This location has definitely gone down hill. A lot of new workers. They do not greet you,they look at you & turn their backs. I guess since they have the self kiosk, they refuse to take your order the "old skool" way, where you actually greet people & try to sell promo items(at least that's what I did when working in fast food years ago). When given my order, there was no "thank you ", "have a good evening ", NOTHING! They keep the napkins behind the counter,one sauce for nuggets,you have to pay for extra sauces. If I could give them less than one I would. Got a new manager and the employees are absolutely atrocious. Can't be bothered to even acknowledge that you're standing there. I pull up to place my order, lady says how can I help, I tell her to give me a second while I figure out what it is I want, she then says the system is down and can only take from the app. I drive ahead and pull up again to place my order. I said what I wanted, and this lady said okay. So the system came back up? She sounds fake, annoyed, uneducated, and lazy. Her name is Jina. I'm just posting a check in since there was a sign on door of the bathroom to tell management if the bathroom isn't sparkling clean and I would like to confirm it is one of the cleanest public bathrooms I have seen in New York. This is the SLOWEST Wendy's I've ever been to. The only reason I give it two stars is because the food was hot and was good but the wait time was horrible. It was a rainy day so there was a line for the drive thru. Because this was my first visit to the location I didn't realize how long the line was around the side of the building or I would of went inside. I had a bad experience there once. This week I was treated to a Wendy's breakfast and it was delicious. I asked about the experience and was told "meh." "The girl was nasty but not unbearable." I caved and went this morning for breakfast. Well, today she was unbearable. The breakfast was still good though. The manager worth her weight in gold. I didn't understand the girl who took the order; after three tries at the word chicken, I thought all was good. However, as she walked away she told the manager "This b has an attitude." Stunned, I asked what the problem was, and she told me, repeatedly, I was an F and a b 17 times at least. I was reminded several times more how she didn't need the f- ing job; which I debate. I'm pretty sure, if Wendy's keeps you, you should definitely hold on to the job. I'm very doubtful there will be many openings for your skill set. I haven't eaten inside here in a while, but it always used to be mostly clean and the line at the register flowed pretty fast. The drive-thru is usually pretty good, but accuracy is sometimes hit-or-miss. The cashiers are friendly and the line moves relatively quickly. If you're ordering their standard menu items, accuracy is right on the money. If you custom order something (ie, a plain cheeseburger), they usually get it right, but occasionally a custom order will overwhelm them and they'll mess it all up. This Wendy's has been at this location for years. Since I was a kid. I remember coming upstate and my grand parents would take me here for a treat. Back in the day this Wendy's franchise had a salad bar. Yes, that's right they had a $3 all you can eat salad bar at this Wendy's at one point. With everything you could want. Even little diced ham and potato straws. Those days are long gone. The location is still here. The menu at Wendy's is simple and straight forward. Wendy's does not offer as much as its competitors BK and McDonald's. I kinda like that. They can control the food better. Wendy's is also more expensive than its competitors. At this location. The food is majority of the time hot when I receive it. Late at night around 12. I will be the only one in the drive thru. I order a cheeseburger and it takes a little while for my food. But it's always hot and taste good. Sometimes during the day the food comes quicker but it's not as hot. I don't mind waiting longer if the food is cooked correctly. Just like every other fast food place. It's hot or miss. Depends on employees and management how the experience is. Overall. I like this Wendy's. It's close to 5 corners. Not at 5 corners. Anyone in the area knows what I'm talking about. I avoid 5 corners at all costs. But. I would recommend coming here. I will defiantly be back read more

Closed last Saturday night at 8:55 P.M. all the lights were on. Went around the drive through and the cash draw was left in plain site. Scary thoughts raced through my head. The drive thru line was also not long at this point, probably 2 or 3 cars. In the past they have been a good wendy's location. Lately they've been messing up my orders. You will never get the sauce that you ask for and if you order two of something you'll only get one. Old lady with the blonde hair gave me the biggest attitude. Said "What do you want?" instead of asking in a more polite way. The woman in front of us left in frustration because the cashier was taking too long to take her order. After the poor woman left, hungry, we waited for ten minutes and eventually she took our order. She also made our order for here instead of to go and forgot to give us the condiments we wanted. Went to this Wendy's on 5/14/2016. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and two plain baked potatoes. The chicken sandwich looked like it was assembled during an earthquake. All the ingredients were just thrown on the burger by a person who couldn't care less. The sandwich was also tasteless. The chicken may have been old or reheated too many times. When the person at the register bagged the items, she put the baked potatoes in the bag without a container...just wrapped in foil. I asked for containers and the woman replied "you need a container?" Of course I do you dolt! Am I supposed to eat a steaming baked potato like an ice cream cone. Been to many Wendy's.
