We've figured out why this place is soooo bad! The managers are always teenagers or very young adults because they don't require as much money as a good adult manager!!! They forgot our fries and sauce for chicken nuggets. We had to go back three times!! One time was because there were no utensils out!! Then there were no napkins and when another customer asked for some the employee looked at another employee and he just stared. No napkins came out to the condiment table. While we were here during the dinner rush at the drive thru, it took over 10 minutes for them to take out order inside. Once they did, it took another 15 for the food to be ready. As we sat inside and ate, the staff was talking about losing hours and posting things on social media instead of communicating about orders. No one was manning the counter area for several minutes. Eventually, someone realized that another gentleman hadn't received his order yet. (He probably waited half an hour.) The conversations were extremely loud, inappropriate, and made us regret choosing this location to stop at. It was worse when someone behind the counter asked if the customer just asked for "a grilled chicken burger" instead of sandwich. You know what he meant. Don't call him out in front of the whole crew and people sitting in the dining room. Even if it's "just fast food," there's a level of professional that should be observed in order to avoid losing customers. read more

Don't go to this location. 25 minute wait in the drive thru. Got to the window. They are all laughing and joking around. Passing a phone around and mentioning Facebook. Cashier seemed to WANT to get fired, as he was just walking around and joking with coworkers. Took him 5 minutes to pour 3 Frostys, no joke. Eight cars behind us, some with engines turned off cause there no way to just leave. Four minute drive home... Frostys are melted halfway down. No sour cream or butter for the potatoes. Having just passed through Canada from Michigan, my girlfriend and I needed a quick bite to eat. Overall we were disappointed. We came in and the place was empty but for one table. We were greeted quickly, so far so good. As we ordered, the person working the counter was pleasant. They had issues ringing in our order but I do chalk that up to technology. This place is certainly the 'old style' and not updated at all. Their computers are pretty old. I had a Baconator combo but without mayo. She had a Dave's Single plain, so just cheese. We got our food and she sat down while I tried to get ketchup. Both tubs were out so I went back to the counter. By now the line was about six people large. Nobody was at the counter anymore as they were helping cook food. A young teen came over and I mentioned I needed some ketchup because they were completely out. He said, "Ok" and disappeared. After over a minute, nothing happened. Two other gentlemen who were clocking out were near but i chose not to bother them thinking something was happening. Wish I had because they didn't react at all to the big group here or myself. I leaned over the counter and the guy who spoke to me was helping the drive thru. It's a simple request to ask. When the person who took my order came back I asked her and she pulled ketchup from right where she stood, behind the counter. Would that have been so hard to do? So, I go sit down in the lower area and it smells rather mildewy. Like some old house or something. The food we had was good for Wendy's though... except that they made my Baconator without mayo (good) or any other toppings like tomato and lettuce. They made both of our sandwiches "plain". I know the order was taken right. In the end this is a case of a run down Wendy's being understaffed and most staff being under educated. Then again, who is the stupid one? I'm the one who just wrote a big review for a random Wendy's. Come here if you're patient, but get it to go or sit in the upper deck. Edit: One star now from two. The urinal was covered in pubes, someone spit on it and landed the shot on top... but it's since dried there, and the sink was covered in dirt... I think. When I asked the employee for my cup of water that I ordered along with a bottle of water because I have issues with choking if I don't have water. The employee told me that he gave me my water, I explained I ordered an extra cup of water, he began to argue with me saying I never ordered that. And began to look through the screen. I have to get to work I had to leave. I called and informed the manager that they forgot my cheese sauce that I paid for and that the employee at the window was going to argue with me over a cup of water. The manager said he would replace my cheese sauce. I thanked him and hung up because what the hell am I going to do with 2 cups of cheese?? How does this help me right now? Or in the future for that matter? This is ridiculous that the employees would treat a customer like this. I will not be going to this Wendy's or any other owned by this group. After raving about this salad and the blackberries and the blackberry vinargrette dressing ,I talk my wife in to going..We order 2 salads one has no blackberries, one has 3 small berries . This cashier kept changing my price from $5.49 to $15.49 when I had 2 coupons, JUST 2 COUPONS, the coupons were literally the answer to my order, but just without tomatoes on my burger. It took her maybe about 10 minutes to figure it out, ANNND she shorted me out a burger. So I walk in and ask if I could have my burger that she owes me. *Hands me burger and a free large cup* for the inconvenience, and of course they mess up what I want for condiments. Wouldn't recommend, this usually happens to me every time I eat here, messing up orders, taking too long, changing the price, forgetting napkins etc. But at least I got a free large cup :) What I highly recommend is Burger King! read more

Well I just had a young manager slam the drive through window in my face. My food was cold. Somehow, when I politely asked for my money back, I was lying. Why would I order food to just complain? I wanted to eat here, and that doesn't make sense. I didn't ask for compensation. I didn't eat the entire meal I had one bite. Literally. The manager called me a liar, and I called her out on it.
