Order accuracy is important to me. Unfortunately, not everyone at the drive thru gets my order 100 percent correct. And I cannot easily check everything out more than 2 times. When I get home something as easy as receiving cherry coke vs regular coke is a reality. Me ordering only 2 combo but getting 3 combo instead. There is this specific lady who seems like she has a track record of poor communication and service. All the other driver thru people gets my order correct. Sometimes the food is good but too often they serve poor quality burgers. Wendys recipe is good, but the workers dont do a good job and serve tiny, messy burgers half the time. Its not a good feeling to have a cook give a half assed attempt at a burger, perhaps because doesnt like white people, which is racist and common in the bay area now. read more

My husband frequents here regularly, but lately they've been getting his order wrong. This past time we had to go to the counter three times to get the correct burger. In the end they gave us a triple instead of a double, but at least toppings are correct, so we didn't complain. Yolanda is the one messing up. Ok, another update on this place, even after I told my son about the bad, bad service that me and his sons got there some time ago. They have some type of thing now that you can get either a burger or a chicken sandwich with a combo, your choice. My son wanted chicken sandwiches for all, but no...The drive thru clerk did not understand what he wanted or something. He made it plain (I was in the car). What is the matter with this Wendy's? I could not get the clerk to understand my order even though it was simple. It took 3 minutes of confusion on her part to try to understand I wanted two burgers, one fries, and two drinks for my grandson and myself to eat in. I've been here for over half an hour waiting for my food. One of the workers children has been staying unsupervised just going around. When asking about the delay, they forgot about our order. It was a very unprofessional wendys location, which I never thought would be possible. In the end, they realized there mistake and quickly made our order. Their service tonight was horrific!! Didn't listen to my order for nothing UGH!! I asked for a jr. Cheeseburger delux on pickles and cheese..and what do they do??...yup give me a regular one..DUH I ordered it that way for a reason..so while in the drive thru I checked the order and informed them of their mistake..they fixed the burger..at least that's what I thought until I got home.. I did my normal routine..and added salt and pepper and notice to slices of cheese..one looked fresher than the other which had me question the motive here...and removed a layer of cheese and seen KETCHUP!!!! SERIOUSLY!!?? Ugh I called and informed them of their mistake yet again..the young lady asked if I wanted to talk to the manager..and I said HELL YEAH!! Then she speaks her language (to the manager I assume as if I'm not mistaking it was the manager who gave me my fixed burger) then got back on the phone and told me to call tomorrow because the manager was not there??!! I've been here several times. They made my cheese fries with bacon the first time when I didn't request bacon. The second time they put mayo on my spicy chicken when I said no mayo add cheese like I always do. Last time they gave me a seltzer water when I ordered a Sprite. This is all drive through forcing me to turn around and return to fix my order. It's always sort of slow. Tonight was extra slow. And it's never busy so being slow doesn't make sense. And they were out of spicy chicken sandwiches tonight. Must be management issue. And they didn't give me a fork for my cheese fries like they are supposed to. Go here for normal Wendy's food, it tastes like it should, if they actually have it in stock. But you'll wait 5 minutes after they swipe your card even though no one is In the restaurant or behind you in the drive through.
