a mistake on my part. However, due to Covid a new regulations a lot of restaurants have been putting drinks and drink carriers and then in bags to ensure no cross unhygienic chemical germs being transmitted and what have you so I took the bags start home to realize they're not only were both my large drinks missing both my large Frosty's were missing and both my large cookies were missing six items that I was charge for gone as for the other items that were still in the bag cold sloppy put together and completely on appetizing to look at and sniff I want my mother trucking money back now. We tried to order food here in July using the app, but when we arrived the lobby was closed and the drive thru line was out to the Home Depot parking lot. I tried to go up to the lobby but no one would come to the door. After waiting about 20 minutes we finally gave up and tried to cancel our order. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store and Wendy's corporate, we have not been able to get a refund almost two months later. We had to dispute the charge and wait for our credit card provider to handle it. Won't ever be going here again, which is sad since we drive by all the time. read more

There is no value at this place. Even in their "Value Menu" which is no longer. Everything has gone up 30% (there is no more 99 cent option, everything is $1.30 or more). I got a double-stack and fries. Cost me $5 without a drink. The burger was a pathetic double stack of 2 tiny patties, 2 rubbery slices of pickle and some ketchup. There are far too many other locally owned burger joints that will give you a better value. You can get a BIG cheeseburger with good quality meat and cheese for $4.99 at Joe's Burgers and it comes with fries. Just a continuing disappointment in fast food. I guess we chalk another cost increase up to the un - Affordable Care Act. Every time I break my "no corporate fast food" rule I live to regret it. This was no different. Convenience isn't worth it. Very horrible experience, between 6 to 7 crew most of them where in the back just sitting and staring watching us wait in line. I asked the sandwich maker if he can please drop 3 spicy chicken or ask the grill person to drop them and he said he would ask the grill person when they got back because he couldn't because he was on sandwiches, with no orders just standing there, they had a fry lady just standing there as well, I waited another minute or so and no one came to the register to take our order or even acknowledge the customer before myself or me. I asked if they were all on break and I was ignored. Than a minute later a girl came and I asked her if I could get the back of the receipt to make a complaint and asked who there Dm was. Employee in their uniform came right out of the bathroom stall and right out the door without even glancing at the sink. Went to complain and they acted like it was no big deal. They tried to tell us that it didn't matter because she was on break. The employee started calling us names and told us we were the nasty ones and that she didn't have to wash her hands, she does what she wants. Tried to talk with the manager and they sent out a very large employee who came at us with his arms folded and tried to use intimidation to move us out the door. Run, do not eat here. Straighten food poisoning ready to happen. The service was ok the cashier was new and did ok but honestly the place is DISGUSTING! You walk in and the floors are greasy as hell. You walk into a crowded area and it's unclear who has ordered and who is wait to order. I waited a few minutes thinking and not a si hole staff asked if they could help. I did receive my order promptly. Once I walked over to the sitting area I regretted my decision to buy anything at all. The floor was extremely wet and it has a wet floor sign. With he greasy floors and water everywhere I was worried for a set of senior gentlemen in the sitting area. When trying to get soda every was out! With a exception of a few items. That sucked! Once I picked one of the very few the soda machine was stuck poring and causing overflow. I had to push the button a few times to get it to stop. Both machines had the same options and witness another customer experience the broken machine causing overflow. I bit my hamburger on to find out that the chicken was still cold, so I wasn't sure if it was raw or not but it grossed me out because the outside wasn't even hot. It looked like it had sat there for a while so I ended up not even my meal on its own. What a waste of $15.00. So I decided to try my fries. While eating those fries, I hear a child's voice in the background, singing and inappropriate song me and the two gentlemen across from me looked at each other like what is going on. He was pretty loud and obnoxious for about two minutes. I decided I needed to leave the space and on my way out. I realized these two kids were laying down in the chairs and table seats. They had no adult supervision. It almost seems like he was a hangout spot. Earlier in August this year, I ordered food at Wendy's through the online app and selected the option to pick up the food inside. When I arrived at the restaurant, the lobby was closed due to a shortage of employees. The drive thru was very long and I had no intention of waiting in that line. I tried getting one of the employees attention to grab my order however they all ignored me. After waiting in the parking for about 10 minutes, I left. I then contacted customer service online to request a refund since I never received my order, however they have still not replied to me after a month and a half. Horrible experience. read more
