I work as an independent contractor for a food delivery service and man. I will go to any other wendys than this one. The workers are so rude and so slow. Every time I go there's a long long line for the drive thru and each car takes 2 minutes at least. Expect to be in line for at least 20 minutes. One time I had just one car in front of me and they were at the window for legit 5 minutes just talking. And then I see the workers and the person in the car playfully throwing fries back and forth. Like seriously this is why I am waiting so long??? So you guys can play around?? And then whenever I get up there they don't say a word to me just take my card and give me my food and drink. I'll say thank you and they'll just ignore me because they're busy hanging out in there. So I went here the other night and there was a line in the drive thur but not a rush I would saying having worked in fast food before. so it is my turn to order and I order but than realized still at the ordering screen I wanted to change my drink mind you I haven't paid not at the window still order my food and the girl let out a huge sigh like she was frustrated that I was changing my drink order. Where do I start. This location had been closed for a while due to construction. So when i heard they had reopened, I decided to stop by. Now who ever did their layout for the the drive through must be blind! There is only one entrance and it goes right into where the cars would be coming out from the drive through! So many wrong way errors it doesn't make any sense! The service was ehh The girl at the window seemed to get inpatient when I couldnt find my card. Me and my cousin decided to try the new portabella mushroom burger. When we got home there was barely any cheese and no sauce. The meat in general had absolutely no flavor. Very dissatisfying. Did not have a pleasant experience. this was my first visit to this Wendy's, and being in the drive thru alone, took 30 minutes. Then we pull up to the window and the employee didn't even say sorry for the wait. Instead, she was rude and had a attitude about us asking for ranch and our receipt. I had ordered the Dave's single, which always is a thick, juicy burger, based on my other visits at different locations. When I opened my burger, it was 2 thin patties that were dry and cold. the cheese wasn't even melted at all. They put no effort in the quality of their food or customer service. I then contacted the customer service number to explain what happened and all they said was they would let the manager know, which I might as well have done myself. If i could rate this a zero i would. I went through the drive thru on Thursday at around 11am. I ordered my food, 2 dbl bacon cheeseburgers, a double stack and a nugget meal with a medium fry and sprite, had to repeat it twice and she still got it wrong, so I went to the window. Once at the window I asked her to repeat my order and it was still wrong, so I told her again, I ended up having to tell her twice again at the window. She then told me that Wendy's doesn't have dbl bacon cheeseburgers and then again repeated my order wrong, at this point I was irritated and just left. Consistently slow service.  For a few weeks, I was working nearby, and this was the nearest "fast food" restaurant.  But service was always slow, and the employees always seemed to have other things to do that they thought to be more urgent than taking my order.  I eventually realized that I could get my lunch faster and be back to work faster, by going to a McDonald's that was significantly farther away. read more

I was extremely disappointed in the service i received, I had ordered a Baconator meal Togo and then service was okay going through the drive through and when i go home to eat, i got a cheeseburger, with Pickels and lettuce. Terrible customer service. It would be zero stars if I could rate zero. My son and I just went through the drive-thru a few minutes ago about 3:30 p.m. this wednesday afternoon. I was at the gym before I picked up my son from school so I figured I'd treat him to a burger since I'm too tired to cook. I ordered his fav the baconator combo and a jr bacon cheeseburger for myself. the total came to $11.83. I had a ten dollar bill and some change i was short the 83 cents so i ended up paying 83 cents with my debit card. The young Asian guy at The window was not nice at all. I'm only stating his race so if he happens to read yelp he might know it was him that was hella rude! He did not speak one word to me during the whole transaction. Not a "hi how ya doin" or a "have a nice day" maybe he was really irritated that i paid $11.00 in cash and 83 cents with my debit card?.. Or maybe he was hungry i have no idea why he wouldnt even make eye contact. It felt like with his mind he was shouting "why are you here?" and "no soup for you!" ( a little Seinfeld humor). I don't think I'll be returning here unless I'm really hungry and it's the only place open. Smiling at someone may be the only smile they get all day so just do it! read more

it's interesting how the only other 2 reviews so far claim they like this particular wendy's restaurant, yet they give it mediocre grades for being fast food... Let me tell you honestly, this is one of the best fast food restaurants around here.. their food is always fresh as promised by the Wendy's franchise. Their employees are not the fastest workers (around 1 am is when I usually visit this location in meadowview) but the food is always fresh and always hot and tastes good. Compared to other fast food chains Wendy's truly is a notch above in quality and freshness, after you eat there you don't feel very guilty and this particular location is always a good experience for myself. I've been to many Wendy's as most people in the area probably have, but there is a troll like manager there that has been so rude to me several times now, the last time I received my food at the drive thru window and I checked to make sure everything was there, she rolls her eyes and closes the window. Shockingly an item was missing from my order, she comes back to the window with a shocked look that I was still there as she was anticipating her next victim and yells "WHAT!?!?...." I was like you forgot a burger, she grabs it off the line, throws it in a bag, and hands it to me.
