I like Wendy's. They offer reasonably priced, TASTY "package" meals - Biggie Bags. Their fries are almost always fresh. Their service is sporadic. I get it - you can't anticipate and hire for every rush. Today I ordered through the drive up window. $6.00 Biggie Bag with CRISPY CHICKEN and BBQ sauce for the nuggets. I was told to pull into a parking space and wait. I did. 15 minutes or so, during which time a woman came out several times with bags, shouting something which wasn't clear, offering me a bag. I said Biggie Bag with crispy chicken. First time, she said "no" and gave it to someone else. Same second time. Third time, I repeated Biggie Bag/Crispy Chicken sandwich. Got home with the bag - I had some sort of Bacon Cheeseburger, no nuggets. But I did have the BBQ sauce. I appreciate the need to have bilingual staff. But I would suggest that they be fluent enough in English as to be able to confirm that the bag they are offering is the bag that was ordered. read more

When I got to this Wendy's location, it looked about 4 cars deep so I decided to go inside instead. I waited about 5 minutes before realizing that they weren't acknowledging that I was there at all. Went to grab a small lunch a jr bacon cheese burger and some nuggets. All of it was old and stale. Also, the person working the window never gave me my card back (which could have absolutely been my fault) so I had to go back later to pick it up. When I went back to get the card I told them that my food was awful and stale and I could hear the manager make a comment oh well they ate it right. I called over the counter that I actually didn't eat it and I threw it away. An employee gave me my card and proceeded to walk away. As I sat there for a minute they realized that I may have wanted something else. Which i did. I was told we can't give a refund but we can remake the food. I stated that was hours ago and I.l no longer want the food. In fact I wanted to order a frosty for my kid. The same rude woman with the blue shirt and two buns in her hair then proceeded to say oh wait she wants to give us more money after just take her money. I'm not sure why they were so rude to me. I was not yelling and screaming a simple apology would have sufficed but no one could even apologize for the subpar food and treated me like I was the problem. If the food is subpar and the staff treat people poorly what's the point of going to Wendy's. Even for cheap food it's not worth being treating like crap. I have always gone to this Wendy's, but just recently I had a new problem. I go to the drive thru and the employee was rude and cut me off 2 times as I was ordering. This was the second time this has happened so I wasn't going to let it slide this time. I go inside and asked "which female employee did I just speak to at the drive thru?". The guy at the register said "there's no one at the drive thru"........ weird, right? I again asked who it was and that's when he starts to turn around and act like he's going go find the person, but immediately turns around again and saids "I don't know". I see 2 female employees near the fountain drinks and 1 of them leaves to go to the back. The remaining one approaches the male employee and asks "que pasó" meaning "what happened?". He doesn't say anything to her and that's when I asked if she was the one that I spoke to at the drive thru; she's automatically mute and doesn't say anything. I tell her that it was rude to cut people off when they're ordering/speaking. She saids "for what?" I again repeat what I just said and she saids "whatever" and immediately turns around and walks away. I ask the same male employee if there's a manager there and he saids no. I thought it was weird that there wasn't a manager. I left after that. You can tell that no one has confronted/checked this rude female employee because she looked like a deer in the headlights when I asked if she was the one who I spoke to in the drive thru. If you read the reviews on google and even here on yelp, others have said that there's 2 rude female employees and I encountered one of those rude females recently. They also don't let others order a small or medium meal, they automatically change it to large and they don't let them use the Wendy's app or coupons either. If you're going to be rude don't work at a fast food place and work on your customer service skills. This Wendy's location is a big, massive problem. The google reviews are bad. I filed a complaint with Wendy's and they will be investigating. I will update if they ever get back to me. read more

Then, instead of crediting our credit card for the difference, the worker handed us back some cash that was less than the difference between the regular price and the sale price. This is the worst wendys I have ever had to deal with. At first the delivery was garbage. Wrong orders, melted frosty's that are basically lukewarm milk and cold food. Burgers taste like they were saturated in a urinal or they've just sat out all day. Thought maybe it was the delivery service so I started going in person. Yet they still can't figure out how to get an order right in a "fast food" timely manner. Orders are ALWAYS wrong. Never going here again. Picked up a mobile order my dad made for us and my brother, they got the order wrong, and denied we had gotten our frostees(what drink was with the combo then?). I had to pay out of pocket for the frostees and wasn't refunded. There was nobody else there as far as I know so how they messed up the order is beyond me. read more

THIS STORE IS THE WORST FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IVE BEEN TO. STAY AWAY! Went to this location to grab some food. Problems started once I arrived at the speaker with attitude from Talasia. Being very snippy and just being plain rude all because I asked for a couple sauces in the bag. Then I pulled up to pay at the first window and this employee is kind and takes my payment with no issues and no attitude. So I proceeded to the second window where Talasia was, and she handed me my food and before I could even check my food to confirm its entirety she bends down underneath the Corona Virus Shield to tell me to pull up, pull up, pull up! Keep in mind there is no one in line with me and she works in customer service and is telling me to leave for trying to confirm I have what I paid for in the bag. So I tell her you can wait one second till I am done and I will move on when it is confirmed. And after I stated that, she then calls over the Manager his name is "OB" while I'm checking all my food. Low and behold I was missing all my sauces, a very simple request. And as i am letting the manager know what i need she is talking over me to the manager stating she already gave me alot of sauces. Once I arrived home I noticed that on top of all that, my 3 medium meals were all smalls. So I called corporate and made a complaint not once, not twice but 4 times to get my money back. The first time I called I was told the district manager will be notified and the rest of their management team, so I have to wait for them to call me before I can get my refund because their a franchise. So when I called back the second time they stated someone from there management team already called. Mind you I never received a call or voicemail over the course of this whole process which took 2 weeks. Everybody in the management team all the way up to the owner doesnt own a cell phone apparently. So long story short I called the store directly and requested my refund after 2 weeks. When I called, the shift manager answered and stated he would help me, as soon as I stated this pertained to a corporate matter he immediately handed the phone to "OB" and I over heard him say to the manager that I was "buggin". Mind you I only said that I called corporate about this matter and that's what he says about me. Instead of the manager apologizing for the inconvenience this whole process caused he starts to question me about this stating was this refund all because of the sauces. So immediately he remembered the situation and continues to confront me about the refund. I said there is no need to go over this matter again, because it was already handled with corporate. When I got to the store to recieve my money back the manager short changed me and when I notified him of that he became rude and gave me the correct change.
