Order sandwiches, but the don't have lettuce, $8 burger or chicken but no lettuce, what rip-off

How y'all gonna argue with me bout a damn baked potato that you clearly didn't put into my bag! I barely got out the drive thru when we noticed it wasn't in there so I made a u turn and came right back. The girl at the window says "we gave it to you!" With an attitude. I said "no, we checked both bags and it's not in here, do u want to see?!" She then says something to a manager who then comes over and asked what happened. I start to mention about the potato and she straight puts her hand up to hush me up!!! B***h!!! If u think that was loud!! Haha! U lucky I was calm!! Y'all need to train yo employees to be a little more respectful! I never even gave an attitude or raised my voice! SMH these kids now days dgaf!!! So sad! read more

This people will have you waiting 10+ minutes for your food and still mess up Your order. I asked for no cheese on my chicken sandwich simple request can't even get that right. Get your staffed trained properly to handle simple request. Also how am I gonna order nuggets and not get an sauce. They didn't even ask what kind I wanted. The employees can't handle any kind of modifications to the meals. Their brain just melts when you ask a simple question. Also they can't differentiate between regular coke and Diet Coke. It's really sad. read more

So I pull up to the drive thru after all ready waiting a long time which is okay because it's Labor Day and I am staring at the speaker but no one greets me. So I wait, and I wait and I waaaaaaait for what seems like an eternity meaning it was a good 3-4 minutes. I say to the speaker hi is everything okay? Old fart head dude Wendy's employee says to me through the speaker "well it's as good as it's gonna get working on a holiday while the rest of the world has it off"‼ I'm like oh I'm sorry but I didn't do that to you. This is the first Wendy's, in my 30 years of eating Wendy's, that I didn't need to put an ice cube in my chili in order to cool it off for consumption. It's as though someone there already did it for me. It was chilly. To their credit, the crackers were on point. I can't fault them for having the broken drink machine, or for the new worker not knowing to get the chili last and the frosty first, or for seeming both times to have borderline "shadies" in the area, but at least the place was clean and parking is never a problem. PS. They aren't advertising it, but for a $2 donation, you get a key chain that allows you a free mini-frosty with every purchase in 2017. read more

Today aside for forgetting to put dressing on my salad, a very aggressive man made a huge scene where he was yelling and cussing a lot. My sisters and I were shaken with fear and were at a loss as to what to do. Sensing that he had calmed down after 10 -15 minutes, we made our way out the restaurant. PRO: Order was accurate and fresh CONS: This location wasnt ready to be open at the time I came. (10am) No ice in self-serve machine. Dining area not wiped down thoroughly from previous day and smells funny. Food took awhile to prepare considering I was their only customer at the time. Even after I was there for 30 minutes, still no ice filled in ice machine and no one wiping down tables. Someone was cleaning the windows though... apparently that was more important. read more

This place was offering a bacon jalapeño cheeseburger which did not look nothing like what was advertised and I was a big dissatisfaction as well as a disappointment coming here to try their new burger. This stupid burger was 7.07 dollars. The burger cheese was not melted like I'm the picture. The crispy onions that were supposed to be there were not even inside the burger. I see a lot of bad reviews based on customer service here, and I have to say I've never had a as bad as some of you seem to have gotten, I think they only messed up our order once or twice, and I seem to remember they fixed it pretty quick and with minimal fuss. Yah they aren't super cheerful, but you know, they work at a wendy's, I can make an allowance for that. My low review is specifically about the decline in wendy's food quality over the last couple of years. It used to be one of those places you could go to get a "Home-made style Backyard grilling" type of burger, the meat was fresh and a good portion for the money, cooked perfectly and had crisp iceberg, actual cheese (not the processed cheese food product) and tomatoes that, unlike every other fast food place, were actually red and juicy, And the buns were almost (not quite, but almost) bakery good. Now you get a wizened burnt hockey puck of hardened and warmed "meat" (it's not even their trademark square anymore) WAY too much lettuce to fill it out and a single pathetic pale pink-green tomato and gooey plastic cheese. Plus the buns now taste like they are made of pure sugar. Their chicken offerings have also become largely inedible... they are mostly breading now. It's a shame cause we used to go there ALL the time, and it's one of the few places still open when my guy gets off work. He still likes the chili, but there's almost nothing on the menu that I think tastes good anymore. after looking around at reviews of their other locations, I don't think this is a problem with the employees at this location, I think it's a company wide issue. I'm definitely down with the late night Wendy's :) It is true that before, this Wendy's would get our order wrong pretty much every time (in which case we learned to double check always...) but my most recent visit was quite nice. Drove through quite hungry, and got a bacon jr. cheeseburger, medium fries, and chicken nuggets. Their cheeseburger was pretty decent, but sizable in comparison to some of the other restaurants. The fries are kinda new...no longer are they those super pale tasteless fries, but now they are cut like fat in-n-out natural style fries and taste better. But their chicken nuggets plus BBQ sauce are to die for...I think that Wendy's has the best chicken nuggets of any fast food place...with white meat and a nice brown skin that tastes real, it just blows me away. Also, the guy at the window as cashier was quite pleasant and chill, so no probs there :P read more

all people there are so nasty. That place is disgusting. The hamburgers taste like hand sanitizer. The drinks taste old. the fries are cold, hard, and soggy. Like if they been sit there long only god knows that. I do not recommend that you go eat there. I waited for my food for like an almost half an hour and when I got my food, it's was cold. There are parents that have their children run around, making even more of a mess. Like they should civilize their kids. You know where you get your drink from and the drink comes from a hole. Their large drinks are large and I got what I asked for. Their super delicious strawberry lemonade third best only by homemade and freckled lemonade. It came out fast as a drink should. It's labor day and the only few places open is this dump. So I made an online order for pick up through Wendy's website. My girlfriend made the order so she sent me the receipt and confirmation number. So I get there and wait for 5 minutes. They have a "pick up" sign so I just waited. The person working at the front just stares at me and I initiated the convo and told her that I'm picking up an order. She thought I was door dasher and I told her that I made an order online. She had no clue and had to get her manager to help. Manager was no use and said they don't have that online service here. They kept asking "did I pay for it" and I showed them the receipt with the address on it to three different workers. They just stood there with a clueless look. I thought they were going to accommodate and make the order but instead ignored me and took the next person in line. I wasn't trying to be that customer and yell at the workers, but I just said get your guys "ish" together. I know it's a fast food place and you can't expect the best, but at least try to have good customer service and apologize. Oh well, never going here again! read more

Went to Wendy's to order an aisago chicken sandwich on a Sunday afternoon. The sandwich they gave me at the drive through had one scrawny little piece of lettuce on it literally a quarter of what supposed to be on the sandwich. Got it from the drive-through by the time I figured it out I was a half a mile down the road. This Wendys on Saratoga Ave has to be the worse Wendys in town. They never have any advertised promotions as in biggy bag and or fish sandwiches or any deal like other Wendys. Waste of time to drive over there. Just skip this place if it is the promotion deals that you want or if you crave that crunchy panko fish sandwich. read more

Sometimes there's nothing that sounds better for lunch than a Dave's Double. Despite being grossed out by the smell of the restaurant on my last two visits here, I'm happy to report it seems like the plumbing issue here was sorted out. The place no longer smells like a toilet full of #2 that hasn't been flushed for a month. The cashiers are always friendly. The food usually comes out quickly and, honestly, the burgers and fries are pretty good. Plus, you can't go wrong with a Frosty. In terms of fast food, it's hard not to like this Wendy's. read more

Do not use the Drive Thru. The employee servicing the drive thru understands english poorly, and speaks english even worse. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, one lettuce-wrapped and the other normal, a side order of baconator fries and a large soda. Got home, realized I only got one of the 2 sandwiches. This, despite the Drive Thru employee prompting me after each item I ordered (i.e. "what else?"). In addition, the employee did not review my order nor was there a screen that displayed what I ordered. If you do go through the Drive Thru, make sure you have the employee review your order. Reading the reviews, I made sure not to go through the drive-thru so that I could get my order correct. The place was clean and pretty empty at 9PM. I placed my order and it was for the wrong sandwich as shown on the receipt. I kindly explained this to the person taking the order and they said to not worry and they'll just get me the right one. OK. After I got my food, I checked the bag and it was the wrong sandwich (this was not a special order). I explained this and 3 minutes later, I got the same wrong sandwich. As the cost was the same... and I didn't want to stay the night, I told them not to worry about it and took off. At which point, the supervisor (I believe he was the supervisor) had said "you got what you ordered." The people that work here are so stupid. Honestly I understand it's Wendy's but I just can't believe how stupid the workers here are. I unfortunately live like a block from here and it's open late so we occasionally end up here. One time there was a line in the drive thru that was not moving because the employees inside were messing around and not paying attention. People were honking - this guy on a motorcycle was yelling into that microphone where you place your order and nothing.. On another occasion I ordered a baked potato - the sour cream and chive one.. got home and they didn't include the sour cream or butter so essentially I got a baked potato. Hmm..
