The staff is always courteous and friendly. They listen and confirm your order. It's appreciated

General manager is LAZY. I've seen good workers come and go. Service isn't the same anymore. Company doesn't appreciate there hard workers.

Good food but some of the workers are rude. Especially in the drive thru. Otherwise a great place to get lunch quick.

I have never been in a more dirty restaurant in my life and I've been in plenty, including fast food restaurants and several other Wendy's. What did I see? 1). Horse Flies, which represents poor sanitation. 2). Soda cup, drink and all, spilled on the floor, in front of the register, more than 20 minutes, still sitting there. 3). There is ketchup in the straw cubby. 4). There are zero napkins in all of the dispensers. 5). Every single table in the entire restaurant is dirty, even those that are unoccupied, which is 90%. 6). The trash can in the men's bathroom is overflowed. 7). The urinals have urine in them, so much for spot checking the bathrooms for cleanliness. 8). The cashier is incredibly slow. The owner of this Wendy's franchise should be incredibly embarrassed of how poor the sanitation of this restaurant is. You're supposed to ensure the health and safety of your customers. I truly hope the food safety is up to par. I think the health inspector should shut this place down. read more

I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS but I have to get this one out. Every single time I want to order late night, they never fail to disappoint. The nuggets are ALWAYS cold, the fries aren't fresh, the burger I just got wasn't hot. I used to work at Wendy's so I know how everything is supposed to taste. When you ask for fresh nuggets they RE-drop the old ones in the grease, ha ! Don't waste your time at this location. The general manager clearly is in love with losing faithful customers. read more

Surprised to see Wendy's open at 1050pm (another time my friend and I were in the lot around that same time and an employee leaving told us they were closed), I drive in to see five cars in front of me. Ok no worries, I'm not in a hurry. Twelve minutes later, I'm at the speaker box to place my order. I do not drink soda, and after I said "iced tea", I feared I'd get typical fast food end of the night iced tea. I had another 10 minutes or so to ponder this, as the cars in front of me came and went. Finally my turn at the window! As I gave my card to the cashier to pay, it was as if she was reading my mind because as I was about to ask her if I could just get water instead of the iced tea, she offered me one of their new specialty drinks that one of my patron predecessors had either left behind or was mistakenly made or not received. It looked drinkable so I accepted, she was going to dump it down the sink otherwise. I thanked her and she asked if I still wanted the tea, and I replied that I was just about to tell her I didn't want it to begin with. Nice swap! I had ordered my burger with no mayo, it had been several years since I ate a Wendy's burger (I also worked at one for about a month in a previous life in another millennium and I thought I still knew the condiment line up of the old school burgers) but the one made for me had a bun slathered in ketchup (acceptable and expected) but the other bun was dripping with 1000 island dressing (yucky yucks) I had already left the window and was almost back to the freeway when I noticed. Luckily the sauce was confined to just that side of bun and I was able to toss it into my bag and eat the rest with no problems. NOTE TO SELF: ORDER Burger without mayo and 1000 island and ask for extra napkins. One napkin was not enough for a greasy burger with ketchup and a baked potato, and definitely not enough for someone eating in her car driving another 20 miles before she gets home and is eating in the car cuz she's been working all day and hasn't had dinner. read more

Worst customer service. No matter how many times you ask for something PLAIN apparently they can't comprehend a simple order, nor do they apologize about it. These little girls just congregate in the back and whisper while giving dirty looks at the customers. Whoever the manager is there: Time to start firing and re hiring!! read more

Every time we come to this Wendy's, they seem to be running short on inventory. When we ordered today, we were given a flat soda and napkins purchased at Walmart. When we told the attendant, she expressed this to her manager. He "fixed" the issue. With the sodas still flat, I chose a different drink. I overheard the attendant tell her manager "they've been coming out like that". Sad day when your staff identifies a problem and does nothing about it. Poor management and no care for your paying guests. How shameful. read more

If you want a good burger this isn't the place. I ordered an almost $6 S'awsome burger, I got a Wendy,s burger. When I got what I ordered it certainly wasn't worth $6. A real burger is two blocks north at Habit. read more

Even though there was a long line, I didn't mind the wait. I love Wendy's! When we got to the front they apologized for the wait. Maria was so kind! I've worked 3 years in fine dinning and know qualifications on how to treat customers and she gets an A+ in my book. Looking inside I could tell there were short on staff (happens in fine dinning too!) They powered through it though! Can't beat good customer service like that! read more

I've been to this Wendy's a few times in our way to Pismo. They are slow and inefficient. They have too many people working on the orders which get messed up. Too many hands trying to complete orders. Also I was annoyed because as we were ordering 3 different employees stopped me to ask me if my service dog was in fact a service dog even though she had her vest and credentials on her. My order took way longer than necessary to place because of this and items we had ordered were not heard so we didn't end up getting them since they keep the receipt to fill the order. We left more than a bit frustrated. read more

Severely poor service. I shouldn't have to check my food every time I go through the drive thru, but I do here. More often than not there's something amiss. It's a hassle to have to "babysit" and then deal with going in to have things fixed. I don't think I'll be going to this location anymore. read more

One of the more quality fast food restaurants. Has more healthy foods available at a good price. The clerks are very friendly and helpful. Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. read more

In general, I suppose the money I spent for being lazy and not cooking my own burger was worth it, for taste.. but the night crew is grumpy and shorted me on fries (and yet still, they were unsalted). I hate you, night crew. Your shirt matches the building. Do you job. read more

I've been there about 2 times just to give it a 2nd chance, but the 2 times I've been there they get my order wrong and the customer service is horrible it's like they don't want to be there. The first time I went i ordered a hamburger plain and ended up getting a cheeseburger which my son did not eat because he does not like cheese. The 2nd time I went my husband and I both got a salad. We opened it up and noticed a funny smell, but we though eh it's probably like the cheese or something. The greens also looked a lil weird, but we were so hungry that we ate it anyways. I remember taking about 3 bites and uh oh in to the bathroom.....we both got sick right after eating the salad. Never again will I ever go there! They need to seriously hire new friendly staff and check the salads. read more

This is my first review I've put anywhere. I gave Wendy's only 1 star because of the service and quality of the Frosties. Last night I went into Wendy's about 8:30p and It surprised me to see the cashier that was taking money was also bagging the food French fries etc. I thought that he should be at least wearing those disposable gloves. When I mentioned this to him (quitely) he said he was the only one in the front and it wouldn't matter cause he would be touching both with the gloves anyway. I guess he didn't think about tossing the gloves after ea order. I'm talking about public safety here. By reading the other reviews sounds like this isn't the first time. The manager needs to make sure that one other person is in the front bagging in my opinion. To top it off my frosties were 1/2 melted as if they had been sitting for awhile, but that wasn't the case I seen the cashier pour them myself. I was very Disappointed after waiting 30 mins. A second cashier would help as well and the customers wouldn't have to wait so long. With all the new places opening up right around them I think they should up their customer service they're going to have more competition and may lose alot of business. So I like Wendys because the food is usually good. However the employees that were there today, were aweful. Messed up the order even though we said it nice and slowly, and even after saying it again, still wasn't right. Oh and when you take someones order, try to shut up and let the customer finish talking before you continously repeat "will that complete your order?" if u try to apply here.. dont they only hire family members. if u try. keep bugging them and check up on ur staus. i remember my manger had a cashier meeting and had about 3 piles of appacations but never had hired any one. always interviews. i should know i was a former employee there for about 5 years... it was a big thing on me bcuz i would do everything and finish every ones work.. the managers wouldnt even help out the cashiers wen they have a dinner or lunch rush. it like all up to one cashier to help.. u see people geting mad and start to complain when only 5 people are working.. the service is great. but when u get food late at nite.. lol they have left over food sitting there for hours. the frys the dump them in oil and let them cook for a 1 mins to make them look like there were fresh. if you want something fresh my advise is to ask can i have them with out salt for hamburgers patties, and frys.. chicken patties take about 7 mins to cook. nuggets about 4 mins to cook. if u go late at night prepre ur self to ask fresh. there motto is fresh never frozen.. so addvise that and bring this to there attention. read more
