Food was okay I guess. The girl at the front was very very irritating. Every small thing we asked, she had to go out to the dining room and ask her manager who was on lunch if it was okay. For example, if we could have unsweetened tea instead of soda for the same price. And then when we wanted a refill, she wanted to know if that was okay. We had gotten some nuggets and asked for sweet and sour. When we got our order, we had been given ranch. When I went up and asked for sweet and sour because we didn't get any, only ranch, she had to go ask about that too. Throughout all of this, she was very rude and had no issue making it known. Food ended up giving us a stomach ache and my fiancé throw up. Service gave us a headache. Won't be back. I'll choose one of the many other chains in the block radius. read more

Horrible. I only ordered a jr. Bacon cheeseburger and it took 20 minutes. Luckily I didn't miss my bus... Other than that, the cashier was nice. But they have so many staffs, should be faster on getting the food ready.. read more

I don't understand why this place has such bad stars. There isn't my places around here to eat and I love Wendy's nuggets. I will never eat McDonald's nuggets, no real meat in there (look at youtube videos how when they leave them out all dried up, all that is left is the shell). Anyways, we walked in, was raining hard so was pretty busy. The employees were very friendly. We ordered a kids meal w chicken nuggets and I got nuggets and fries. We sat down, and not even 1 minute later we got our food. I was like wow that was super fast. Got some ketchup in the cute lil cups and left. The nuggets were nice and juicy. The fries weren't all the great, I do love McDonald's fries the best. So I just drowned the fries with ketchup. read more

Horrible. I ordered some chicken wrap. My number was called. The worker placed my food on the counter then walked away immediately before I can even ask for a cup of water (person at the register forgot to give it to me). Got a chance to ask the person at the register after she helped the customer after me. She filled up the cup, capped it, then almost tossed it to me (not overexaggerating) , then turned the other way. Got my wrap and the tortilla was hard around the edges. The young lady who was working this past Tuesday night at around 8 pm was so nice and helpful. She smiled as she brought my order to my table and promptly gave me more sour cream for my baked potato. She really seemed like she liked her job compared to the other workers I've seen. (Here for work for a few weeks now)they are friendly, clean and food was good!! It takes a bit to get it 3-5mins depending what you get. wasn't already made... it was nice and hot and didn't sit under a lite. I read comments below, wendy's makes it to order, so it's fresh and hot :) I think we exspect fast foods to mean NOW, but it just means not a normal 15-20min restaurant service (just saying) also, this town has a smell and taste to thier water, reminds me of a hospital soap. But I got a combo forgetting I didn't want the soda due to the water, del taco, Carl's and Andersons has the taste, but I tried it and to my surprise, it's good YAY, I love my fountain drinks!! Food was good but almost drove off without a baconator we ordered- no communication from drive thru clerk, reached across n opened window to ask about it and she said "you're not allowed to open this window"... This Wendy's is the worst we've been to. I would give it a 1 except for the nice people working there. The carpet is disgusting, it reeks, the tables and benches are filthy and the bathroom needs a lot of work. The food is to be expected. We won't be back. read more

We were traveling from Elk Grove to Carlsbad and stopped here for dinner. I ordered a Jr. Deluxe Cheeseburger with extra cheese, no ketchup and I asked Eduardo if it came with lettuce, tomatoe and onion. He said yes. I got my hamburger without lettuce, tomato and onions. Went up and showed Eduardo and he gave it to the person,(which I found out is the manager) to make it right. She took the hamburger and told someone in back what was wrong in Spanish. I got the hamburger back with onion and a slice of tomato. I went back to the counter and asked Eduardo for the manager. Yeska came up to me, I explained the problem. I told her that my order was not that difficult. She took the hamburger back and gave me another one. She never once apologized. My sister ordered baconator fries without bacon. When she went up to the counter to ask them to fix it, Yeska argued with Eduardo about the order and did not apologize. Eduardo apologized to my sister. I asked Eduardo what the name of the manager was, and told him that I was going to file a complaint. Shortly after that, Yeska came to our table and gave me an unbelievable apology, and offered me a frosty. I was already discussed with the way we were treated and told her no. She never apologized to my sister. Steer clear of this place. We wasted $15.00. read more

I go up north like 8 times a year. My sister just loves Wendy's. Since she likes it we usually agree to always stop at this location. I haven't ever drove through the drive through but we always sit and eat inside. The bathrooms are kinda ghetto and last time I went there I used the women's restroom and there was a cockroach!! I was so mad and disgusted. It made me wonder what their kitchen looked like. Anyway we ordered our food and it was okay. They sometimes mess up our order. I guess that's usual. The people around the location are a little sketchy. The service was okay. I wouldn't recommend going there too too much. Maybe we should try Carl's jr. read more
