New manager has this place running right. Fast and friendly service, food quality was excellent and fast service.

I saw there was a line of cars at the drive through so I went inside. Order took over 20 minutes and they screwed it up anyway. Baconator with no bacon. Wtf? Wendy's #7 sandwich only on the drive thru menu board is $7.53. I ordered one today Dec 23, 2024 at mid day at the window they said "8.96". I said wow how much tax. the gal mumbled something - I think she said 22 cents. I said well the total ought to be less that $8 then. She said "the sandwich is $8.75." I said well the menu board says otherwise. you should charge that. or change it. She said "I only work here". lol. The sandwich was old. heat lamp fare. I never expect a great deal from fast food places as the food quality and service are both wild cards. This Wendy's is a prime example. As others have observed it is very poor. Avoid it. We went into Wendy's (dine in) only to wait more than 40 minutes and having to go back to the counter and asking for a refund for our order. There was a gentleman before us that waited just as long as us and his order was wrong but he didn't want to wait any longer than he already had. I'm just gonna say that I have been doordashing for a long time and on occasion i have to wait in the lobby. I definitely just watched a kid back here, no gloves on, wipe his hands on his pants, and then proceed to grab chicken nuggets bare handed and give that to a customer. I'm just saying..if you've ever felt sick or been sick after eating here, that would be why. The health code here is definitely not up to standard and the wait times are bad anyways. There was no one in the lobby and a very short line in the drive up yet the service was very slow. I repeatedly stated my order was no cheese; I was given cheese on my burger. I ordered a small chili which was hot and flavorful. It was difficult to eat because they were out of spoons. Credit to the chili, it could be reasonably but not happily eaten with a fork. 6:00 pm Thursday October 5th 2023 I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger, fries a large chili with onions an cheese, 4 piece nugget. Now 10 years ago I was a shift leader at this particular Wendy's and if Jay Southerland is still the owner I'm disappointed cause it was 6:45 before I got my food my nuggets were chewy, the kids burger was 3xs past chili meat and when they forgot cheese on my chili I asked and the native lady that seem to be running place but not a manager cause he was watching all this happen refused to give me a refund. Wish I could give it a 0. Crack head emyees,45 minute wait, salad missing half the ingredients they were out of salad dressing. Literally spent 50 minutes in drive thru with 5 cars ahead of us when we arrived. Waited almost 30 minutes to even place order and then another 20 after food was ordered. We ordered 2 burger combos, no fancy requests. This is the last time we even try to eat here. Absolutely ridiculous. The drive thru design makes it impossible to abort once you realize you won't be experiencing fast food. Do not go here if you have a schedule to keep!! Not sure how long the actual wait would be since we left but come on guys, at least acknowledge your customers that have been waiting at the counter. The most dysfunctional, unorganized, and dirtiest staff I've ever encountered. Between drive thru, walk in, and DoorDash this Wendy's gets so busy you have to wait almost 45 minutes every time you want some food.
