    two drinks on a tray

Jonathan literally mad my day. Sweetest personality and super helpful!! I don't know if he's a manager but he should be his attention to detail are nothing short of incredible!! Thanks Jonathan hopefully you he trucking gods send me Back to this Wendy's

Friday October 11, 2024 at 7:20pm This has to be the worst run Wendy's ever. Even the road and parking and entrance need to be paved. The employees insult and make fun the customers coming into the store. We are talking all the employees in the store Jahleel the person behind the counter turns his back to me and turns to the other employee with the messed up black tattoos under his eyes and says I look like krusty the clown from the Simpsons. As if I didn't hear him. I was upset but I understood and realized that these were children that had not grown up yet. Their actions were horrendenous and disgusting and probably failed parenting. So the employee with the tattoos unders his eyes mimics the voice of krusty the clown. So they can even laugh more at me. As the whole the staff laughs and chuckles. They continue to laugh and himulate me at Wendy's restaurant. I just walked out disgusted with the unprofessionalism at Wendy's. Insulting their customers. It was absolutely dusgusting they did not care at all. I'm going to call corporate and leaving a Yelp, google review and contacting the BBB If I could rate a zero or minus I would.

Absolutely terrible!!!! Not enough employees to have dining open... it's at a darn truck stop. There's over 200 trucks with me. Ready to eat dinner. Think of the money lost because they lock doors and only let drive thru order....... I stood in drive thru line to order. She saw me standing there and refused to take my order. I called and was hung up on. As soon as I went to the window. She started to take the order behind be. Luckily the gentleman with his family was prepared to tall order my food as well. Upon talking to the order taker or whatever there position is called... she refused to take my order for a number9. I told her no... you gonna take my order or the vehicle behind me will order for me. She did t want to give in by the look of her jerk face. However she did.... Crap person. Crap place... 200 semi truck parking and losing money for whoever owns the places....

If you like the way Wendy's does foods you'll like it here, if not this place won't change your opinion. Made to order burger, fries and no orange soda for less than $10 american and no surprises... Wendy's is as Wendy's does, and they do it pretty consistently across the country which is kinda the point of chain restaurants, right? Quarter-pound burger plus lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mayo, and onion (optional cheese) on a respectable bun wrapped up securely to minimize the likelihood of drips and slips. regardless, don't try eating anything over 400 calories in a moving vehicle. Fries are fries are fries but baked taters are only available here! and can be had plain or add sour cream, or cheese, +bacon, or +chili. oddly enough no orange soda... color or flavor... wassup widdat!? Not sure why the complaints on service. got my late night snack in short order hot and correct. first non-soup food while getting over a cold makes it taste even better.

We were traveling thru Troutman during lunchtime and I found Kat's Patch on Yelp. It sounded like…read morewhat we were looking for, so we stopped by. It was a slow-busy day, customers trickled in, but at a steady pace. It's been in business for a few decades, so we weren't surprised at the amount of people who knew each other. We ordered at the counter, sat in a booth, and had a brief wait, since the food is freshly prepared. Soon our food was ready. My husband ordered the "super pimento burger." (It was super because it was larger than the regular burger.) The burger was one of the best diner burgers we've tried. Hand molded, crispy edges, tender middle, and as tasty as could be. The pimento cheese was good, and the bun was very fresh. I had the foot long chili cheese dog. Simple, with American cheese, and a nice mild chili; the dog was grilled and the bun was soft. It was just what I wanted. We didn't order fries and I'm glad because the servings were just the right size. For dessert, we each had a fried apple hand pie. (I had seen the signs on the outside window and knew I just had to have one.) They were also made and cooked on demand and were absolute perfection: crispy, delicate crust, with a juicy apple pie filling. (Better than any other fast food place could dream of!) We are looking to come back for another enjoyable and very affordable lunch! (Tip: watch out upon entering the parking lot, there's a steep dip for low riding cars.)

I kinda like the overhead, 70s - 90s easy listening like randy bachman, thin lizzy, john mellencamp... but that just means old people eat here. real old. lost their mindfulness old. betting there's a home near here. lunch isn't really special so it comes in a little taller than andy jackson. a reasoable pile o' crinkle-cuts wrapped up to keep 'em warm. lightly salted and nicely frenched but could have been a little crispier. two tired hot dogs 'all the way' (beanless fine-textured chili, chopped white onions, and creamy white slaw) on warmered buns, moist but not damp. regular people food at budget friendly prices ain't nothing to be ashamed of but I'll have to get back for breakfast and mebbee a burgery thang and see if the needle moves.

Think of it as a taste of my first home away from home. There aren't all that many places in North Carolina to get my fix of Deutsche Küche, so it was nice to find one that was new to me in -- of all places -- little ol' Troutman. Bavarian Kitchen is something I'd instead expect to find in a major metro area, but here it was hidden along the small town's main drag. The crowds moving in and out throughout my visit suggest that plenty of other people already knew about what a pleasant experience this is. As I was visiting alone, it made sense for me to take a spot at the bar rather than taking up a whole table to myself. Besides, I knew sampling the beer early on would help give me some hint as to whether this spot was the real deal. A half-maß of Paulaner Hefe helped convince me quickly. I then went with a more Swiss approach to my meal, choosing a style of schnitzel more commonly found in that neighboring nation, stuffed with cheese, ham and mustard. This "leckerli" was delicious indeed, as were the Spätzle noodles that accompanied it. Normally the dish comes with a side salad, but I also have a love of German-style red cabbage, so I asked for the Rotkraut instead, and it was among the best I've had in years. I chose to spoil myself a little after the main meal by adding a bit of cherry schnapps and a helping of apple strudel to my order. These were good as well. Service was a bit slow sometimes at the bar, which did not seem to be the case out in the dining room, as I saw the waitresses moving quickly all night. Also worth noting, the bartender struggled with his knowledge of German -- even though all the menu items are identified by their German names. "Kirschwasser -- is that a kind of beer?," he asked about my after-dinner drink order. If you're gonna work at a place that emphasizes authenticity, you should probably strive to learn the terminology. And these stumblings in service quality are the only things keeping me from a fifth star. Reservations seem like a wise move here, especially since my experience suggests the quality of service may be better when seated at a table. And this spot definitely seems deserving of your attention if, like me, you're a fan of good German eats and beer.
