We picked Mo's for our best meal in Sebastian. So happy we did. This is a nice clean Jamaican restaurant with an amazing chef. I had a pina colada that was very good. We split a small salad with house Italian dressing. It was fresh and tasty. My wife ordered the half jerk chicken. It was so delicious. Spiced perfectly and juicy. The mashed potatoes were very good also. I ordered the whole snapper with sauce on the side. It was crispy and delicious . The ginger cabbage sauce was spicy and a nice addition. Had a great meal with our friends at Mo Bay. Our waiter was so friendly, so chill and was great to chat with. Our meal was relaxed and not rushed. Oh no, mon. I heard some buzz about Mo Bay Grill outside of Yelp. We decided to try it on the weekend. A diverse crowd was seated throughout for an early dinner. Our waitress was punctual and took our drink orders right away. But then asked if we wanted to order apps before we even opened the menu. And when we did open the menus, she immediately guided me to two of the most expensive entrees. Mind you, we hadn't even been poured our drinks, let alone any appetizers. We asked for time. Oxtail stew at $36? Whitefish kabobs at $40? Ciopinno priced at $40? (Sure, there were other entrees lesser priced, but $36 for stew from the ass-end of an ox?!) The prices should be commensurate with the location, ambiance and cuisine. Those examples seem way out of place. We settled on the chicken breast curry and the brown stew chicken, both reasonably priced. Aside from the very good beans and rice and sizable portions, I agree with other Yelpers that the dishes were mere 'meh'. No POW factor in flavor or spice. Almost bland given the Caribbean reputation for vivid flavorings, especially the herb, thyme. Will say the key lime pie at $10 was a popular choice with other diners. Likely won't be back. read more

Giveaway is too many exclamation points. Mo Bay is ok, but barely. Don't think I ever need to return. Went with another couple and we each tried different things as follows: overly breaded and greasy conch fritters (mostly bread and very little conch), braised goat that was so riddled with bones it was next to possible to enjoy, a jerk chicken dish and some Caribbean fish dish that my friend said was just mediocre.
