Indescribably delicious, especially the first few spoonfuls. And Daves #1 double with fries and a drink for $14 is a good deal, since the large drink is like 32 oz. First of all, I would give it negative ten stars if I could!! Wendy's is getting worse day after day.I stopped getting delivery because every single thing I ordered came WRONG! So now when I go to pick it up, I have to go through the bags one by one and of course, things are missing and WRONG. They don't know how to count the nuggets, they don't know how to count the chicken strips, they don't know how to label food, they label the Daves single as a bacon cheeseburger they just mess up everything. They won't give you a cup holder even if you have three cups, they won't give you a bag with a handle,etc. Every single thing they're doing in there lately is really horrible. Had a coupon for a free Breakfast baconator (with purchase). Being a fan of the regular baconator and son of baconator this drew me in. Hadn't had the Breakfast Baconator yet and this coupon was excuse pass to get in there for one. It was just as I expected - warm bun, bacon, cheese and patty. It delivered. The egg is actually a decent replacement for the additional patty. Only available at breakfast though. Why must they do this? I also got a Wendy's frosty-ccino, which is basically just a ice coffee. Also not too bad. Got a small which is more than enough. This particular Wendy's was nice. Staff were alright, but the place was clean and looked way better than Wendy's locations I've seen around, they even have outdoor seating. Well where do I begin? Our order was missing multiple items: both our saucy nuggets and our fries. The man in the drive-through window was beyond rude. Beyond rude! On our first trip through the drive through he literally told me not to move--yes, he actually used the words "don't move," and loudly to boot--several times before yelling "okay c'mon now" after he was done having the car in front of me reverse and go forward several times. When I got to the window, he briskly handed me my order, then closed the window without a word. We immediately observed that the large frosty we ordered was nearly liquid but we decided against going back and having to deal with the rude guy at the window a second time . . . Well, until we checked our food, that is. Not only were we missing our fries and our order of saucy nuggets, but the "fresh baked cookie" we ordered was literally burnt and hard as a rock (photo is enclosed). Unbelievable! Indignant and thoroughly outraged, we turned around and went back through the drive through. The same guy was at the window when we returned. "What was your order," he demanded, after I clearly stated what our problem was. Like, what!? "I just told you that," I told him. "I just want what I didn't get. Oh, and by the way," I continued pulling out the burnt cookie,"this cookie is terribly burnt." "That's not burnt," he said dismissively, barely glancing at the it. "WHAT are you missing?" "I just told you twice!" I said in disbelief, literally shocked that the man was continuing to be rude, "our saucy nuggets and our fries." "What size?" he demanded. "I don't know," I replied becoming even more irate. "Any size. Whatever!" He slammed the window shut in my face without replying, disappeared for a minute, then reopened it and nearly hurled a bag at me. "Thanks," he said sarcastically before slamming the window shut a final time. In the bag was a small order of saucy nuggets and a small fry. As we drove away in a state of something resembling shocked indignation, we agreed that we probably shouldn't have returned in the first place. In any case, I hope that this description of my horrible experience with this establishment helps someone else avoid going through the same, or worse, in the future. I thought I was doing good but I quit soon after because the manager that hired me found out that I was looking at a new job that paid way more. So in he yelled at me and decided to chew me a new one. I don't know how they are still open but is was so rude and unprofessional to yell and treat a new employee like that. Not to mention on my days off as I was taking my wife to a doctors appointment when he asked me to come in. Food- 4/5 Frosty- 0/5, it had LONG HAIR blended all the way into it Hadn't been to a Wendy's in like a decade, I snagged Spicy Chicken Nugget meal with a frosty - the food was fast, good and hot, but... there was a LONG brownish blonde hair swirled deep into the inside of the frosty. Soon as I noticed (It was nighttime n I was in a big time rush so I wasn't looking at the items closely. I pulled one hair outta my mouth, and was like- ahhhh could be mine- then I put the spoon into the beverage and lifted, and felt like... string resistance, and was like. Oh no. These are Definitely. Not mine.) I stopped and found some light and tugged on the spoon- there was long hair swirled into the very core of the beverage. We had Wendy's breakfast biscuits with sausage and eggs. Two days in a row. Coupons that came in the mail lured us in! I should add that I miss ordered one time and didn't notice until we had already taken bites. I ordered the sausage biscuit, not the breakfast sausage biscuit with egg that I wanted. The clerk gave me new coupons so we got what I wanted. Nice of her! One day the biscuits were hot, the next day not quite. Still they were good tasting. Not sure how healthy these biscuits are but I won't be making a habit of getting them either. Your worker here punched me in the face, I asked nicely for a bbq sauce. The lady would not give me a bbq sauce, a paying customer of about 1 million times in my life. I asked her why I couldn't have the sauces and why she's always acting rude, which is every single time Iv gone no matter how nice I am. Their door dash system makes it so that we can't select meat when ordering a burger...so they assume people want a burger with out meat?? On a burger?? My delivery driver told me the woman working the drive thru on 1/6/23 evening told him that there's was nothing she could do and refused to add meat to the burger. For a chain restaurant, Wendy's is A-OK. If you say, "Name a fast food place that has chili" there is really only one answer: WENDY'S. Since today is National Chili Day, I thought I should hit up our local Wendy's. I should mention that National Chili Day seems like totally fake holiday - totally manufactured by "Big Chili" - and you know how huge their lobbying arm is. Though today (Thursday) really *is* a day off school, though that could be because of the President's Day Holiday on Monday and this week being Mid-Winter Break for Seattle Public Schools and not just another of Big Chili's strong-arm tactics to get us to eat more chili. Well, that plus the internets have been all abuzz about the new Wendy's Cod sandwich, so I gave that a try too. So the Cod Sandwich really is good. Is it better than McD's? YES. Plus there's no cheese on it. I've read that fish and cheese together is a no-no. I don't know why. But Wendy's obeys that rule. I should mention that if you order at the kiosk, you can actually get cheese on it for an additional 40 cents. [is it better than Burgermaster's Fish Sandwich? Sadly, no. But it is cheaper than Burgermaster.] I got my order to go, but the bag had no spoon or napkins in it - so be sure to grab some on the way out. Their in-store kiosk ordering is OK, but nothing unique. You can pay there, but you have to get the receipt from the cashier. The Wendy's iPhone app is pretty lame. They could definitely learn a thing or two from McD's on the app front. Like where are the DEALS? I only see 3 "offers": $2 off a big salad, Buy-one-get-one-free Single and Buy-one-get-one-free Spicy Chicken Sandwich. BORING! And the app says the only store where I can do mobile ordering is a ferry ride away in Bremerton. They have some work to do here. This is the closest Wendy's closest to me for a good 8 miles too (why aren't there more Wendy's around?) my boyfriend and I decided to stop in for the spicy chicken nuggies !! Also I was craving a frosty LOL This particular location had gone under renovation a little while back and it totally was for the better- the whole interior used to be so outdated it's so pretty and modern now! -not that a fast food chain really needs fancy decor but it makes it a lot nicer to dine in. I also love the fact that you can order your food yourself at the kiosk up front if you don't feel like waiting in line/ if you're paying with card- makes things go a lot faster! We originally ordered biggie bag and then a separate order of 20 nuggets and two Cinnabon pull-aparts , we went through the drive through and they gave us two bags and no nuggets , we went back through again thinking they hadn't heard originally because the total didn't add up correct to include the nuggets. I asked for Buffalo sauce nuggets , we got home I have spicy nuggets with barbecue sauce on them and the cinnabon had almost no sauce and one of them had a piece of plastic . I've only used this Wendy's as a drive-thru so this review is based on my experiences there only. Their food is a little spendier than the average fast food, the line is always long, the wait is always long and I wish there were a way they could make the drive-thru in such a way that I didn't have to wait in the street sometimes. These are situational constraints they can do nothing about. It's worth it though. The customer service has always been top notch. Super friendly crew each and every time I go. Please avoid going here. This was the closest Wendy's to my area and it was supposed to be a quick evening fast food run. It ended up being a 30 - 40 minute wait because as I drove up to the drive-thru another vehicle was already there. I waited around 10 minutes to realize the car ahead of us was not being serviced through the intercom. This resulted them driving up to the second pay window. I pulled up to the intercom and waited a while until I realized, I would probably need to pull up as well. I pulled up to first pay window and saw no one was there, so I assumed they were taking orders at the window. When I was able to pull up, the lady barely acknowledged me (keep in mind sometimes folks have bad days), so while it didn't alleviate my annoyance, I was just happy to have finally gotten to order. After that, they handed us our food and as we drove off, our drinks were missing. Not a huge deal, but it seems like the trend of this place is leaving out items from orders. Also, they didn't hand us a receipt so... Please make sure to ask for one. TLDR; I would overall just go to a different location if you still want Wendy's. read more

I writing this review after visiting the newly remodeled Wendy's. I have come here often prior to because I like the food a lot. This inside used to look very unappealing. The food and service was good yet not great. When I came by one day and saw it was torn down I was disappointed and didn't see a sign they were remodeling. Come months later and wow this place looks great. The remodel job was a 180. For a fast food joint it was nice to see the ownership put a nice touch to the place instead of having a run down feel. Glad to say the food and service is still good yet not great. And they added a tv and put the game one. They also added a nice auto fireplace and couches you'd normally see in a middle of the road apartment buildings' lobby or common room. It was a great touch. The furniture is new and modern. Came here for my lunch break. Ordered through the mobile app for pick up but when I arrived the drive through told me they didn't have the order. Checked a few moments after and they said they found it but I would have to go inside to get it. I told the person that I must've accidentally clicked the wrong setting and if I could just get it because I was short on time. For context the place was absolutely empty and the roadway its on is a one way, so in order for me to come back I would need to go around the block. I legitimately could see the bag with my food on it on the counter and I told him if I could just have my food and I'll make sure to double check the setting next time. He shut the window in my face. I didn't move. After a bit he opened it and told me the same thing. Sir, it's not only dead in this restaurant, it's the same restaurant! You're making it seem like I'm asking you for 30 sauces without charge. Turns out this was a manager, he refused to give me his name but I believe it was Pardeep from what I saw on his tag. He proceeded to say that I'm just trying to argue with him and I'm just a little girl. Sir I'm 28 and grown. What I am asking of you is completely reasonable. There was no need to escalate such a simple request and you as a manager should have the proper training to recognize that. De-escalation is a big skill to have especially in the service industry. So like if you get the mailers or coupons whatever in the mail you see some good deals. The people behind the counter are super nice. You don't get the high school kid first job vibe it's adults. I'm over there once a week to grab something really quick. I totally dig their version of nuggets. They make great lil snackies. This franchise smartly demolished the old dingy looking Wendy's and remodeled it to look way better. The fire place was a really nice touch. Something you don't expect at a fast food place. Try to avoid th salads it always seems or tastes like to be super dry and old. Not very appealing. Feels like they just throw it in there just to say they serve something healthy. So the drive though parking area is a bit of a challenge entering from a small cramp side street and existing into the busy 15th heading South. Be aware there are a bunch of homeless roaming around.
