I downloaded yelp for one reason, to put in this review, to describe how I would say my experience was is, torment. I would love to give -5 stars, unfortunately that's not possible. When we first arrived the lady sounded like she hated us with all her soul when we were just ordering, it took 30 minutes for 5 of them to make ONE persons order. On top of that, when we finally got our food AFTER 2 HOURS waiting in the drive-through( there were 3 cars in front of us) we didn't even get HALF of our order. Our order total was $42 and they gave us some fries and a fucking chicken sandwich(WE DIDNT ORDER A CHICKEN SANDWICH) on top of it saying it was a regular chicken it was actually a spicy chicken, they can't even get the fucking wrapper right. I don't know if ANYONE there is competent or has a single brain cell, half of the people were just standing around talking and laughing, if the purge existed I would burn down the entire building. Then when we went to get a refund they seemed surprised when we wanted to get our $42 dollars back after they gave us $10 worth of food. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS THE FRIES WERE FUCKING STALE WHEN WE GOT TO THE WINDOW AND THE BACONATOR FRIES HAD ONE TINY STRIP OF BACON AND SEEMED LIKE SOMEONE HAD ALREADY SUCKED ON EVERY FRY. This place is an absolute shit show ! I've never seen such a dysfunctional mess of a business in my life. I've seen the management treat their employees like garbage. I've been in Alaska for 35 years and as long as this Wendy's has been open it has been slow, terrible customer service, management is terrible, and who ever is running this joint has ran it to the ground. If the owner actually cared about the business he could actually hire someone that could turn this place around in 6 months or less ! But as far as I know its been under the some management, some little bald dude in a suit I've seen several times which this guy is the root of the problem is guarantee that. I use to love Wendy's food but the countless unprofessional and waisted time waiting for food and watching the totally lack of customer care I won't step foot in their after my most recent experience. My advice, fire all the managers and store manager and get someone in there that knows how to run a business. read more
