Here's another restaurant that I ave gone to for years - at least 20. I will date myself when I say that I used to love to come here for there awesome salad bar. Long gone now... I am writing this review because I am impressed with the recent new offerings at Wendy's and find myself going there more and more. First off - the new Twisted Frosty. OMG - Delicious!!! I love the oreo cookie/vanilla ice cream thing for starters, and Wendy's has done an excellent job. Kudos for bringing out the vanilla frosy flavor which enable them to offer more desserts. You gotta try one of these. They are WAY BETTER than the McFlurry. See for yourself... I would stay away from the chocolate milkshake, though. I tried one once and it tasted weird - didn't like it at all. Next - the new chicken dishes, I have tried the Asian Chicken and the Honey Barbeque Chicken. Both were very yummy! I am a fan of KFC's coated chicken, but find it is expensive. Wendy's offers a combo with 8-10 pieces of chicken, fries and a drink for under 6 bucks! Great deal on great tasting food. Also, you can get a frosty with your meal if you ask for one. I recommend upgrading to a larger size frosty, like medium or large. That's just how I roll... Other noteworthy items are the chili (that thumb in the chili thing was a hoax). It is very tasty and has a lot of meat and tomatoes in it. It goes great with the baked potato. You can pour the chili over the potato for a tasty $2 meal. There are a lot of items on the $1 menu that you could add on too. This Wendy's has always been good to me. Never had an order messed up that I can recall. They seem reasonably fast and they are generally pleasant. The great thing about Wendy's is that they are open late and always have a drive in. I am so disappointed in this Wendy's branch. It's consistently messed up my order every time I stopped here. The last time I went here, they didn't include my fries and said I had to pay more for it, didn't give me a straw, almost didn't give me the correct change, took a long time getting my food (I thought this was fast food?) and gave me one measly napkin for an entire meal. Is it bad that I'm angry this place even has two stars?! HOW!!!! Ive come here a few times and they always get my order wrong! One time they even over charged me. My most recent experience has now prompt me to bash this place on yelp, which usually I don't do. Where do I start?! While in the drive thru they cut off my husband while he was ordering. We ordered two small meals one with no tomato, and the other no onions and regular cokes. Easy right? What we got: 1 small coke and fries 1 medium diet coke and fries 1 sandwich without onions 1 sandwich with tomatoes But that's not all! The fries tasted like day old fries you left out. The regular coke tasted like colored water. You'd think that we were charged for the medium meal. Nope on the recipe it was correct (well except for the no tomatoes) and the staff just didn't care to look at the order. I will never make a mistake in coming here again! We live right up the street so this is a convenient place for us to grab food on the way home if we don't feel like cooking. We've never had an issue with our orders being wrong and food is always hot. The only negative is the drive-thru line can get long and be really slow at times but other than that it's a good location. read more

Probably one of the worst Wendy's in the area, they "listen" and repeat your order, but after paying for your meal, they CONTINUOUSLY give you someone else's order...or what they feel you should eat...the last few times I've tried to give them another shot, they never cease to amaze me with how poorly the care about what you said/ordered and just throw shit in, it wasn't busy so I could not give them the benefit of that doubt. I just got out of surgery and my girlfriend wanted to get me comfort food and the quality was good to ok...so that's how they snuck a second star in, but lost the other 3 stars cause it's not a first time thing. They gave my girlfriend the wrong meal, then as I looked at mine, that too was incorrect even after repeating (and rushing us) our order to us at the screen, only thing they got right was bacon fries. They failed to give us a receipt so we couldn't fix it and so with all that crap being said...that Wendy's didn't loose a customer...just THIS Wendy's lost a customer. Went here for lunch today. Service in the past has been poor, but seems to have improved lately. I had their spicy chicken burger (which is my favorite fast food chicken sammy) and a Caesar side salad. The Chicken was good as always. They changed the Caesar recently, with a new dressing and tomatoes replacing the bacon bits; it also seemed smaller than it used to. Overall, I'm not completely pleased with the salad change. Not the best Wendy's around...My co-worker will sometimes bring me food back from this place and I always go through the drive-thru... Each and every time, the iced tea is tasting more and more watered down. For an iced tea fanatic like myself, a watered down iced tea is nothing to joke about...I'm paying for tea, not just water! Additionally, when I go thru the drive-thru, I always have to double-check my bag before I leave. For example, they forget to give you extra this or that when you ask for it, and even sometimes, they forget obvious stuff like a fork for your side-salad or a spoon and straw for your Frosty. On some occassions, they have left out items entirely--like I ordered a baked potato and there was no potato. All in all, the quality of the food is consistent which is probably why I return every so often. read more

They still messed up our order so I'm beginning to think its all Wendy's, but when we went back to fix our order, they were polite and quick and gave us a complementary frosty so at least service is better here than the other place. Came here with my family. CNN was having a show about pornography on the two big screens in their restaurant. We were the only people in the restaurant. I asked the employee to change the channel and they did not. I made a second request after another small child came in the restaurant and the TV was showing actual clips of pornography movies. Another "Saved by Yelp" experience when I visited this particular Wendy's store. When I first walked in, I could smell something does not smell right in this store. It smelled like dirty water or bathroom air. That is honestly what I felt. I still placed my order, and while I was waiting for my order, I nonchalantly browsed the Yelp reviews for this Wendy's. After perusing through a few of the "bugs in my salad" and "dirty lid" reviews, I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. The reviews only coincided what I already felt walking in. The manager was nice enough to give me a full refund and allowed me not having to throw away something I was not going to consume. This place was not great. I have only been here once cause everyone told me the baconator was beast so I slid to Wendy's and got the baconator and fries. When I poured the fries onto my plate, I was ready to beat up the fries until I saw a dead bug with my fries which murked my appetite completely however. However, speaking of other things, the baconator was aight and the fries were also aight so I give this place an ok rating because of the dead insect in my food and the ok food. I will start off by stating that I've been a very loyal customer to this Wendy's for a very long time...not because the food has always been good, really affordable, or because the service was great but because I'm always hoping the next experience will be better. Today, I had an experience that has tipped the scale and has made me decide to NEVER and I mean NEVER visit this "establishment" again. It is usually typical for the employees, to mess up on orders but how hard is it to count? I ordered 7 sandwiches and yet recieved 3 BUT got 7 orders of fries. Why would anyone hire these people? How do you forget to put 4...count them 4...sandwiches in a bag. Ok, so a mistake was made...I understand, it happens sometimes, I wasn't upset as I made my way back into the restaurant to inform them of their mistake... Thus begins, the reasons for my anger, I respectfully and quite patiently explained the situation to the "employee" and I use that term very loosely and ask them solely for what I paid for. The response I got from them, was anything BUT acceptable! They accused me of trying to steal from them. Me!? I've gone to this Wendy's for years and they are accusing me of wanting to steal sandwiches from them. At this point, the "employee" whom was responsible for putting the sandwiches in the bag is standing around claiming that she remembers putting ALL 7 of the sandwiches in the bag (which of course didn't happen or I wouldn't be writing this review). All of the other idiotic employees are standing around speaking in spanish, not We were given NO respect and accused of being low-lifes that would stoop to stealing a couple of sandwiches. I would have been happier had they just charged me all over again and shut up. I will NEVER be going here againrealizing that I also speak Spanish. They were insulting, rude, and completely unprofessional! We asked them to charge the sandwiches to us again, because the last thing we needed was to steal sandwiches from them and they only charged us for one and they gave us one small frosty (for our trouble, I suppose) even though there were 2 of us that were insulted by these idiots. I won't be going back there and considering how many times a month I went there, they made a big mistake. If I could give them no stars I would. Although the experience did not happen to me specifically it happened in my household. My Mom ordered the Taco Salad which comes with Chili. She opened the Chili and poured it over the salad and thought one of the Kidney Beans looked a little odd. Went to touch it and in turned out to be a COCKROACH!!! My Dad took the Salad back and the guys at Wendy's acted as if we had placed the Cockroach in the salad ourselves. My Dad then asked them to dump out the rest of the pot of Chili and make a new batch and they acted as if it was a hassle to do so. So much for customer service and healthy atmosphere.
