I stopped at Wendy's drive thru for a baconator combo with an orange hi-c. The sandwich does not come with anything besides mayo, so I requested heavy lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. I was disappointed to find that I was given a tiny slice of tomato and onion and absolutely no extra lettuce or mayo. My fries were hot as I requested, but I really do appreciate basically a salad being on top of my burger. Maybe I'll have better luck next time. I will visit this Wendys location again, but I hope that they get my order right next time. I should add that the staff was extremely warm and friendly, so maybe the cashier didn't hear my complete order. read more

I had a meeting scheduled in Southfield and didn't take the time to eat something before I left. So I searched for fast food places on line to grab a quick bite at a reasonable price. This Wendy's location popped up and, since I've generally had decent food and service with this fast food chain, I decided to eat here. I checked for deals on the Wendy's App but, since I wasn't really that hungry, I decided on a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and a drink. I chose to use the drive thru to save time before my meeting. When I arrived there was no line for ordering but there were three cars ahead of me in line to pay and receive their orders. This part moved a bit slower than I expected but eventually it was my turn and the transaction was done quickly. My order came out hot with the usual Wendy's taste and quality. Worst service I've ever had. Every single time I try to go there's a long line, not because they are busy but because they do not tend to their customers in a timely manner if at all. Most times I leave after waiting for 20 minutes at the speaker. How's the food? I don't know, I never get that far. Quite inconvenient as I am a student at the university across the street and this is the closest fast food franchise that is reliably good. Workers need to be fired. Service is not slow as in limited workers but rather because they are on their phones watching movies while customers pile up. 10/10 would NOT recommend no matter how hungry you are because you will likely still be just as hungry after leaving due to the lack of food and service you just received. read more

Best Wendy's I've been to. I've been coming here for an year. Customer service is good/ok. They never forgot anything I order. Food is nice and hot especially the fries. Haven't been to Wendy's in over 10 years. I've been on a spicy chicken kick and needed something quick after a long day. Decided on the 10 pc spicy chicken nugget combo. Staff was pleasant in particular the cashier Angie. Dining room was clean but the soda machine lacked many flavors. Brought it to the attention of Angie and she offered me a lemonade. Very delicious. Two days ago a bought an asiago chicken club sandwich at this Wendy's restaurant. Five hours later I was doubled over with stomach cramps and experiencing chills and weakness. I hope it is possible to give zero stars. I have had several problems at this location. I would stop going for months then give them another try only to be disappointed again. Several times I have been served cold food. When I request fresh items, I was treated like I inconvenienced someone. This happened at least 3 different occasions. Today my order was not correct. I was home. I returned to the location and two staff members rolled their eyes at me... the first young lady at the first window. Then the second lady (assuming she was the manager) at the second window. Even if I am offered free food, I will NEVER return to this location. No thank you. I will spend my hard earned money where I feel appreciated and respected. Whoever owns this location needs to hire better staff. They do have a couple of very nice people. I've come here for lunch a couple of times, both of my experiences have been very lack luster. Service slower than a grandma on the highway and employee are as nice as a homeless man on crack. Decided to stop by this location today with my mother. We received very poor customer service from the staff at this location. We asked for freshly cooked food and received hard reheated food. When asked could we get it remade a woman start yelling to the young man at the window that she just made the food. I am very shocked that an employee of this establishment would even give a customer push back when they are not pleased with the food they received. Due to them refusing to remake the food we asked for a refund and they told us to move up and someone would come out to refund us. They had 0 customers besides us and I can see why now. The service here is good but the cleanliness is horrible. Sticky tables and floors along with gnats huvering around the ketchup dispenser and soda machine is unacceptable. The parking lot is a pain, the setup makes it hard to get in and out if the location. The employees are never nice and you seem like you are bothering them if you ask if your drink is diet or not. The food is good but the slowness of the staff makes it pointless to run there at lunch, you should just go to subway or another walk in place and eat inside, rather then going through the drive through. read more

If you're looking for a line to spend your entire lunch break in then your search is over. This is easily the slowest fast food place I have ever encountered.
