Myself and my daughter went to Wendy's the one on Bear Valley by the fitness Center planet fitness we ordered our food we told the lady no mayonnaise no pickles no ketchup we got home which we live in (Victorville) on the other side of (Victorville) and everything in the bag had mayonnaise on it the receipt clearly states no mayonnaise no pickles no ketchup I called manager her name is SABI she let me know that she was sorry and then when we came back in she would replace our whole order please give us some Frosty's for myself and my daughter I went there this morning myself and my daughter this happened last week and I only ordered one sandwich I was supposed to order to my daughter ordered her exact order then the cashier Roxanne called manager and the manager is trying to give me a hard time saying she didn't say my daughter and she clearly did save me and my daughter because we ordered the exact same thing and they messed up both of our orders then she's going to say that she didn't say that she would give us Frosty's with our meal she did say that but see what she don't realize is I type record all my calls because my job and she is a fat ass liar and I'm going to send it to corporate if my lawyer lets me because I'm going to sue her read more

This was officially the worst Wendy's we've ever been to in our lives! Walked in, and heard the front register person say to an employee who walked in "ooooo you're late" like where is the professionalism? Tried to use a gift card, nobody knew how to run it. Thankfully someone (me) had some common sense and decided to swipe it myself. Next half the restaurants tables were disgusting and dirty, even an employee on lunch acknowledged it. Once we finally found a seat it was unbearably hot. AC please! We moved towards the front since apparently that's the only part of the building that is comfortable. Food came. My asiago ranch club was dryer than my skin during the summer. I went to to the register and asked for ranch and they were looking at me like why? Like a bunch of employees standing around while the restaurant is disgusting. Like at this point I wouldn't be surprised if they had some mice in the back, I'm sure they get fed well here with all the sh*t on the floor. Someone please fire the manager cause this is not how an restaurant is supposed to be and my family and I will NOT be coming back. When I come to this Wendy's, I always go to drive thru to grab a spicy Asiago club combo and I don't regret it because the service is fast and friendly. The sandwich is really good and I love drinking the honest honey green tea from here. read more

I had to try it. Being a burger expert, which is like calling Homer Simpson a expert with doughnuts, I had to try the new Blu Burger with blu cheese and bacon and it was all that it was billed to be and then some. Yesterday we went to the Bear Valley Wendy's around 3:15 pm( Sept. 30). The service was the best ever! The manager Carlos was very polite, attentive, and friendly. He was everything that a great manager should be when having customers come in to your establishment. We are frequent diners at Wendy's, but having Carlos there was what made the atmosphere a pleasant place for my husband, my son, and myself to dine in. Kudos to Carlos and his excellent customer service!!!! read more

This is our go-to fast food chain on busy weekday nights. The staff is great, Evelyn is the nicest!

We went into this Wendy's tonight at 9:00 pm. The restaurant was pretty much deserted, no customers, but the staff ignored us until we left. We won't be coming back to this place. They don't seem to have the staffing to meet the needs of their customers, even when there are hardly any customers. read more

We got the double cheeseburgers and fries today. The fries weren't ready when we paid so they offered us a free frosty. We each got one. We thought that was so nice of them to offer the frosty's and we only had to wait a couple extra minutes for the fries. All of the food was sooo good. I ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich and they gave me just a plain chicken sandwich. I returned it back to the woman who took the order who then gave it to the cook. When I got the sandwich back I could tell they just slapped some cheese on it with a sliver of bacon. It was cold. I didn't complain. I got what I paid for. I understand mistakes happen. When I sat down to eat the cook came out to personally apologize to me. It was no big deal but I really appreciated that!! So sweet of her to do that. read more

I'm give a 4 star because I want Maria to know how great she was at attending to us while we were there, however I was very disappointed to see how the crew that was working with her are not very good at team work. It appears as though if the other co workers are not working the walk up counter there is no need to help out a guest while Maria is not available. I stood at the walk up counter just for a refill on my beverage. The young man working the drive thru looked right at then looked away. The young lady working the grill I'm guessing did the same thing. It would of taken one second for either one of them to acknowledge me and let me know that someone would be right with me it wasn't until Maria finish cleaning and turned and notice me and apologized and asked what I needed.
